Was very disappointed in the dress. Very heavy and much longer than in the picture. I ended up not wearing it but I can't return it unless I return for credit.
For the first time ordering a dress I wasn't sure what I'd get. I loved the quality of the dress and the bead work on the dress was beautiful. I would order from you again. With very little alterations the dress will be great. My daughter is 5'10" and the dress was long enough! Finally!
Like most who go on this site you are very hesitant. Who isn't when beautiful dresses are so incredibly affordable. I was planning my wedding in the Dominican Republic and could not fathom spending hundreds even thousands on a wedding dress I planned on trashing in the ocean. I found a beautiful white prom dress that was perfect. I ordered a 4 (should have ordered a 2). I am 5'7 140lbs 36 B. Brought it to my hemtress and she was blown away by the quality of the beading. She said every single one was hand sewed and not done by machine. I got so many compliments on my dress. Would recommend this site to anyone.
Ordered a dress to wear to my best friends wedding. When the dress came in the material was thinner and more cheap looking than I expected, but the pattern was cute and it fit so I kept it. Fast forward 2 weeks to the wedding day, as I am putting my dress on and zipping up the zipper, the zipper gets stuck. Not stuck in any material. Just stuck. Cheap zipper. Would NOT BUDGE! Had several people try to zip it either up or down and nothing worked. Emailed customer service for several days and after many emails and pics sent to them, they tell me they can not do anything because the tags were taken off. They refuse to help whatso ever. They won't even give a store credit. BOTTOM LINE; CHEAP DRESSES, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My dress fits well. The packaging, price, and delivery were great! There is a lot more cleavage showing, but I'll use double sided tape to keep everything in place.
F I could do less then 1 star I would. This dress is awful. The lining of the dress is thicker on the top then it is on the bottom (not seen in photo on website. Picture makes it look like one solid lining but it's not) The bottom is see through. I tried it with a slip and it covered the see through part however there is a line mid abdomen that still shows because the material is so thick up top. Tried to take to a seamstress $150 to fix which is more then I paid for the dress.

The dress was a beautiful color and was a hit at the party. I did order a size up and it was a perfect fit.
Please do not order from Prom Girl! They told me that I had an extension past the 7 day return policy and when I called to get the return authorization they told me that they had no record of the extension being given and they refused to accept the return. This is the 2nd time that I have had a problem with trying to return a dress that did not fit my daughter and was never worn. The 1st time they finally issued a refund, but only after I had to fight for it, but this time they were arrogant, obstinate and implied that I was lying about being given the extension. They clearly had a "too bad, so sad" attitude! What really has happened is that they have either "accidentally" or purposefully deleted the recorded call where I was given the extension and are now saying that since they do not have a recording of the call that they will not issue the refund. I was also told on 2 different days that a supervisor would call me back regarding this issue and to this day no one has ever called me back and it has been about 2 months now since I was told that. This business is unbelievable in their treatment of their customers and their customer service is horrible and please do not ever order from them. If you look at other reviews for PromGirl you will see that there are many people whom have had return issues and/or were refused their refund that was due to them.

Only paid this high price since the other place didn't have my size. I paid $7.00 for the exact same dress.
Before buying the dress I looked at the return policy on the website. On the home page there is a section at the top called "We accept return" and when you click on this section a small pop up window appears. The window provides all the information about the return policy EXCPET THE MOST IMPORTANT POINT WHICH IS THE 7 DAY RMA REQUEST! I'll admit I should have researched this further, but I'm very disappointed as it seems deceptive on the company's part to not link you directly to the returns policy website from the home page.

Terrible Customer Service. My daughter's Prom Dress didn't come when it was due. They blamed UPS and both companies gave me the run around as far as I am concerned. The are not true to the customer and would not give refund to her. They should be ashamed. I advise not to order anything from Prom Girl.
Bought a dress for my daughter to wear for a party, it was too big! Returned it for a smaller dress outside of the time frame allotted for return. Due to extenuating circumstances and a death in our family, the dress was not worn to no party. Prom Girl would not return the dress for full refund because it was outside of the return policy and knowing the circumstances of the return. This is pretty sad, it's all about the money for Prom Girl not about the customer. Will not shop here again!
