They are not customer service oriented, you have no interest in helping your customers. The call staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. This company needs to get with it, and there needs to be some serious customer service training done. Because another customer driven prom dress company is on the horizon. You are only as good as what your customers have to say about you

Please note each return is processed as it arrived so it can take up to 5-10 business days from when it's received back but you will be emailed once it is complete.
