When buying from companies on line, they do not specify the name of their carrier for packages. In the future, I will try to find out. The particular service both times, separate businesses "lost" what I purchased. Just a strange coincidence. I don't think so. You wait and wait and wait. If you try to contact them, you receive a form email that you cannot respond. The email is useless and does not answer specific questions regarding your order. You will have to correspond with the business you purchased from and hope they provide a refund. Both businesse have lost my future business as long as they continue to use this delivery service.

Your package can get stuck in transit for 3 weeks, unbelievable!It takes a great deal for them to give an update of your package as well.
