Placed my order AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY on December 11,2018 and have been going back and forth via email ever since. Was once promised I would receive 10% back from my orders, never happened. Was promised on three separate occasions it was now being listed as a rushed priority, it's now April 26,2019 and I'm totally empty handed. Was given the same sob story as everyone else that they had a broken system and were backed up from the holidays. Excuse after excuse. However I posted negative reviews on their Instagram account and within the hour received a hateful direct message and was promptly blocked. So turns out they'll answer to some negative public PR! Based on the many other negative reviews I see, this company is a total scam.
Ordered my blanket on November 3rd for my son for Christmas. Way before their cutoff for Christmas delivery date. Was emailed stating it was being wrapped up and ready to ship. Christmas has come and gone. Have sent over 10 emails and get bull crap answers and still no blanket. I have contacted pay pal and will probably contact the BBB. This is such a disgraceful business! My son would have loved his cat on a blanket and now he'll never receive it.

I'm sad to read these reviews, I wished I would have before I placed an order. I ordered a fleece blanket as a secret Santa gift for our office receptionist who brings her lovable little dog Wendell into the office on a regular basis. I ordered it November 27th thinking I would be way out in front of it, but here it is January 28th and still nothing. Not only that, they stopped responding to my emails (it took them over a week to respond to the first one), and my order number is no longer recognized on their "Order Status" page! What a ripoff! I'm hoping that Capital One will dispute this and get my money back. Whoever these crooks are should get thrown in jail!

I requested to cancel. 10 days later they responded they couldn't. I requested again. No response. Then 2 weeks later- they stated it was being completed and they would expedite. A week later- my status is "unfulfilled" and I get no response. THEIVES.
I ordered a blanket for my daughter-in-law December1st. Now it's May 15 and still no blanket. My daughter-in-law was so excited about her gift. I sent several emails and have received a couple responses from the company. The last I heard in March was that they would be sending an email to proof the work... did not receive that email. I entered another business and asked if they knew where the business was. I was told it was a floor down, but that it was a secured floor and I could leave a message with him to deliver.

I messaged a week ago and no response, then messaged again today saying I want a refund and get an email back in minutes that my order will be "wrapping up this week" I said I no longer want it, I just want a refund and still no response. Ordered a package 2 months ago. I tried emailing at first for the first month to no response. Then googled them and saw that it was a scam (or may aswell be). I posted a bad review and was them finally given an the response of we will help if you take down the review. I do and get no response, then threatening to put the review back up i got a page long message of abuse.
I was FINALLY given the shipping company but ofcourse that is horse $#*! too. My package never arrived in customs or my door and i was never notified, no contact number and no support service for lost packages with many people complaining about the same thing.
And lets not forget the most laughable legal action I've ever seen, fyi writing under an email after you abuse someone and saying its confidential, doesn't make it legally confidential (duh)
