Return coat

My coat ripped 2 days after having it and I told them and haven't back from them. It's been like 4 months since I bought it. I'm still buying stuff using buy now pay later but I will never spend over a 100.00 on a coat from them again. Next yr I'll buy my coat from someone else. I just kept using a ripped coat

I made my first QVC purchase in 1990 and have made many purchases from them since then. However, in the last couple of years, I've stopped buying from them. Their prices are way too high! I used to love the Denim & Co. Line of clothing because it was well-made and reasonably priced. Just a few minutes ago I was looking at a print jersey knit top, nothing really special about it, but it cost $51.15! Over $50 for a t-shirt - that's outrageous! I understand why they put everything on easy pay, it's the only way most people can afford to buy anything from them. Personally, I won't be buying anything from QVC, not only because of the high prices, but because the "Q" in their name no longer stands for quality. I refuse to pay high-end department store prices for discount quality items.

I paid for this item. I was emailed it would be delivered today. I checked the status, and my order was canceled. I can't go out and rebuy my sons birthday gift because they kept my money :) haven't bothered refunding me bank took my money and gave it to them. Cant pull up the order it shows it doesn't exist now. Thanks QVC

More Junk

On February 3rd this year I ordered the Ultimate Innovations FireHose Nozzle and paid $33.90 including tax and shipping. Weather warm now and attached the nozzle…what a piece of junk! The QVC presentation was a total scam. Evidently QVC realized it, because they do not even sell it anymore! The water bubbles out and the supposed powerful stream bubbles out in a wide spray. I bought a better hand sprayer for $8.99 from Home Depot that has a variety of sprays from fine mist to heavy squirt which you select before using and it is MADE IN THE USA. No more QVC for me; I have had it with being misled; they have turned into a junk company selling junk products, and the majority from China. Start selling USA made products! Final word…QVC sucks!

I have been waiting over 5 weeks for my order haven't received it yet. One order I ordered it was supposed to Isaac Mizzrahi pitch Black top, I was sent a solid white top the wrong item but on the outside of the package it said pitch Black. They have no quality control or good customer service.

First time buyer. Waiting over a month for purchase. QVC cannot tell me status of order nor allow me to cancel since they are a clearing house for 3rd party sellers. Save yourself the headache and shop at a reputable site. I know I will.

Today I made my QVC easy payment for the month. I also purchased a product today. When I signed into my bank app I saw an extra charge for $9.75. I called QVC and I was told I was charged a pre-authorization fee that will be back in my bank acct 2-3 business days. The 2nd time I called I was told, "I don't know". I called my bank and they said call in the morning to see what's going on. I called QVC a third time and was told it's a Pre-authorization. They never charged a pre-auth before. I've done business with them awhile so why would they do this now? The only other time I had an issue with QVC was when they didn't deduct my monthly payment for the month until 3 weeks later. I was charged an overdraft fee but the bank credited my account. Google Play has lots of games that "pay" you when you win but very few actually tell the truth and you're instructed to watch 30 ads in the next 24 hours. Who has time for that? They ended up disappearing into thin air. Anyway, feel free to reply. I read a lot of the reviews and it's a shame we live in a country that has dodgy customer service and doesn't appreciate their job. If this is a plan to make unauthorized charges by customer service reps then act dumb about it then this purchase will be my last. In my younger day I would have chewed a new a-hole for them and felt my wrath.

Worst service

Have mebership with you despite paying monthly member fees, whenver i book im asked to make a co payment as resort is not on your portfolio yet its on your resorts lsiting.
Booked at DBN SPA, was put in dingy room on the 14th floor despite paying R1065.00 to you for the =wekene. Booked out early due to crappy service

While one reviewer advises all to ignore the bad reviews, I believe wise consumers should heed both the good and the bad reviews. Ignoring bad reviews is foolhardy. Two bad faith efforts (on QVC's part) are why I am giving this company a poor rating.

My first two orders were fine. The next two were disasters. I ordered 15 chocolate-cherry bars but got 10 in the box. I hung on to customer service for 17 minutes before getting an agent. The agent took my complaint and stated he'd replace the missing bars. He sent a replacement order but charged me for it. I spent 30 minutes straightening that mess. I ordered Honeybell oranges in mid-January, opting for the first cycle (out of, apparently, four cycles). The oranges were not ripe so QVC looked elsewhere and were to substitute the product. I received no notice of the delay and there was no message on their website either. After reaching customer service, I was advised that I was now in the second cycle and that delivery would be in mid-February. An email from QVC confirmed it. When I called on February 20, I was told that I was in the third cycle and that I should expect a shipment in mid-March. Meantime, a call to three other companies selling this product confirmed that many shipments have already been sent. I requested a call from a supervisor and was promised a callback in 4 hours. 7 hours later I got a callback from an assistant who was unable to tell me why I went from the first cycle to the third. I requested a call from someone higher up. Two days later - there was no call from anyone higher up. Customer Service stated that the records showed the request and no reason why my callback was not honored. I had to start all over again. I don't know how it all spiraled downward with orders 3-4 botched so badly. I am still waiting for a call from the Supervisor on why I started in the first cycle of orders to the third cycle of orders. Will I continue to do business with QVC. No. It is not worth the time, effort, and nausea from getting ripped-off and ignored.

