Their website has no online chat tool. You have to text them. I updated my autoship date for my pet's prescription dog food and it did not update. So I went several days having to use a different dog food. I did text them to inquire about the change and they immediately responded that they would look into it, but then never got back to me. This was the 2nd time I had issues with poor customer service. Too hard to make changes to your autoship program. I am now set up with a different vendor who sells at a lower price. Total savings is $12/month. Petflow did offer me a 3.5% discount on future autoships - but only after I called to cancel my program. Couldn't do that online either. Nor could the prescription be uploaded when ordering.
