Total Scam! Beware!

I ordered their Little Lamb Cardigan for $24.99. Received it and it was NOTHING like the picture. It looked like a ratty bathrobe. Very thin, didn't even cover my butt and I'm only 5'4". I emailed them and sent pictures as requested. They responded offering me a $6 refund and coupons for a future order. When I said, no, I want a full refund, I was told that I would have to pay for shipping and then if there were any customs charges that would be deducted from my refund, so it wouldn't be worth it for me to return the item. So, basically, they charge you full price and put beautiful pictures on their site, but then send you something that looks nothing like what you ordered and keep your money. Total scam, terrible company.

I wish I would have read these reviews before buying from this company! They are the worst! The clothes are so cheaply made and dont look anything like they do online... and then they wont refund you! If you insist on returning, they make you pay the shipping which they said can cost up to $60! Seriously dont buy anything from them!

I ordered 2 items from them. 1 is 1 size fits all cardigan. The other is supposed to e a cardigan (they said it runs small). More like t-shirt fabric. Ordered XL (I normally wear a Medium). Skimpy thing is too small. Neither item looks like the pictures on their website. Cheaply made. No tags. When I requested to return the items, I received an email in very bad English. They wanted me to send pictures of the problem with the items. How do you send pictures of CHEAP? They 1st offered to give me $5.00 credit. When I refused that, they said I could keep the items - maybe sell them or give them to friends or relatives and they would refund me $8.00. When I refused that, they offered $12.00. Their next email included a shipping address in China to return the items. I would have to pay shipping + customs fees and there is no guarantee that they will receive the items or that they will issue a refund. Worst customer service & return policy ever! How can companies like this be on Facebook or the web? Complete rip off! I have submitted a claim to PayPal.

They advertise one item and then send you a junk, totally different item direct from China. They don't take care of the problem even when you send pics of their junk merch. Beware, you will be totally unhappy with your product!

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star, but you have to at least pick one. The order took months to arrive, and I still haven't received the third item ordered. Clothing looks NOTHING like the photos, colors are completely different, everything looks cheap. Do not order from this company. I'm not even going to bother sending it back because I'm sure it will take forever or it will never get refunded anyway. I would bet the reviews on the website are all fake.

I should have known better. I've read plenty of articles regarding these fraudulent clothing companies out of China, but I fell for this anyway. The maxi dress I ordered was pictured as floor sweeping with pockets at the hips. What I received was a dress that fell to about mid-calf length ( I'm 5'3"-- the length shouldn't have been an issue), and pockets that were level with my knees. Customer service indicated that I could pay to send it back myself for a refund--I find it laughable that I should pay any costs to deal with defective product. Chalk this up to a learning experience, but I should really have known better. Poppoly is in the same league as all of the other countless scam Chinese companies.

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
They state they will refund but I am currently still arguing with them trying to return items that don't fit (and are terrible quality) and they are refusing to refund despite the returns all meeting the criteria as stated on the web-site.
Its a scam, dont waste your money as I have.

I ordered what appeared to be a very nice looking hooded cardigan and received something totally different than what was pictured - different fabric and style. It was something one might wear to lounge in with pajamas, but NOT something I would wear in public. So, they either misrepresented the item on their website, or they sent me the wrong item. When I tried to return it - which was a hassle in itself - they expected me to pay shipping of $21, even though it was their error. An all around BAD company from China with no ethical business standards and should be banned from doing business in the U.S.

This must be illegal

Would leave a zero rating if I could. The items are poorly made and not truly as advertised.

Upon asking the support team for return instructions i learned that
A) They ask you to send PICTURES of yourself wearing the items
B) You're not allowed to return items for "Subjective reasons"- meaning if you think it's poor quality or if they don't fit properly or if you simply decide you don't like the item as much as you thought you would.

On some level this must be illegal. Asking for pictures?! This company is a total scam.

Now it finally shipped or MAYBE, it seems to be stuck in Singapore? So frustrated, now reading other reviews I'm stressing over the size. Bill never buy from them again and will tell others not to!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I would of read the reviews before ordering. Quality of clothes is horrible. Not anything like what you see on line. I've been trying to return items. You can only email the company when trying to find out how to return anything. They asked for pictures of the items I had ordered. Sent all the information to them. Now their telling me I have to pay for shipping and handling and if their's any international charges. What kind of company works like this.

Damaged item scam!

Do yourself a favor and dont buy anything from the poppoly company! What you order for $40 arrives damaged and unlike their stated policy they offer a whopping $3 refund for you instead of return or ask you to pay for the shipping cost to China by yourself for their fault!

VERY VERY cheap and terrible quality products. My sweater that I ordered took 40 days to be delivered, because it comes directly from China. When I received it I noticed they sent the wrong color. I contacted their customer service and reminded them of their return policy that states a full refund and that they would pay for shipping. They refused to pay for shipping and it would cost me $30 to ship to China-the cost of the sweater. The only other option they suggested was a "refund" of $10. Not the best option, but better than nothing. WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN- all of the images of their products look to be false advertising.

The images they use for their products are from other companies with better products. It seems they make some cheap knockoffs and then don't offer returns.

Ordered a dress from Poppoly for $21+, it finally arrived and it was STAINED, when we contacted the company they said they would give us 20% off our next order, WHAT?! So we replied that was unacceptable and they offered a $3 refund and 20% off our next order if we shipped the dress back to China! This company is a joke, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Terrible quality

Just ordered from this company. The sweaters were not sweaters, they were thin materiel that looked nothing like the picture. They aren't even wearable. They smell of chemicals. Don't waste your money. Terrible terrible quality. Worst purchase I have ever made.