I rarely buy from QVC because I don't like to pay for shipping. Sometimes I am not able to find what I need elsewhere so I will purchase from them. I have not figured out why it takes so long to ship items. I have called in the past and never get a straight answer. Seems to be a coincidence that the item will be shipped the day after I call. While I don't expect them to be Amazon quick, it always takes weeks no matter what I buy. The only time I have had to send an item back was when they sent me the wrong thing. I ordered pants and they sent a shirt. A very ugly shirt. I called and was told when the item would be picked up. When no one arrived several days after I was told someone would be there, I called and was told that they don't ever know when someone is coming. So I said I would take it to the post office. Several weeks later, someone showed up at my door to pick the item up. Another example of no communication and poor customer service. On the positive side, other than the one time when they sent wrong thing, I have been satisfied with the items received when they finally arrive. Because I am not a patient person, if I purchase from them again, it will only be a last last last resort.

Rip-off

I just purchased a "heavy, rubberized" drain board and rack from qvc. Drainboard is cheap, hard, thin plastic. I will NEVER buy a product again from qvc. You shouldn't either.

I recently attempted to purchase a PS5 for my son for Christmas. I wanted to do the pay in 4, upon selecting that option. They drafted from my account first, then made a decision afterwards. I wasn't approved for the buy now pay later, and have been waiting since Friday 12/16 to receive my funds back. I will never shop at QVC AGAIN. The company is terrible I spoke w/ a Jennifer, Diana, even a supervisor named Shantel. Services were all horrible, they didn't show any empathy whatsoever. Let alone it's Christmas and I need that money back so that it can be placed elsewhere. Before making a purchase with them definitely consider ALL of your other options FIRST! As I know the other companies will provide more of a superior service than this trash company has!

I had ordered a PS5 system using their easy pay system and my item got shipped (after a week)! The item then got lost in the mail so they offered me a credit towards a new system with the option of easy pay. Went through checkout and it wouldn't allow easy pay like they promised. So now i'm stuck with a bill on my credit card and credit with them. I used my credit towards 2 playstation 5 games because i ordered one elsewhere. Just be wary ordering from them because items get lost in the mail to much. I talked to various people saying they use a carrier service that looses a lot of items. A Playstation 5 is expensive so needless to say i'm terribly disappointed with QVC. If my first order (THAT GOT LOST) allowed easy pay why didn't my second order accept it? I have since went elsewhere because i can't pay almost $1000 in full and i got good credit so i have no idea why they didn't accept me the second time. I went to walmart to get one and i have cheaper payments to make using affirm. I wish i just did this in the first place but i jumped the gun with QVC to fast! Never again with them!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I have a Vitamix blender for years and love it so I wanted to give one to my sister as a gift. When I searched online QVC had a good deal so I checked out the reviews of the company to make sure it's a legit company. I read that it was so I ordered one. It advertised as new machine with warranty and everything. It took a while for her to get it, but she received one. But when she opened the box, she found out that was a used machine. It has clear evidence of usage. So I called the customer service and they were going to replace. They said they don't sell used items. So we sent back the first machine, and waited for the replacement to arrive. It took another month in the process. When she got it, it too had defects and definitely not a new machine. By this time it was clear that this company was lying in their advertisement. We returned the second one, they were supposed to have refunded us, but the only thing we got back was a $10 shipping cost. After 4 months of calling and haggling, we're still out $300 that they never refunded and no Vitamix. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER!

Will not honor warrenty
December 5, 2022

Attn anyone who buys through QVC.com or square trade.com I bought aftershock headphones through them with a 3 year warrenty. Square trade will not honor the warrenty with receipts and qvc has told me that is not their problem. So in essence I paid almost 200 dollars for nothing. I plan to post this on their page and file with the bbb. This makes absolutely no sense and very disappointing as I have shopped with them for many years. Sad qvc does not make good or get on square trade ro honor warrenty purchases. They have lost this customer and I hope many more.

I received goods whicb had a manfacture error. It took a week for QVC to send me a label. I then received a text from Evrie to pick up my parcel left in porch at 2.30. They did not. Instead the Evri driver ticked a box saying I was keeping the parcel? Rubbish! 2 hours later and no humans to speak to at Evri. I then rang QVC who said a new courier DBD would pick to up tom. I took their label off and have taken a day off unpaid to wait for this new courier to pick ip. They have a label that I need to attach to the parcel. My day ruined. I would like compensation from QVC. Its 2022 and mist companies send a Q barcode that are sent to mobiles for a quick scan at a post office. Evri cannot understand English, lazy and unprofessional.DPD is the better. So QVC do all you're customers get told to cancel a day to sit and wait for a courier?I have no holiday left. Thats pretty lousy for someone who is a long term customer! The entire process has been stresful. This could be done in 5mins with a mobile barcode no printing. I didnt even get an apology. Nothing.

First time ordering on QVC. Ordered a 4 camera Blink security system. I already own a Blink system and found it to be good for the price. Happened to stumble onto QVC network and it was the special of the day. I ordered a second system for a second property I own. The package arrived with only 3 cameras, missing the camera that could rotate views. Called QVC and they said that it was directly shipped from Blink, and we needed to call Blink. The package indicated that it was shipped from QVC in South Carolina. Called Blink and they said we needed to call QVC. Asked for a manager and he said the same thing. Decided to return item to Blink for a refund. Shipping cost $6.95.
Will never ever again order anything form QVC.
