I placed an order with this company, that should not be in business. DO NOT order from them. I tried to return, but the kept putting me off, and you only have 30 days to return. Then they asked me to take pictures in the clothes, which is really creapy, to see how they fit. Next they asked me to try and sell them to my friends?!?! So they want you to keep clothes that dont fit and you dont like?!? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This company does not stand behind their return policy, and the clothing is cheaply made

Horrible customer service.
I have been trying to returns jeans I bought for 3 days now and no one will give me the return form or where to send the jeans back to. Foreign company that does not understand English. Called me dumb for "not understanding" what they meant. I am fully aware of the actions I need to take but they will not give me the return address to send back.
Jeans were horrible quality gave me a horrible cameltoe. Probably cost $1 to make. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I agree that even a "1" is worthy of them. I too ordered the "cozy lamb sweater". Ordered on 10/26/17, just arrived today. AWFUL QUALITY, yet no return address. What to do? I have asked them to IMMEDIATELY supply a return label. But for a backup I am filing a chargeback to my credit card. With them supplying no return address, my card company will credit my card. Let's get rid of this company!

I have been emailing with them back and forth about five days now; they sent me the wrong product and I submitted pictures to prove it. Even though it was their error, they say they say he best they can do instead of a full refund if $25 is $12.50 and their best coupon. Like I want to buy anything else from them! Ive told them its yheir fault and they should take responsibility for it. They keep telling me its the best they can do. The did give me an address to return it, but keep contending itll cost me too much to return it. Scam company with subpar products... dont be tempted!

I ordered a shirt on here and it took 2 months to get and then when i received it, it was too small from what i ordered. And it had string coming apart from it on one of the sleeves. I emailed them and told them what i received and they want pictures of measurements! Like wtf? Im so dissapointed and i will never order from this scam company again. Beware they will not return your money or come good for it. All this $#*! is from china! Garbage quality!

I purchased two items totaling $55. Unfortunately, I didn't like either one. One didn't fit well and the other wasn't as pictured (the picture showed matte fabric vs. the item I received was of shiny, satin material). When I contacted customer service to return these items, they tried to make it difficult by asking me to send them pictures and needing to check with their warehouse, blah blah blah. After several email back and forths, they finally gave me the address to return to... CHINA. I went to the post office and the cheapest option was $25. It would take up to 3 weeks and I didn't want to chance it getting lost in the mail and throwing another $25 away so unfortunately, I am stuck with items I will never wear. They advertise a "30 day return warranty", but I wish that they would have been up front about where I would have to return it to.

This company sells absolute garbage! I ordered 6 items from this store, when they arrived they were all LITERALLY falling apart. The embroidery on one item is falling out of it everywhere to the point where it looks like fringe. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CLOTHING. I asked customer service to return all of the pieces for a refund, and they responded by telling me they will refund me only $10 for all the items total... horrible customer service - they are just trying to take your money! This company also writes good reviews for themselves online - their reviews on each piece of clothing on their website all say five stars, although that is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE because their products are terrible. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND FRUSTRATION AND DO NOT BUY FROM POPPOLY.

This site is likely a scam. I ordered Christmas presents over a month ago which I have been charged for and they have yet to arrive. I emailed the site- because they do not have a phone number which is crazy- and they told me to be more patient! Awful service. Apparently my items are in Asia, they should have been here weeks ago and I question if they will ever arrive. My advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This place is a scam, the item you order will not be the item you will receive... The sweater that was advertised looks nothng like what they sent, the one they sent has fur like bathrobe material it looks rediculous... they offered to refund $5 and a coupon for my next purchase I refused and wanted a full refund and they said that I would have to pay to ship it back to china... I have opened a case with paypal they are a scam.

