The purchasing process was simple and the freight charges reasonable.
What I do like at "smart" Laser products compared to other brands that I tried is that the WIFI-connected smart lights will retain the settings when power is turned off, they come to the same state (On/OFF, brightness, colour, mode) when power comes back on. I wish they had other smart bulb types such as GU10, smaller size for E27. Etc.

It was easy to find what I was looking for on the Lazer website, i ordered another remote for something else from another company the same day and I've no idea when it's turning up so the overall whole experience I had with Lazer Co was outstanding,I highly recommend them.

Very grateful to have a workable remote again, after the previous one just 1 yr old ceased to work when it fell from my lap onto the floor.
Our Tv Remote stop working ordered one from Laser, very satisfied with the service only took 2 days to arrive. Now back watching TV
2/3 (PIRs and door sensors) of the products costs eventually were refunded.
The reason: they didn't work with Tuya and therefore not with HA.
The light switches work and are great value.

The tablet had a problem which was confirmed by a Laser tech. I couldn't open or update any application. Even the pre-installed apps crash. I did a factory reset 3 times but the problem persists.
