I ordered a bag for $200 on July 4th. Immediately afterwards they sent me emails about delays in shipping because they were moving their warehouse. It is now a month and I haven't heard from them. I have left several emails and attempted to call them on multiple occasions with no response. I ordered from this store only because of the wonderful reviews about their bags. It is extremely upsetting that common people get scammed to easily! Cheaters!

I had ordered from Purse Valley three times in the past couple of years and was extremely pleased. I paid $335 for a belt and watch in early July out of my checking acct. When they started sending me emails about delays due to moving the warehouse, I emailed three times asking to cancel and finally got a response that they would cancel and refund. Then last week a guy called me from NY and told me the order was ready for shipping and since I had been such a good customer, they would expedite it if I wouldn't cancel. So I agreed. Now the site is down and the phone number is disconnected. I probably wouldn't have ever gotten the refund anyway. I am contacting Wells Fargo and filing a fraud claim.

I bought several bags from Purse Valley in a lapse of 4 years. Their customer service was always great and try to fix any dissatisfaction that I had with their products by giving me big discounts or free stuff. Over all my experience was more good than bad and I'm very sad that they are gone...
BTW, I'm not an expert on real LV bags but I had sold two bags and two of my wallets to a lady who owns several real LV bags and she liked the quality stating that they easily pass for the real ones.

I went to order the LV speedy on 7/1- it said it was sent out 7/13 and the tracking never changed for two weeks, it said it was still in China, when I would call purse valley they would say that they moved "warehouses" but this shouldn't have effected my shipment, I told them to please refund me because The package never moved from china and it was

They claimed they refunded me the cash. Never happened nor did I get an email, I had to call my bank to report fraud.

I've used Pursevalley numerous times over the years. I would rate the overall quality 8.5 out of 10. Some items are immaculate, others faulty. The biggest con is that, yes processing the payment itself takes seemingly forever. The shipping for me has averaged about 4 days once I receive tracking. I ordered $900 order around July 11th, money was pulled out 15th, and I received email about warehouse issues and it could take up to 3 weeks later to ship than normally. I trust them as a longtime consumer and wasn't freaking out. I received email update today saying shipping would be resuming in the next couple days and would be receiving tracking. It's worth it. Just read reviews and be patient!

I bit the bullet and placed an order on 6/29/17 (paid with e-check) got the confirmation email and after that everything went down hill. My ordered was taking forever to process(close to two weeks) although the money was withdrawn from my bank account two days after I placed the order, then I got an email saying there's a delay with my order due to some issue they've encountered with their warehouse/shipping. Eventually I got tired of waiting and cancelled my order on Friday 7/20. I'm waiting a few days for purse valley to refund me my money, or I'll be filing a complaint with BBB and disputing the transaction! Absolutely horrible experience. Wish I would've followed my mind and not order from them to begin with! Now their entire site has listed all the items as "sold out" Beware of this dishonest company.

This was my first purchase from Purse Valley. The prices are great and i cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service. Oh, and the delivery was very fast also. Great quality for the price.
