Product sizing has no consistency, fabrics are a disappointment, return policy available but you have to send product to China on your dime. I will NOT buy from this site again and have had to donate 50% of what I bought due to cost of the return.
I paid for express shipping on 3 items expected them in time for a party it has been 2 weeks since party and no package. Customer service keeps saying 3-5 business days it took them 15 business days to ship and only shipped partial items of what I paid for now telling me 3-5 business days for last item to ship. I probably wont even get the 2 items they claim are in the mail. And according to reviews if any items show up they probably wont fit! SCAM!

I order a dress and never hear anything for 3 weeks. I contact them and finally they shipped it, however, wrong dress was delivered. I again contact them to exchange it but they just told me "it was delivered." They did not do anything until I send them photo of the dress I received. They refused refund so after contacting them more than one month, I finally got the dress which is too short to wear. Also, sewing is not straight so the dress itself is not straight. It already over 2 months and I am tired of contacting them.
I decided to take this good lesson and never ever order from this awful store.

I want to buy loads of clothes currently and I found just the perfect shop to go to which is Popjulia. I did my order and the customer service was so nice to help me with the tracking number so that I know when my clothes arrive. It was amazing how fast shipping is. I checked my clothes the color is very good just like pictures and it fits all perfectly.
Ordered red sneakers; received black instead. They offered me a 30% refund to keep wrong item. When I said I wanted to return wrong item at their expense and have them reship red, they ghosted me. Shipping cost me as much as the item. Comes from China.

Clothes I ordered in June still haven't arrived. They insist that my packages were delivered, according to their courier. The tracking service on the courier website is in Chinese. They keep telling me to check, but what is there to check? The packages just haven't been delivered! The two pieces I received out of 8 ordered were nothing like the pictures and the sizes don't match too. Just avoid.
