This company is a complete scam. As I'm sure hundreds have said - I wish I had googled the company before making a purchase. We all have similar stories: they reach out and ask for more money, if you try to contact them in ANY form you will not get a response back, if you threaten them in any way they will threaten you back, and you're left kicking yourself. If you made a purchase from this company, IMMEDIATELY go to your bank or however you purchased the item, and fial a claim. Get your money back (just not through them). Also, SPREAD THE WORD! Let others know not to trust them. They have screwed hundreds of customers, and they should be put out of business.
Ordered from them in December 2018. It's been 7 months no product. They stopped responding to my emails and they blocked me on social media.

This site is an absolute scam. I ordered 2 things on Nov 19th (christmas presents). A couple weeks went by, so I checked on the order & it said Unfulfilled. After 1 month went by & I hadn't heard anything, I checked the status of my order again & it still said unfulfilled. The only way to contact them is by sending them an email through their site. So I sent 1 email asking about the status of my order. They did not respond. So, I sent a 2nd email asking for a refund. They did not respond to that one either. I finally called my credit card company & explained the situation & they reached out to Print Your Pet one last time to see if they would respond or make it right & they didn't, so my credit card company reimbursed me my money. This site is a total scam. Buyers beware!

Still have not received my order that I placed 11/24/18. I received an email 2 months later stating they were not refunding my money because that is their policy and to " please bear with us". Got another reply today from an email I sent them in January. They are just messing with me now. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! A RIPOFF!
Placed my order 11/10/18 still have not received it. Just checked the status today and it still shows unfulfilled. Guess a few people on my Christmas list won't be getting their gifts

Y'all don't order from this site I ordered something for a Christmas present 6 weeks ago. I hadn't gotten it or a shipping confirmation so I messaged them. They sent me a message back saying they were waiting on me to approve the proof. (I never got an email of a proof) they said they would email it again. A day goes by and I message them and tell them that I still haven't gotten an email. No reply comes from them. I comment on one of their posts saying I haven't gotten my product 6 weeks later. They delete the comment. I comment it again but add that it was funny I commented once before but it had disappeared. They delete that comment as well and message me "Instead of commenting why not message us or email us you'd actually get help" which is interesting because the message before that was me telling them I still have not received an email. (Hence I HAVE messaged) They sent these other messages that followed "Well I'd love to print it if you just looked in your email and approved it's pretty easy." And "Yeah our screen shots time stamps even the ones from gmail.com are a lie. We made it up."
After that I requested for a refund and got no response. Instead they blocked me from commenting and messages.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS SO CALLED "company". I ordered a custom blanket from them on November 25 and I still haven't received it. Not to mention I ordered by the cut off date to get it before Christmas for a gift. I have emailed them MULTIPLE times and each time they are very rude and are not in the slightest bit helpful! And I waited for almost a week for someone to even respond back to me each time. We are now 7 weeks out since I ordered and I haven't even gotten a proof to edit to have them even begin. I will not be surprised if I don't ever receive my order seeing how I haven't heard back from them from the most recent email I sent them. But they didn't wait around to take my money that's for sure!
I just received an email today (01/17/19) from printyoupet with the artwork proof, which is nearly 2 months after placing my order. I will update when/if my blanket comes.
I placed an order on 11/22/18 because they're website stated that if your order is placed BEFORE 11/25/18, you will recieve your items in time for Christmas, which I'm realizing is completely false. Currently, my order status still reads: unfulfilled. They have also charged my credit card already, which I don't understand because they haven't even started making the blanket. Their website also states that within 5-7 days, you will receive a proof of your artwork before it is printed. I never received a proof, however I did receive an email from a personal account on 12/07/18 stating that they have not been able to start my order because I requested for the full body of my dog to be on the blanket, but didn't pay for it. Before paying the $7.50 fee, I went to look at my order confirmation email from 11/22/18 because I thought I already paid the full body fee. The confirmation didn't detail that charge, so now I'm not sure if I really did forget or if I got scammed even more. To make matters worse, their site also claims that a percentage of their net profits goes to family run non-profits for pets. This was another selling point for me, and unfortunately, I'm now finding it hard to believe. To ask for a refund, I DMed them on Instagram, messaged them on Facebook, and contacted them through their site. I'm also going to try emailing the personal account that requested the full body charge. Most other reviews have stated that they take a long time to reply, so we'll see what happens. Also, did anyone actually receive their order?

I ordered my blanket on October 21st was promised to receive it within 2-4 weeks. I figured that it would take time since it is custom AND close to Christmas. This was over a month before the November 25th cutoff date. Received an email from the company late November with my "proof". I approved the proof. And they told me it would be here within 2-3 weeks. A month goes by. I attempted to contact them 4 different times. Did not receive a response. This was supposed to be a Christmas present so I ended up ordering a photo blanket from Walmart (got it within 1 week or ordering). I contacted my bank and filed a fraud report and they gave me my refund. Now all of a sudden... 3 weeks after I sent the email I get a response to ALL 4 messages I sent. Saying "please be patient" yeah ok. No thank you. Had they responded within the 24-36 hour window it states on the website I would have probably waited longer as it is Christmas time and I know they are busy. This place is a scam. Cute idea. Terrible company.
I ordered a pillow for my sister for Christmas, ordered November 15th (way before the Christmas cut off date). Still have not received anything. I got an email in the new year to approve the artwork and I just asked for a refund because it was too late, but of course I did not get a response so I just said to print it and ship it. Now, three weeks later, I have not heard back from them at all. Terrible, complete scam, and I paid more money because I am from Canada. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COST. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, BUNCH OF CRIMINALS!

They told me it would take 2-4 weeks for my product to come in as they were experiencing a high volume of orders because of the holiday season. I ordered it December 12. It is now February 10. Their website's design literally tricked me into buying two of the same products. They took about 2-3 weeks to finally get back to me (even though their website says they will take up to 24-36 hours to respond) to say they would give me a refund. From there, they said it would take 2-4 days for the refund to come in. I waited about two weeks and finally had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Since it has taken an absurd amout of time for the original blanket to come in, I've been consistently emailing them saying I want my money back. All they offered was free shipping. So I've continuously emailed them asking for my money back completely. They have been very kind in ignoring all of my emails. I messaged them on FB and they left me on read. This company is a scam and will steal your money. Do not buy from them. I have good reviews from friends about Pet Canvas. I would highly recommend you order from them instead.
I ordered a pair of socks from Printyourpet in November of 2017, and they guaranteed it would be in by Christmas. I have still yet to receive my product. I emailed them several times and just a response telling me to be patient and that a TRACKING NUMBER is on the way. I have waited 6 MONTHS, and have still not received my product or any type of refund. I am soo disappointed. NEVER ordering from this site again- DO NOT ORDER!

The correspondence with this company was unprofessional, and I was blocked on FB when I told them I contacted the BBB. I also found out that they do not give proceeds to animal shelters.
