I have ordered 3 bags and a watch of PV over the last 2 years and have been very impressed. Quality is great and communication. I tried to order another watch but not responding to emails or phone so not sure what the go is.

I've been stalking these sites for sometime. They carried different designers. The sites both went down last month. Ready7a came back up last week. While I was browsing on the site it reverted to another company--something like onlinechinashops.com with generic items. For the next few days, when I typed Ready7a it reverted to that other. Now Ready7a is back up like before. However, I noticed that they now take PayPal which, to me, seems a safe way to buy. I will wait to see how things turn out for some of you before I buy.

I got my bag today!

OK, I had to come on here and write about my experience because I too thought I got scammed. I placed my order on 07/11/17. I paid via echeck and few days later the money was withdrawn. On 07/14/17 I got the notice everyone else is getting about warehouse moving. I started getting scared but kept my hopes up. On 7/18 I was getting anxious about my money, so I chatted with them and they assured me that everything was OK. On 08/07 I noticed the website was down and began to panic like everyone else. I came on here and noticed everyone was having similar experiences. I was so mad at myself for falling into a scam but had to chalk it up as a learning lesson! I tired calling... no answer. I tired emailing them and they bounced back. Surprisingly on 08/11 I got an email with a tracking number saying my bag was on it way. I was shocked! I clicked on the tracking and it didnt give me much info. It just said it was in transit. All weekend, i kept checking... no updates. This morning 08/14, I checked again and to my surprise the bad was out for delivery in Los Angeles! My bag was on its way to me! I literally just got it and wanted to update everyone. The bag itself meets my expectations. Smells of leather and came with everything the site promised. The packaging was horrible though. It came wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic enveloped. So the bag is a bit smashed but I think it should be ok. So have hope ladies! Im guessing they did get busted and they did have to move warehouses, but the shipments are still going out.

Ready7a and eplicanations.store. These sites are owned by the same people.

I spent $400 and everything was going well. My debit card was declined a couple of times and I know I should have listened to my intuition and not continued but I really wanted a LV bag. I got an email saying they were moving their warehouse, they were cooperative but after a week from receiving the email they stopped contacting me. They said they would be done with their warehouse moving process by the second week of August but I knew that it was a loud of bull$#*!. So I called my bank( bank of america) and filed a a fraud claim. They are still investigating the matter, I was given credit for the $400 until they finish their investigation.

I'm just thankful that I didn't use E-check or moneygram as my pay option or I would be out of $400 by now. Learned my lesson the hard way.

They got busted
August 13, 2017

I ordered in mid June. My bag got stuck in customs and was never released. I call they said give them a new address and they would ship there. Then I hear nothing from them. I called last week (the number on the email) I was told by the man that were were basically busted and their warehouse was shut down and they are in the process of reopening it. The website shows they were in fact busted by Chanel. They offered me a refund or to try letting them send the bag back out. If I dont hear from them by Monday I'm calling to get a refund.

I have ordered many items from this site over the last several years, LV luggage, bags, keychains etc. Most of the items were almost perfect and I still use them now and they have held up well. Last month I placed and order for a Speedy bag and received it within 2 weeks from China, right away the color on the bag was wearing off. I contacted them and I paid to send it back to them to an address in Russia as they said their warehouse had moved. I have not heard anything for weeks and like all the other reviews I can no longer reach them via emails or phone. This is a Fraudulant site and I am reporting the transaction a fraud to my bank.

I placed an order in early July for a handbag worth $285. I sent them an E check just like everyone else and I asked him to apply a $50 credit that was do me from a prior incident, and being no one had responded to me in two weeks, I called my bank and told them not to allow these people this company to take money out of my checking account and I sent them an email letting them know that my bank would not be allowing them to take money from it and please cancel my order. But in the meantime they called me at least four to five times leaving messsges. I didn't understand the messages on my answering machine because that was in Chinese. I do not speak or understand Chinese. I never answer them because I was not home but all these calls were on my answering machine. I then received an email from them indicating that my order was canceled. Beware of them.

Ready7a same company

Tried emailing ready7a customer service, sent them copies of emails from purse valley but left purse valley's name off, yet somehow they still knew it was from purse valley. I'm guessing this is because they are definitely the same company and they know they are scamming people. They are now denying that I ever placed an order or that they ever contacted me. Everyone needs to report this new site so that no one else ends up with their money stolen!

Purse Valley Fraud?

Hey everyone,
There are a lot of upset customers as of July since there warehouse was "moving". I placed my $260 order with them via E Check through Wells Fargo and I still haven't recieved my package. I filed a fraud claim and was wondering has anyone else experienced this with e check through Wells Fargo.

Purse Valley has been such a mess...
Does anyone have the update email or phone number for them?

I'm sorry to everyone who got scammed on this horrible website. It said nothing but good reviews and really tricked a lot of customers who work hard for their money.

Shame on purse Valley and all the customer service reps for lying to everyone

I have ordered from the site for two years now and could not be happier. But now i ordered again for 1000 eur and am waiting for half a year for stuff. The e mail is blocked i received last e mail 10 days ago that they will ship but nowi cant get no one. I think they have stopped doing bussines. I am very dissapointed in losing all this money

Upset but hopeful

I have ordered from them in the past (one Chloe and one LV) and I couldn't be happier with what I ordered. I, like everyone else, am out $700 because I trusted them due to my past experience. HOWEVER, here is their new number. I am hopeful. *******087. Have faith! I am praying they pull through because I have been so pleased in the past.

Hi you guys,

I did not hear or could not login PV website for long time. My orders were from July10th. Suddenly, my ordered bag and wallet were in my front door 2 days ago. But this time the shipping bag is so careless. There is only a plastic bag covered out side the bag. There is no carton box outside as it used to be. My LV capucine is deformed and I don't think I can wear it. The wallet was in side the big bag so it is intact and beautiful. Over all, the quality of PV bags are always good. I am so disappointed this time about the shipping and packaging. I wasted money on LV capucine. It is beautiful but I can not use it because it is deformed badly:-(

I hope all you guys not yet received your orders will be get them soon and hope that your stuffs are not deformed like mine.

This is the exact same website as pursevalley and new stuff and this one was update July 2017 same time when I ordered and they give excuse of moving their warehouse
