I have been following pursevalley.com for some time. "Eva" raves about this & other website that sells lv knock off handbags. She owns most of these companies. The bags are REALLY POOR QUALITY, & last about 6 weeks of normal wear, which actually works out pretty expensive. Eva has her own website that show reviews but she contradicts herself & only gives the sites she is affiliated with great reviews. STAY AWAY FROM purse alley.com.

Lots of items to choose from I really liked the site the ordering process was quick and easy. However, I had an issue with my order and the customer service agent I spoke with wasn't very friendly. I would use this service again but hopefully I'll speak with someone else!

I ordered a wallet and was sent the incorrect one but once I returned it (I paid for shipping) I received the correct one and then I ordered a Never Full and my daughter is carrying it and loves it. I was looking to purchase one for myself. But I am a little confused with what I am reading everywhere. I hope they have not shut down. But anyway great replicas!

I recently ordered, via online, several items from Pursevalley. The following day I was informed, by my credit card company, that there were fraudulent charges on the card I used to purchase my merchandise. Pursevalley is a company from China. Someone attempted to use the card for a purchase of $4,000 in China the same day I completed my order online. This has never happened to me. I can't say, with certainty, that the company in some way was involved. I could say that it occurred in China the same day I made my purchase from Pursevalley. In my opinion, I'd be weary of making business with such a company.

Firstly this company is the same as Perfect Watches so beware. Company advertises as Express shipping to Australia which I assume is 7-10 days. It was 3 days after I ordered and received email/ and a call to confirm delivery address and was told it would be 2-3 days before it would be shipped from China. 7 days later I got an email to say it had just been shipped. (10 days already up). I tried to contact company (? Californian phone number). I was disconnected several times and so left my number, several times, as a message promises they WILL get back to you. They never responded. Long story! They offered me a refund as the watch was returned to them... undeliverable. I cancelled and tried ordering thru Perfect Watches>>> SAME COMPANY. Finally the watch did arrive after 3 weeks. Looks like they have a serious problem with what the customer writes as their address and where they try to send it. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I have ordered many items from this site over the last several years, LV luggage, bags, keychains etc. Most of the items were almost perfect and I still use them now and they have held up well. Last month I placed and order for a Speedy bag and received it within 2 weeks from China, right away the color on the bag was wearing off. I contacted them and I paid to send it back to them to an address in Russia as they said their warehouse had moved. I have not heard anything for weeks and like all the other reviews I can no longer reach them via emails or phone. This is a Fraudulant site and I am reporting the transaction a fraud to my bank.

I recently ordered from purse valley. I ordered the mini Palm Springs backpack and love it! The quality of the bag is amazing. The pattern matches to the real one. The company is fast to respond to any questions you have. I definitely will order from them again! I wish I could submit photos!

I was definitely nervous about ordering from here as there are so many mixed reviews. I at first was going to order a number of things and the transaction was denied by my bank as they believed it was a scam. Airing on the side of caution I decided to order just one item and was concerned at first because they hadn't been answering any of my emails. I had to call them and change my order and it went through, took a couple of days to process and then I received a tracking number from them and about 7 days later my package arrived. I can safely say I am one satisfied customer and will be ordering again. Lower your expectations with customer service and you will most likely need to be the one to contact them if there is any troubles.

Took the gamble and bought a watch.
The service and updates were very good. The item was shocking.
The finish was poor, the embossed leather was askew and the watch stopped working and something had come loose inside, even though it had been in bubble wrap and a box?!
Luckily I bought with visa, in event if something going wrong.
If you do decide to buy, use your visa

Wanted to order a replacement part and was told i could only do that if i placed a new order also. So i did and got my new order but no replcement part. It's been 6 weeks and same story every time i call. We are waiting on the manufacturer. Very disappointing

I've ordered from this site three times and EVERY SINGLE TIME something fraudulent happens afterwards. I received a notification from my bank indicating suspicious activity. This was on thanksgiving and Black Friday. So this means they went on an online shopping spree! Luckily my bank cancelled my card and sent a replacement. Now don't get me wrong, the items from this company are amazing so I will continue to order from them but I will use a pre-paid debit card when ordering.

I purchased a LV replica after reading the description of the handbag. It stated "real cowhide leather". After receiving the handbag it was obvious that the straps were vinyl. I received the email stating I should send the bag back with a $50.00 value. No way! I spent $372.00 on the bag & wallet. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and they stated NOT to send the bag & wallet back since it was illegal to mail counterfeit products. I won the dispute and got to keep the handbag for free. I ended up giving the handbag and wallet to a thrift shop and told them it was not real.

Okay, this is a real review re: my experience with PurseValley. I used the e-Check method as they gave me a discount, and it took a little over 3 weeks for my items to arrive. 2/3 out of the 3 items were DECENT and one was terrible and unusable. I tried contacting customer service and they will NOT do anything about it. They will simply send you 1-2 courtesy emails then drop off the face of the earth. One of the items that we decent was the Speedy in Damier Ebene. The color is redder than most auth DEs and the canvas does not line up. Honestly, I don't recommend them and would say you're better off buying a pre-loved bag.

Hello I was in the same situation like you Lisa. I ordered from this website my purchase was $1,250. I received the email asking for my photocopies for my ID and credit card. First I was skeptical and I send them an email and ask them to explain me for what are all this things because this smells: FRAUD. One nice girl from their staff called me and she explain me that because the order is large they need to ensure that I am the person who ordered so they need to check the id and credit card for my safety and also their safety. So, what I do? I've send them my ID copy but I let them to see only my face and the address and from my credit card only my name and last 4 digits and was enough for them and I stay calm because they don't have how to fraud me. So,. Is not such a big thing, you can trust them.

I ordered a $300 LV bag from this website. Fearing my credit card info being stolen, i decided to order through western union. A few days after hearing nothing, I received a phone call from one of purse valley's representatives saying the money cannot be picked up, please do something. So I called western union and they said they will not complete the order due to their suspicion of FRAUD! So then I go pick up my money from western union location and received an email from purse valley, saying if the reason i canceled was due to the price, they are willing to negotiate price...? Not a trustworthy company!

I've been stalking these sites for sometime. They carried different designers. The sites both went down last month. Ready7a came back up last week. While I was browsing on the site it reverted to another company--something like onlinechinashops.com with generic items. For the next few days, when I typed Ready7a it reverted to that other. Now Ready7a is back up like before. However, I noticed that they now take PayPal which, to me, seems a safe way to buy. I will wait to see how things turn out for some of you before I buy.

I was very skeptical of ordering from this site, especially when Western Union questioned the money order. The original order was canceled but several weeks later I decided to place the order again and pay with my credit card. It was a simple transaction, they called to confirm my order and last 4 digits of my credit card within 10 minutes. My order arrived within 5 days and I am very pleased with the product.
There are many mixed reviews but I would definitely order again.

I ordered a Louis Vuitton Noé replica bag in monogram canvas from Purse Valley. Everything went smoothly until DHL delivered my purchase. The "leather" parts of the bag are made of vinyl and the logo imprinted metal rings started to fall off the minute I undid the package, merrily clinking onto the floor. But you are right: I was asking for it. Stupid is not the one who sells, stupid is the one who buys.

I am one of the ones who ordered in July! On the 13th and last email I got was on 26th letting me know about the delay and warehouse moving. I still have not gotten any other emails nor any purchase has made its arrival. I only ordered one bag. Money of course came out of account right away.
Who do I contact? Emails don't go through and most phone #'s don't work. What has worked for anyone!?!
