When buying from companies on line, they do not specify the name of their carrier for packages. In the future, I will try to find out. The particular service both times, separate businesses "lost" what I purchased. Just a strange coincidence. I don't think so. You wait and wait and wait. If you try to contact them, you receive a form email that you cannot respond. The email is useless and does not answer specific questions regarding your order. You will have to correspond with the business you purchased from and hope they provide a refund. Both businesse have lost my future business as long as they continue to use this delivery service.

I cannot comment on the product itself as it has not been received. I would strongly suggest, if you are unable to find it in a local store, order it from Amazon. I ordered from their website and it is taking forever. I have written to their customer service and have had no reply. I did not research the company but they are not accredited by the BBB. They have a F rating there.

Tip for consumers:
Shipping is free if you order over a certain dollar amount. I did not. I hate paying for shipping especially when the product never arrives.

I received their survey in the mail and discarded it. Sometime later I received another request. They sent $1 with the promise of $20 when they received the completed survey. I had heard of Neilsen and the survey only took a couple of minutes. My phone number was not required and I did not provide it as I did not want them calling to follow up on this or any other survey. I did not research the company. Although $20 is not a lot of money, it has not been received. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Location at Parham Road in Richmond Va. Rude employee for no reason other than I did not hear him. Maybe he was having a bad day or he finds his job too stressful, but I said nothing to him before or after to give him the major attitude. Also, after going through the wash, the car was no where near clean. Again, I said nothing. Better to just leave and never return.

You cannot fill out the application if you do not have access to a scanner to upload required documents to prove eligibility. Four emails have been sent to the program which replies with the same email. The email does not answer any specific question asked. Bot? If you call, you get the automated system. When you ht the option to speak to a rep, first you are given your wait time and the next message is to call back during their normal business hours. The call was placed well within their working hours. So you cannot get an answer via email or phone. Don't really know if I qualify but at this point I'm wondering if the aggravation is worth the possible $30 discount.

I rarely buy from QVC because I don't like to pay for shipping. Sometimes I am not able to find what I need elsewhere so I will purchase from them. I have not figured out why it takes so long to ship items. I have called in the past and never get a straight answer. Seems to be a coincidence that the item will be shipped the day after I call. While I don't expect them to be Amazon quick, it always takes weeks no matter what I buy. The only time I have had to send an item back was when they sent me the wrong thing. I ordered pants and they sent a shirt. A very ugly shirt. I called and was told when the item would be picked up. When no one arrived several days after I was told someone would be there, I called and was told that they don't ever know when someone is coming. So I said I would take it to the post office. Several weeks later, someone showed up at my door to pick the item up. Another example of no communication and poor customer service. On the positive side, other than the one time when they sent wrong thing, I have been satisfied with the items received when they finally arrive. Because I am not a patient person, if I purchase from them again, it will only be a last last last resort.

I have total tech & have used for computer and TV with no problem. I went on line regarding another item to make sure total tech could install. I was told by the online customer service chat rep they could. I was told once I ordered the item an appointment would be made. While I was making the order, the rep indicated the appointment would be made by another department so when I returned to the chat he was gone. I waited and waited. I was ghosted. After 4 hours and 4 other reps, no appointment had been made. I called the store and was informed total tech did not install those items. Since I had found something I liked as well on Amazon, I requested that the Best Buy order be cancelled. I stayed on the phone while he completed the cancellation. He requested I call back the following day to make sure "it went through". I went to my account on line and saw it had been cancelled. I received an email the next day confirming the cancellation because "the item was not in stock."? Maybe that was the only option available for him to select. I also received documation of the charge receipt showing a zero balance. I have saved all documentation in the event the cluster is not truly over. Another example of no customer service as poor customer service is the same as none. Any problems they create have to be corrected by the customer. From banks, to grocery stores, doctor's offices and retail this seems to be the norm of staff either not trained properly, of low intelligence or they just don't care.

I cannot comment on the quality of the merchandise as it has not been received. I have written three times with no response. I will dispute the charge and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you take a huge chance and order from them, please keep in mind there is NO customer service and if you do receive your order it will not be timely. It appears from other reviews those you made a purchase and received there order were not happy with it anyway.

Edit: Order 11/25/2021. Received 1/3/2023. It was to be a Christmas gift but I'm glad I gave something else because this was total garbage. I saw NO picture inside and yet it took 39 days to make and arrive.

They did not finish the job. Had it done late last year. I have had cracks before but never crumbling which is what is happening now. It looks worse than before.

They raised their price for less service. The service was never great. They do not return calls and office staff is rude. On the plus side, they call to schedule and also to let you know they are not coming. It seems more often; they are not coming. That just means I don't have to pay them.

After many years, they decided to no longer show up for scheduled cutting. They did not respond to texts, phone messages or emails. A response would have only taken a minute. They were never good at following directions either for lack of understanding or forgetfulness. I continued to use them because of their price, and it was easier than looking for a replacement. I got what I paid for overlooking messy work in that they would blow grass cuttings onto my car and freshly power washed house. They were only here ten minutes when they did show up for scheduled cuttings. They were due to arrive to get up my yard full of leaves and did not with no communication. I thought they may have gone out of business but that is not what the website says. I haven't figured out how they stay in business if they treat all their customers the same way.

To sum it up, no customer service. You never speak to the same person or a person in the same state. Even though they acknowledge, you as the customer have provided the info necessary for them to complete their task, they take forever to do so. In the meantime you are paying them money you don't owe. Their website has disabled the link to give feedback. Their excuse for taking so long is the pandemic.

Like many I did not read the negative reviews before ordering. I first got a bad feeling when it shipped quickly. How could they match so quickly. Then I hoped the fragrance received would at least smell good if it didn't match. It didn't. It's not even close to what was ordered. I believe they send the same stink to everyone and hope someone will like it. I'm surprised they have any decent reviews at all assuming they are not fake. To give them the benefit of the doubt maybe I was just one of the many unlucky, unfortunate ones. My advice is don't take the risk. It's too expensive.
