Purchased a Prada purse for my wife. Good communication from purchase to delivery. Took about 14 days (to USA). Product looks perfect. Went to Prada in Scottsdale and they could not tell it was a replica. I'll purchase again.

I was very skeptical but then after all the good reviews I decided to order from them somtime in May. Customer service was great and made me feel comfortable about my purchase. It did take 3 weeks but I suppose its coming from china so okay. I love the bag so much so recently I decided to check the website back out and I can not find it. Now I see all these scam reviews and im worried.

I have never had a bad experience with pursevalley. Just received the three bags I ordered within ONE WEEK. Their customer service was amazing and responded to every email I sent. I was weary to make such a big purchase, however, I spoke with an employee on life chat for about an hour and she assured me it was legit - SHE WAS RIGHT. If you're worried about receiving your products, don't listen to the trolls saying they wont come - seek out communication with the site. Amazing experience. Thank you!

I bought several bags from Purse Valley in a lapse of 4 years. Their customer service was always great and try to fix any dissatisfaction that I had with their products by giving me big discounts or free stuff. Over all my experience was more good than bad and I'm very sad that they are gone...
BTW, I'm not an expert on real LV bags but I had sold two bags and two of my wallets to a lady who owns several real LV bags and she liked the quality stating that they easily pass for the real ones.

I love shopping on this website. PurseValley product is the BEST, just like the original, you can not even tell the difference. Customer Service is very helpful. Recommend this site to anyone who will love to save money just to have a luxury bags. AAA++++++ website!

I just bought 3 purses., 2 Burberry and I Hermes. They are wonderful quality and look real. The company is difficult to get in touch with but they promised it would come before Christmas and it did! I am planning to buy more from them soon! This is the third time I have bought from them and I am never disappointed.

Although I was skeptical after reading the reviews, but I am pleased I took a leap of faith. I called customer service in regards to my order, they walk me thru the entire process from the length of time it would take from payment to product delivery.
I received the product and I am pleased thank you.

I had this bag for about a week now I wanted to test it outside and I love it u can't tell the difference I matched this bag side by side with the real one and u can't even tell. I will always get my bags from here it's def worth the money don't hesitate to buy! Keep up the good work PV :)

By the time you pay the postage, you are out of pocket if you send it back. I wouldn't even trust you would get the refund. My bag smells like plastic. And won't close properly - I paid $400 it is crazy! There resolution is to offer me 30% of another bag. And still keep the one I have. Trust me do not buy from them -

I'm not sure what all you people are complaining about. I got my bag in 5 days after I ordered it! Yes FIVE days. I love the bag. It's beautiful. Is it a mirror image? I have no clue and don't care. The bag is super nice and does not feel cheap at all. I'm started to believe these negative reviews are fake. This is my 3rd bag from them and I have never been disappointed

I'm a little surprised by all the bad reviews. I ordered the LV Estrela bag and it came within 2 weeks to CA and was almost identical to my REAL $2100. 00 LV Estrela. The only difference was that there was only 2 small inside pockets and my REAL one has 2 small and 1 large. I also purchased some LV charms which were VERY NICE for $25.00, and a wallet which was OK. Except the zipper ripples, it's just OK. Customer service was very good, they called me to confirm, followed up with status daily and shipped very quickly. I will definitely order from them again, based on this first order.
** I took a chance and payed via bank using a bank account that I don't usually keep any money in, and only transfered the amount of the purchase to the account. It worked out with out all the confusion and I got an extra discount off the order too!

I just went to purchase a watch and seeing how there was a 10% discount for ordering "ANY" two or more items I added a $5.00 polishing cloth to my order. Well the discount was not applied in my shopping cart and when I called about it they said I had to order two watches "or something like that" After trying to show how the discount stated it was off any two items they would not budge on the matter so I asked to speak to a supervisor, would you be shocked to hear that there is no supervisor and or manager working in the office?

