I ordered on October 25th. Just got a shipping notification today. Horrible customer service. And I read other people say they were shipped the wrong thing! The wrong pet in their blankets or whatever else. So I'm not sure what I'm even going to receive. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I can update if anyone wants once I get it.
Sorry, but it is gone. This company is a complete scam! I ordered 11/3 and still nothing. Ignore getting your package, and immediately go to your bank and file a dispute! Best of luck to you! We were both scammed.
