They are low class organization that lies and advertises products as available that they dont have in stock. I ordered 2 cases of Hills prescription HD Heart care formula for my Greyhpund who desperately needs it and after a day of BS from a Matt in customer service I come to find put today that they dont even have the product ad it is on back order. I know it was on back order everywhere but because they advertised that they had it I placed an order for 2 cases. Yesterday Matt nor another girl never mentioned that to me yesterday. They only told me they were waiting for authorization from my Vet to fill the order. They tied up my $ 86.00 pe dinged on my acct plus I don't get the food for my poor Greyhpund who is in heart failure. This company has no morals no care over pets & falsely advertising products they do not have in stock. Total unacceptable practice.

I ordered prescription food for my cat seven days ago. The vet sent the prescription via email. I called the next day to check whether they had received it and they said no. The vet sent it again. I called to confirm and then was told they don't accept emails, just faxes. I asked for the fax number and called the vet. The vet faxed the prescription. Called today to see whether they got it and was told they cannot check it, it has to be confirmed by the pharmacy. Asked for the pharmacy number and called. Waited 10 minutes to speak to a very rude person who told me they can not help because I ordered with Petflow. Called Petflow again and a very apathic and unhelpful person told me there is nothing they can do and that they would have to wait for the pharmacy to tell them whether they got the prescription. Meanwhile my very thin cat is eating very little because he only likes this food. Cancelled the order and wil try another place. DON'T BOTHER WITH PETFLOW!

Run don't walk from this company

Placed a $200+ order for prescription dog food for my 25lb dogs on Sunday, March 13. Order shipped on Monday, March 14, however delivery was not supposed to be received on Friday March 17. Received order today. Received someone else's order for 50-100 Lb dog. Called customer service, they will reship order. Asked for overnight shipping and they said they won't overnight order even if their error. And, they are issuing a call tag for the wrong items. They said I need to retape box closed. I don't have packing tape. Since they won't work with me, I am just taping box with scotch tape and will place outside for them. Their customer service stinks. I wouldn't have used them if Chewy didn't keep running out of stock on what I need. I will not deal with them again.

Worst nightmare of my life! I bought $177 of product. I noticed that it hadn't arrived for a couple weeks. I found out if was stuck on atto ship. I changed it, and was excited to receive my items. I couple days latter I was charged $600 of the same order 3 times. I called immediately to have the problem fixed. I had a very friendly conversation with a woman, and she said she fixed it and that my package would be on the way. When the package finally arrived it was the wrong items, and the wrong amount of the right items. I soon figured out they also charged my for the returned items, that were never supposed to be shipped. The PayPal charged it to my bank so every mistake they made gave me over draft fees. Now I owe $300 worth of over draft. Oh and did I mention the food I bought came ripped, cat food everywhere. Still currently dealing with this fiasco!

Horrible Service

I ordered prescription dog food a 2 days ago from this website. When I found out via my vet that they would not authorize it I called petflow and asked them to cancel my order and to give me my money back. One person told me it was canceled and that they never charged me yet money was missing from my account. I called back a couple minutes later spoke with someone else and they gave me a tracking number to an order that was not even mine in the first place I called back the 3rd time and spoke with some else and they told me they canceled it and that my money would be returned in 2 hours and it still hasn't been. I would not recommend this company at all horrible customer service.

I was having trouble finding a particular food for my pet. They had it and shipped it out to me in a few days. It arrived in excellent condition and the bags were in perfect shape. Thank you Petlow - I wil be ordering from you again and in a fairly short while.

It means something to me when I recieve product in a timely manner and in excellent condition.

Poor Customer Service

If you place an order for auto ship and want to cancel it you will have to call them and or do an online chat. They don't allow you do. Cancel online on your own. I should have chosen the online chat because the customer service rep was very rude. If I want to cancel an auto ship program, I should have to without explaining why. So of course when I questioned, why I had to give a reason in order to cancel and felt that I shouldn't, the rep proceeded to be very rude and talked over me. So she was basically not going to cancel this program because I felt them questioning n=me was infringing on my rights to cancel. AKA, I don't have to explain why I desire to cancel. So, I said I could talk to the corporate center and told her she was $#*!ing rude and so she responded by hanging up on me and also did not cancel this auto ship order. So I then went online to get it canceled. Poor customer service.

Their website has no online chat tool. You have to text them. I updated my autoship date for my pet's prescription dog food and it did not update. So I went several days having to use a different dog food. I did text them to inquire about the change and they immediately responded that they would look into it, but then never got back to me. This was the 2nd time I had issues with poor customer service. Too hard to make changes to your autoship program. I am now set up with a different vendor who sells at a lower price. Total savings is $12/month. Petflow did offer me a 3.5% discount on future autoships - but only after I called to cancel my program. Couldn't do that online either. Nor could the prescription be uploaded when ordering.

