Prom Girl is an awesome website, I ordered my prom dress three days prior to my Junior Prom, I payed for next day shipping and they made sure to send me the dress in time! Also, I wish that they had sizes in Petite since i'm very short, I spent more at the dry cleaners than I did on my dress.

The customer service is very horrible at this company I was on hold for 15 minutes because the young lady did not want to put supervisor on the phone and then she hung up on me all over me trying to discuss my return and purchasing my new dress which is the same dress in a different color they wouldn't My discount code for the second dress which honestly Its exchange they need better training when it comes to customer service people are spending their money. All I was trying to do is that's change exchange a dress which they told me I had to buy it all over again then wait 15 days for a return on the first dress. Then they charge you eight dollars for a return label.

They are not customer service oriented, you have no interest in helping your customers. The call staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. This company needs to get with it, and there needs to be some serious customer service training done. Because another customer driven prom dress company is on the horizon.
