I have been ordering contacts from coastal for 5 years. I had an auto refill somehow that I did not authorize. The worst part about it, is the auto refill was for double the amount of the contact order I normally place, for $528. I received an email at 6:30am saying the doctor approved my order and it would ship in 3-5 days. At 12:00 noon, called customer service to report I did not place this order nor authorize it. I was told it was too late to cancel the order but when the contacts come in to call back and they would send me a return label. I asked for the return label to be sent to me now, so that I would have it when the contacts come. I was told the order hadn't been processed so I couldn't get a return label. Stupid as He--, if the order haven't been processed I should be able to get a refund! I will never use the company again!