Both of my cats are on prescription food which they claim you have to mail in a prescription great fine I won't use your website. A week and half later they claim they somehow contacted my vet which my vet claims never happened and billed me a $100 and now won't let me return the food bc it's
A prescription that was never authorized. Don't use this site you will never get your money back. The customer service was horrible. Chewy is better and will take returns. I WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN.

I ordered some Royal Canin Ultamino Dog food for our very allergy sensitive dog a week and a half ago. The site said it was in stock. I called 5 days later(Weds) to see what the status was and was told it would ship by the end of the week(Fri). Now, on Monday I call again to see the status and I'm told the product is not in stock. So I ask to cancel the order. They say they can't cancel the order. At all. So they don't have what I paid for, but they can't give me my money back right now. I have no idea how it's legal to not ship what I ordered, and not offer me my refund right away. I am told that I need to wait another week before they cancel it. But now I need to look elsewhere for the product, and I have to hope that they never ship it so I don't end up buying it twice. I ask to speak to a manager and I'm told they can't do that either.

Unbelievable how bad their customer service is. It's a new low, and I have AT&T...

Where's My Order?

I ordered VERY high end wet cat food last week expecting the service that Chewy delivers. It is now nearing the end of the following week and still no food
I am leaving today for vacation. I doubt the food will still be on my steps when I get home. It was my 1st and my last time purchasing food from Petflow. Aren't you tired as a consumer of hearing " We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We at blah blah blah strive to blah blah blah. A tip use UPS not FEDX.

I used them a couple times, but when I wanted to change an autoship order, I discovered I couldn't defer it long enough with their creaky website, and I had to actually call them in order to cancel it, I couldn't just delete the order online. Too much hassle, will not deal with them again.

I do NOT recommend this company, unless you enjoy not getting deliveries, poor communication, and being told your first order, SENT TO YOUR OWN HOUSE, and paid by a CC on YOUR OWN name is flagged as "fraudulent."

After doing this, no information as to WHY this brilliant conclusion was reached, nor has any attempt been made to respond to my request for a phone call or email to straighten it out.

It's a good thing we didn't wait for PETFLOW to get it together and deliver, or our dogs would've starved to death.

My partner only had to drive 80 miles round trip to buy them food, thanks to this company 's utter lack of regard for service.

Looking at their FB page, this is typical of the way they handle pet food orders.

Garbage!

I should've read the reviews! It takes a lot for me to get angry with customer service because I'm pretty understanding, but after receiving an email stating my order shipped but no tracking information for over a week, i decided to check reviews. I see lots of cancellations. Well, i called, placed on hold, then was told my order was canceled due to FRAUD!
HOW THE HELL? I pulled up my account on my phone that i used the card WITH MY NAME ON IT, while on the phone. The pending transaction never finalized but how frustrating and embarrassing! And she kept saying the word fraud until i finally flipped. I've NEVER been fraudulent! And then couldn't even tell anyone the order was canceled!

I'll pay the extra to stay with Chewy!

Don't bother

Don't bother ordering from this company. You're better off going through Pet Smart, Chewy or Petco and paying a little bit more. Their shipping takes a while, and their customer service is sub-par.

Bought a groupon for $30 towards products on their site - well worth it! They delivered the dog food I ordered within 2 days, and they even offer repeat orders for a discounted price.

PetFlow has lost me as a customer. We've been ordering on a consistent basis since July 2018 (so just shy of 5 years). This final straw has been the last two months when we decided to order all our food for the month in one large order and we have been told we are "fraudulent". Then PetFlow tries to blame our credit card getting declined. When I call our bank they say no charges have come through to be declined. This month I have been calling PetFlow every day and dealing with this for 8 days trying to get food for our family. I have spoken with two supervisors, been told I need to wait 24 hours here or 24 hour there but each day I am still "fraudulent" for trying to place a large order for my family. All I am doing is instead of ordering small quantities every 5-6 days like I use to, I want to order one large order once a month to make my life easier, but apparently that makes a customer of 5 years a fraud. I'm done. I will take my money and order from a company who makes my life simpler and less insulting.

Incompetent

I have been desperately looking for prescription dog food... and Pet Flow was the only retailer that had my specific brand in stock. Therefore, excited to try out a new supplier, I ordered food and treats for my cat, as well. Since, my dog's food required a prescription, Pet Flow sent the request to our vet. However, they claimed the food was for my cat... not my dog, so the clinic denied the ordered. I called them immediately, upon realizing the error, and explained the reasoning. After verifying my dog's name, breed, age, etc, PetFlow resent a request to validate her prescription. Once again, it was denied. The clinic called to say that they would not approve a special diet dog food for our cat. So, my order has been denied twice, because no one at the company can figure out hat dog food is for a dog... not a cat. I am so disappointed and would much rather wait for a quality pet company to restock their supply, than make a third attempt to order from PetFlow. I truly wish it could have been more productive.
