Very polite straight forward and answered my questions perfectly and fully detailed. I would love to talk to her anytime I have a concern or question on anything she really is stepping up the game when it comes to over the phone customer service

I received my order as didn't like the way it was placed on the canvas because it was off center. Kayla helped me get this resolved by requesting that I receive a new canvas. She was very helpful.

I had a problem with a Groupon-code. Groupon had given me a wrong code to order the album of 100 pages that I had made (and which was a lot of work - several days). I had ordered a Dutch code for an album and this was also mentioned on my Groupon order form. Unfortunately, the code was only valid for a French website (which was the mistake of Groupon). I was in a panick, but luckily "Kayla" solved this problem. I am very thankful to her.

I ordered a photo book of a childrens story I've written. The pictures were quite roughly drawn and I didnt expect it to come out very well so I was absolutely knocked out by the quality of the product when it arrived a few days later, the pictures were reproduced perfectly and the cost was very reasonable. The whole process was clear and easy and the delivery took only a few days. I'd definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

I had a problem with my order with printer prix, but hopefully with kayla on the customer chat line this has been resolved. The proof will be reveled when my order arrives and hopefully I can give them a glowing review. But the customer service has got my thumbs up

When receiving my order incorrectly, Kayla on the customer service team was extremely helpful when emending my order and replacing it free of charge! Will definitely be shopping with Printerpix again!

I'm just writing 5for printerpix as I've just purchased my 8 personalised blanket 6 presents and one for myself and hubby marking special occasions I life. I got a picture of my dad who is passed away 24 years and I'm not a bit computer knowledgeable but when I put the blanket around my shoulders his picture is actually on my shoulder I had couple of technical issues just once and the customer service from Kayla was 10/10. I definitely recommend printerpix. Thanks again Kayla for all your patience ‍