Take a look on Poppoly's website. It's so easy to tell the reviews are fake. The first item I looked at had 87 reviews. Nearly all the reviews gave the dress 5/5 stars. These very high ratings are typical for most of their products, but when you come to an independent review site like Sitejabber, you see the truth: very low ratings due to shipping delays, poor product quality, inaccurate sizing, terrible customer service, refusal to give refunds, etc. The comments on Poppoly's website look like they are almost all fake. Nearly every comment is brief and not very helpful: cute dress, got lots of compliments, very flattering, etc., unlike typical honest product reviews where reviewers give much more extensive information about fit, fabric, accuracy of sizing, etc. Furthermore, many reviews are written by people whose native language is not English judging by the phrasing and grammatical errors. Buyer beware. There are many companies that are selling clothing made in China that looks great on their websites, but is actually garbage.

I ordered $80 worth of merchandise before seeing these reviews a month ago and STILL have not received anything! I have tried repeatedly to email the company because there is no customer telephone number - no luck! I am planning on calling my credit card company to cancel charge! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Avoid Poppoly!

Terrible. Company to deal with so don't make the same mistake! They do not have a number or direct email but use a separate company for interaction. The site was advertised on Instagram and they have an ad running for a cute sweater and jeans. I saw it many times before ordering and I wish I had avoided the temptation! **clothes arrived in 3 weeks, from China, in plastic bags. Their presentation told me what I was in for but the quality was even worse than their packaging. The jeans are paper thin and run large (I ordered a small based on their size chart), you can see through the sweater material and it's a scratchy and nothing like the off the shoulder picture (stretched collier that goes from collar bone to collar bone) and runs small. I asked to exchange or to return and they offered me $5, $8 & $15 plus a coupon for % off my next purchase to keep it or give it away. **problem is noone would want what I received and $5 of a $100+ purchase doesn't make sense. When I told them I would not accept those terms they said I had to pay customs and all fees to get the clothes back to China. My first email was sent to them 2 weeks ago and I still have not received the return information.
Avoid this company or you will regret the purchase! Total scam!

Clothes are very poor quality... when attempting to make a return, be prepared to get several emails trying to talk you out of returning their junk... even tried to get me to keep the items i wanted to return & re sell them...

This company is REALLY bad! It's a scam! Product doesn't look anything like the pictures! They are outside of the US! They don't have a warehouse in the US! They don't cover the cost to return the product back to China! They don't give your money back even if you pay the return cost! If you are also frustrated with this company make sure you open a case reporting them to the following Bureaus: - Econsumer.gov; - FTC.gov *******357; - IC3.gov *******225. They use PayPal but PayPal won't help you either... in the beginning yes, but they won't get your money back. You can also report PayPal on the above Bureaus plus the following: - BBB.gov; - Consumer Financial Protection Bureau *******372. AVOID HEADACHE! DON'T BUY FROM POPPOLY.COM

PopPoly is one of the best sites I have used for up and coming fashion! The clothes they sell are absolutely adorable, and having them in my closet is a must. They always have the right clothes for the season, and they seem to know exactly what I want! The service is amazing, the site itself is very well made and it runs smoothly on my laptop or my phone. There is a help center on the bottom right of the screen, and I have used it regularly to ask about sizing and shipping details, and they always answer in minutes, with exactly what I needed to know. Having PayPal for ordering is really important to me because some sites dont take PayPal, and I am not comfortable giving my credit card information online. Paypal is a must when buying online. The clothes are incredibly durable, and the fabrics are so soft and luxurious to wear. The stitching is strong and the clothes were very obviously made with care. They ship worldwide, which is also important to me because many times stores wont ship to Canada! The logistics and shipments are the fastest I have ever seen. The shipping even rivals Amazon Prime! Often when I buy online the clothes get to my door looking nothing like how I ordered, but with PopPoly, they were absolutely amazing. My friends thought I had designer clothes on and they wanted some too. I recommended PopPoly to them, and now we all look stunning!

I am so disappointed... I have seen super cute pants advertised on INSTAGRAM and against my better judgement decided to place an order. Well, after waiting close to a month with no word or clothes, I started reading all of the terrible reviews for Poppoly. I sent an e-mail to their non- existent customer service before reading the reviews and surprise, have heard nothing! Still no clothes, no help from customer service. I plan to dispute the charge with paypal and my bank. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN AND DON'T ORDER FROM POPPOLY!
