This is absolutely the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered (2) articles that were to ship within 8-10 business days. After (8) days I received a shipping confirmation and tracking number. When the tracking number didn't work I reached out to customer service and was told my items were out of stock and had in fact not shipped but would within 48 hours. A week later I reached out again and was told the items had shipped and I was provided the same tracking number as before. Again this tracking did not work and I was told sometimes it takes 24-48 hours for the tracking to load. I reached out again (3) days later when the tracking still did not work and was told my items had been delivered and given a brand new tracking number. It has been almost 2 months at this point since I placed my order and still have not received my items. The customer service team keeps telling me I need to file a complaint with the post office for losing my shipment and "check with friends and neighbors to ensure they did not pick it up"

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

HORRIBLE CLOTHING

Their clothing is completely fake; knockoff of what picture is. I ordered a knit sweater, I got a stretchy material piece of cloth that they cut into the shape of a sweater. Soooo bad!

I recently bought this awesome V neck White sweater medium size from Poppoly, and i cant believe at how good quality clothes they are selling! It was literally a breath of fresh air. They have a very good service, having put to consideration my needs, and advised me on what would work best for me, and also gave me a rich variety to choose from. Their clothes are just out of this world, and they pay very close attention to the quality they give to clients, ensuring that they only sell out very good quality clothes. The logistics is done very fast, and this was ensured by them giving out very fast shipments, and them ensuring that the clothes reach you at the time they indicated, which was a plus for me since I really wanted the the sweater for the winter. They actually seemingly dispatch the product right after it is ordered.

My other worry was the color, since i specifically wanted a snow white sweater, just as i had seen on the photo on their website, and i was amused that it was delivered looking exactly the same. The clothes from Poppoly are actually as beautiful as you see them in the photos on the website, something most online sellers greatly ignore. L was able to see the product from different angles, ensuring that i got the specific back and front neck lines that I wanted, and also the sleeve size.

They also make sure to know your exact size, and this ensured that my sweater fit me perfectly, since they sent the exact medium size i had asked for. L would recommend Poppoly to anyone willing to shop for clothes online, on any day, and am planning on buying many more clothes from them in the future.

I have never been so disappointed with an online shopping experience as I have with Poppoly. Needless to say, I will never purchase another item through this site again.

Before my own experience, I had heard mixed reviews about these cheap, online Asian retailers (Poppoly, SheIn, Romwe, etc.) with some people claiming to find cute clothes at extremely low prices, while others sourly disappointed by the horrible fabric quality and inaccurate sizing. I decided to give it a shot to experience the hype myself (plus, I can never pass up a good deal). What I discovered, after trying all three sites mentioned above, is that the clothes are indeed hit or miss. The pictures are often inaccurate representations of the actual article of clothing. And most importantly, I learned that when it comes to returns, POPPOLY IS BY FAR THE WORST.

I ordered a blue dress online. Instead of what it showed in the picture, the dress that arrived looked and felt identical to a hospital gown. When you hold the fabric up to the light, it is completely see through because the material is so sheer! I followed the directions they had on their website to get a refund, but instead of processing my refund they sent this:

"Dear Customer,
We are sorry that bring troubles to you, we will do better.
We can refund you 3USD and provide a coupon code for your next order as compensation, can you keep it or resell it to others?"

$3 refund for the $17.70 I paid? Pretty laughable. Their return policy is extremely deceiving, especially since they don't state anything about a partial refund on their return policy website.

Buyers be warned, Poppoly is NOT a trusted site.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUX at POPPOLY! Don't buy anything from this website if you have the slightest doubt of size, color, or fit... THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS! I'm a little bit larger size woman, not fat by any means, but I was cursed with an Extra Large chest, and not everything fits. I purchased 3 tops and 3 dresses for close to $160. The fit wasn't to my satisfaction so I sent and email, then another then another. In all I sent 4 emails asking for a return authorization and address, I was very polite and explained my situation. I finally received a reply a week and half later that said... "Appreciate your reply. I am sorry (glad might be appropriate) for your "inconvenience". We are not suggesting returning because the shipping charge is expensive. We wonder if there would be an another opportunity to serve you better with a discount of 15% off, for your large chest". I AM INCREDIBLY INSULTED! What HORRIBLE customer service! I'm sure shipping cost would be less that my $160 purchase, in order to get my $$$ back, its about principal now! POPOLLY SUX-SUX-SUX!

This company should not be allowed to sell clothes! I buy clothes online all the time and have never had such a bad and unacceptable experience. I want to share my emails from this company and experiences to hopefully prevent this from happening to you. First of all I spent a little over 100 dollars and everything came either damaged or stained. The clothes were completely unwearable. Literally falling apart and felt like the cheapest fabrics imaginable. Definitely not what the description said it was. I asked the company to ship me a pre-paid shipping label since everything was damaged. I didn't feel that I should have to pay for this shipment and they refused to help even after sending them photos like they asked me too. Here are there responses.

I finally gave in to pay the freight with the hopes that I would get my money back. I'm still really sketched out that I will not get my money back. I'm still waiting for the directions on how to ship the product back. This was my last email from them.

I never told them that I wanted to keep the clothes. Why would a professional company ask me to keep damaged clothes and even worse ask me to try and sell them? It took over 2-3 days to even get a response for each email and have gotten nowhere. I would not recommend buying from this company. I have never been this disappointed and upset with a company. Buyer beware! This site is a scam!
