This is the second time buying a prom dress from PromGirl, the dress was absolutely gorgeous as expected. I am planning on buying a graduation dress real soon.
Brought for daughter's prom. Arrived in good time but now I have to sew poppers, hooks and eyes back on. They were there but have come off already when trying dress on. I know these are minor but when you have spent a considerable amount of money and then import tax in U. K. You would hope it was perfect.
I'm the Mom so my job is just to pay! My daughter has bought 2 dresses from this company and I highly recommend them. Beautiful dresses, great prices and prompt shipping. What more could a Mom possibly want?!
The dress I ordered said it wouldn't fit me but it does. It came in super fast but the zipper seems to not work and the dress now has creases in it where they shouldn't be

Prom Girl is an awesome website, I ordered my prom dress three days prior to my Junior Prom, I payed for next day shipping and they made sure to send me the dress in time! Also, I wish that they had sizes in Petite since i'm very short, I spent more at the dry cleaners than I did on my dress.
I was very nervous to order from here, thinking the pictures were not their real models or dresses. Good thing I was wrong about that. The dress came in as shown in the image and fits very nicely. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed, I havent gotten my package since UPS lost it. I know its not promgirls fault but honestly I dont know what to do now. Prom is in 2 weeks.

The customer service is very horrible at this company I was on hold for 15 minutes because the young lady did not want to put supervisor on the phone and then she hung up on me all over me trying to discuss my return and purchasing my new dress which is the same dress in a different color they wouldn't My discount code for the second dress which honestly Its exchange they need better training when it comes to customer service people are spending their money. All I was trying to do is that's change exchange a dress which they told me I had to buy it all over again then wait 15 days for a return on the first dress. Then they charge you eight dollars for a return label.

They are not customer service oriented, you have no interest in helping your customers. The call staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. This company needs to get with it, and there needs to be some serious customer service training done. Because another customer driven prom dress company is on the horizon. You are only as good as what your customers have to say about you

I absolutely fell inlove with this dress when I seen the picture, I ordered it and when it came in, I could not believe how gorgeous the dress was. I ordered the blush and the colour is more pretty in person yet! I ordered a medium and it fits perfect I'm slim and am small at the chest and it fits like a glove. I bought this dress for my senior prom. It was very comfortable and attractive and fit me well although I had to get in hemmed at the bottom.
It looks a bit different from the picture, but I didn't expect anything more than the price I paid. The shoulders are a bit itchy but I didn't really mind.
