I ordered this beautiful white, fuzzy, cozy lamb hooded sweater. When I finally received it last night, the arm length very short, long threads at the bottom of item hanging. There was no hem. There were black threads intertwined with the white from the worst sewing ever. I ordered a size larger but it was very small. It's a piece of thin cloth with a hood attached. Dry clean only. Not even going to waste my energy on trying to return. Did that with another company from China and it was a disaster. Learned a lessen here and blocked then from my feed. There are a couple of them out there probably from the same place with different names. Beware...

If you want something from this site, google search the image and order from somewhere else. Their site says you can change or cancel order up until it ships. I e-mailed the support desk as they instruct you to. 3 days later I get a notification that my item has shipped. Now they just say, sorry to cause you problem. I have no idea if I will receive my package but looking at other reviews it's highly unlikely!

Literally took 3 weeks to receive clothing. Ordered everything in an XL, which fit more like a Sm-Med. One of the sweaters had a giant hole in the sleeve and the tag was ripped off like it had been worn before. Emailed them to ask about returning the clothing and they have given me the complete run-around. They said the best they could do is provide a coupon code for my next order and refund $15 of my $140 order OR I could pay the really expensive shipping to send the items back. They said can you try selling it to someone else or giving it away? What company says that?! These items were Christmas gifts for my mom and now she has a bunch of clothes she cant wear and has no use for, plus a huge waste of money. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering!

I am another poor unsuspecting person who fell in love with a hooded cardigan on their website and received a hooded fleece piece of crap that is no way the same as the picture. Ordered two other items but have decided not to even take them out of the package. Eleven emails back and forth and still saying the same exact thing in very poor English. Filed a complaint with credit card company and will not back down,
Stay away from this company it is a scam!

Great dress

I recently ordered a dress from Poppoly. After it came, as pictured, I realized I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. Another dress I was thinking of ordering had different size chart. I contacted the company and yes I would have to pay the return shipping which I declined so they offered me 20% off next order instead.
Dress was under $20 with shipping so I have no love lost. It fit my mom and she loves it. Waiting for next order to come in. It does take awhile for orders to arrive from China.

It is unarguable the fact that the two major things every buyer considers when making purchase especially online are truth and excellent service from the seller. And these are what Poppoly has proven to me. Their word is certainly their action.

I ordered for some clothing for my wife. I needed the same quality and stylish wears as the pictures I saw on Poppoly's website. I was doubtful at first because of the many ugly experiences I have had with online shopping sites.

But, to my amazement, they delivered exactly the same beautiful clothes I ordered. The shipment was fast and above all, the prices were quite affordable with my little budget.

With this awesome purchase experience, I am definitely returning for another purchase. I am confident I will be rewarded with same great experience.

This site is a total rip off. Save your money and buy from a quality boutique site instead. The clothes are made poorly and are significantly different from what is pictured on the site. The customer service is terrible. After I had not heard anything about my order, I sent a very polite email asking about the order status. I did get an email back in which I was told that it would be appreciated if I could wait more patiently. A complete joke if you ask me.

Any good reviews you read are written by the people that work for this sham of a company. You can tell by the very poorly written reviews that don't even make sense. Listen Poppoly if you're going to write your own reviews at least learn to use proper grammar. Its a dead giveaway. China scam.

I placed an order a month ago, have never received my item and my credit card has been charged. I emailed the company and got no response. I wrote a bad review on one of their Facebook ads and got a response. They sent me my tracking # (Which I already had and knew my item was stuck in China). When I wrote again asking them to make this right, they told me to be more patient. The worst online shopping experience I have EVER had. Buyer beware! Wish I had read some of the real reviews before I ordered. I will continue to spread the word about this company until they refund my money.

Horrible customer service. They don't let you cancel orders even if you try to five minutes after the order was placed. They don't speak English. Rip off. You can find the same items for a third of the cost on Wish.com or aliexpress.com.

Worse company ever

I too had a similar experience with this god forsaken company. Worse customer service ever and total morons who respond. I ordered a sweater (and my fault for not realizing the company was in china or I would have NEVER ordered it). It came with a hold in the bad and water pouring out of it when I opened it. I contacted them immediately stating I wanted to return it due to it being damaged. After two weeks of going back and forth and getting Paypal involved, I finally got an address to ship it back at my own expense. I took it to the post office this morning and they told me it'd be $22.00 to return it! What the heck! The purchase price was $29.02, so I'd be out all that money. I decided to throw it right in the stinking garbage.

Defective sweater

I could rant all day about how terrible this company is, but in short, I ordered one sweater, it said it takes 8-15 days to arrive. It took 36. In email/facebook message conversations (that didn't make any sense on their part and was barely considered English) they told me to be patient. To wait longer. Avoiding any actual questions I had asked, like what their return policy is. They still have not told me that. Finally got my sweater on the 36th day, open it up, and it has a nice big snag right across the chest area. RIGHT ON! So now after reading other reviews I doubt ill get a refund. Moral of the story is just don't order anything from these bums. They suck even more than their clothes do.

Should have known this was going to be one of those chinese clothing stores where the pictures look absolutely nothing like the actual crap you receive. I posted a negative review to their website and they refused to post it. All their reviews on items are fake... avoid this $#*!hole at all costs.

This company represents, not only terribly made, cheap clothing, but equally terrible customer service. I have been patiently emailing them for weeks, with a similar experience to others, as the company requests photos and reasons for dissatisfaction, while they "check their warehouse" and other such nonsense. After all of this, they still will not refund the purchase amount, and to top it off, offer a 5$ coupon for my next order... LUDICROUS! I would NEVER order from them again.

I ordered a pair of jeans from their website at the end of November and still haven't received them. I realize these are shipped out of China but my tracking information has said "Being processed through facility" since 12/1 (today is 12/20). They charged my card the same day that I ordered though... which makes me think I am likely being scammed and will not actually ever receive my order.

I wish I had researched this company before buying online. I see a LOT of negative reviews and people complaining that they either never received their items or that their items were not what they expected.