I am really please and happy with my bamboo Gucci tote... it comes in 2 sizes and I bought the bigger one... and the best thing is it arrived much much earlier than I expected... communicate with Maya and she is so helpful. The leather smells so good and I took my bag to Gucci boutique surprisingly the staff over ther can't even tell its replica... I am at cloud 9... soooooo happy... thank you so much.
I wanted to buy another bag from them but they increase the price before I could make another purchase.

I have ordered 3 bags and a watch of PV over the last 2 years and have been very impressed. Quality is great and communication. I tried to order another watch but not responding to emails or phone so not sure what the go is.

I'm on my fifth order from this company. I'm always impressed with the customer service and user friendly site navigation. And most importantly, the products are awesome! The quality is wonderful and the look is spectacular. I have several watches and bags and each have nice craftsmanship and durability. I'm very satisfied.

They are quite experienced and know how to deal with customers.
They also have good variety of bags which have actually good Quality.
Thinking to shop from here next time!

You can tell by their reviews and their use of the English language they are obviously Asian and do not want anymore heat on their websites... perfect watches, looka7 (have to create an account to order there that's new. These people are thieves, liars and steal your money and YES Christine thanks for lying to me as you did so many people including the lady that wrote the other review Tara. Making people feel guilty for mistrusting you. The $400 you stole doesn't leave me financially strapped just feeling stupid and taken advantage of. Stealing from one family to feed another. Shame on ALL you people working at Purse valley and Companies.

I had a problem with them but was quickly resolved with a handbag they send me the wrong item They have the best customer service and everybody is so friendly there they offer me a lot of discounts and for sure I will buy again from them

Tried emailing ready7a customer service, sent them copies of emails from purse valley but left purse valley's name off, yet somehow they still knew it was from purse valley. I'm guessing this is because they are definitely the same company and they know they are scamming people. They are now denying that I ever placed an order or that they ever contacted me. Everyone needs to report this new site so that no one else ends up with their money stolen!

I ordered a bag on this site just to see what kind of quality and bag they have here... Ive own real LV bags, and just to compare their bag to real one... I paid through western union, I got a random call from someone telling me to pay the bag that I put in my cart. (ok, someone is trying to hurry me and pay the damn bag). Anyway, I finished all that, and just waiting for my bag. Got the bag after 1 week, they are fast shipping. When I saw the bag, the handle is damage. I email them regarding this and wanted to do a return and exchange but they won't do it, so I just kept the bag and put it in a box and just wasted $200 dollar. Oh well. That's it, Im done with this site. I knew they are knock off. Just just made their site an products looks so amazing and great quality. But for me IT'S OK QUALITY. Just letting you know people who wants to buy bags on this site. You can go ahead and order and pay if it will make you happy to have a bags just for looks and not for quality GO.

I'm not usually one to write these reviews but I thought I would seeing as there are hardly any reviews out there on pursevalley and I was in two minds whether to order or not.
Ordered a Rolex Daytona. Was given a tracking number etc. Took ~2 weeks to arrive. Came from China, as all these watches do. I think a lot of these sites are just middle men. Customer support was good. Used credit card, safest way.
I can; t pass comment on the likes of bags etc but going on the watch i got, yeah it was a good copy. Im not sure how the swiss copys compare but mine was a good 8 out of 10. Ive bought a load of watches whilst travelling in asia etc in previous years and many kinetic ones stop after about 12 hours if left unatended, some whilst on my wrist. This one seems to be doing well at the moment, good 24 hours. I'd be interested to see if the swiss copies are any better.

Hey everyone,
There are a lot of upset customers as of July since there warehouse was "moving". I placed my $260 order with them via E Check through Wells Fargo and I still haven't recieved my package. I filed a fraud claim and was wondering has anyone else experienced this with e check through Wells Fargo.

Purse Valley has been such a mess...
Does anyone have the update email or phone number for them?

I'm sorry to everyone who got scammed on this horrible website. It said nothing but good reviews and really tricked a lot of customers who work hard for their money.

Shame on purse Valley and all the customer service reps for lying to everyone
