NEVER EVER AGAIN I ordered Royal canin veterinarian diet dog food which was on back order. While waiting for the order to confirm, my dog passed away.
I emailed them and asked if it had shipped yet, told answered me back with a clear NO and that they were waiting to see if Royal Canin had any stock in their warehouse left.
I immediately replied and asked them to please cancel my order explaining the situation. A day and a half later they responded saying they couldn't cancel my order because the purchase order was already sent to their warehouse. To me this is UNACCEPTABLE. I know for a fact purchase orders can be canceled. It seems like they waited until it was about to ship and then replied. As it is I can barely afford anything right now and after my baby passed away this made things more stressful. They should've taken quickly action make more of an effort to help me instead of the standard replies i got more than 3 times. I could send it back unopened so I could get a refund. INSTEAD THEY TOLD ME TO DONATE IT TO CHARITY. I would certainly do this if money wasn't an option right now. I barely have enough money to put my dog down and for the cremation service now I'm out over $100.00. This is a lot of money for me! I JUST CANNOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY. I complained to several service reps. They all had the standard answer. This has been a very upsetting time between a deadly virus, losing my job, barely any money and now the passing of my dog, you would think a big company like this would do the right thing by people. I guess not. Very sad. WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. YOU CANT CANCEL YOUR ORDER. THEY LOCK YOU INTO YOUR ORDER EVEN BEFORE IT SHIPS. NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE!
They also charged me 2 individual times $6.95 and I have no idea what that charge was for. Now no one is responding to my email. Very sad.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR SITE. They are deceptive and steal money from people. Unauthorized charges. No response. I reported this to the BBB.
