These guys are unbelievable!
Ordered dog food from them, the delivery never came. I called the company, spoke to maybe 7 different customer service reps with no actual outcome. Today they took $80 from my bank claiming I set up an auto-delivery and now they cannot refund - only store credit. What a bull$#*! excuse!
Don't trust them! Don't leave your card details on their website!
Be warned, this coy. 's delivery agent will abandon your 100+ parcel in your front yard, when you are home. Further it will be in full view of the street & contrary to written instructions to only ever leave at front door.! As a senior citizen who cannot carry heavy loads up stairs this was a very disagreeable experience. Never had this problem with Aust. Post deliveries for other pet suppliers.
I've been using Pet Circle to purchase dog food online for over two years. Since my last order in May 2020 there is a marked decrease in turn around time from order confirmation to packaging to dispatch. Nearly two weeks to receive my order this time. Historically I received order within 3 business days (still at same address). I'm not sure what's going on. I will go back to their competition who deliver on time.
Pet Circle used to have the best prices with an outstanding delivery service. Since the recent redesign of their online business the service has been in serious decline. Their prices are no longer the cheapest so I have to value check every order. The Auto-Ship has become extremely unreliable due to long delays from ordering resulting in having to frequent the local pet store due to constantly running out of food when I never used to. Auto-ship was once regular and reliable, now its an absolute nightmare with happy chirpy customer service staff who are incapable of resolving any issues. Go back to your old system Pet Circle - it worked and was great. Your new business model is a disaster!
Pet Circle is my point of call for my cat's pet supplies. I love the auto delivery function. It means that I don't run out of cat food especially during lockdown. Their customer service is excellent as well and I love the text messages that keep me updated about delivery. The website offers great value for money especially when they have a sale. I can see a lot of the negative complaints are about auto delivery. Perhaps that could be an opt in rather than an opt out as it might be confusing for some.
I would like to commend Pet Circle for their care, compassion and love they have. I recently bought a parka for my dof and unfortunately when I received the parka it was a little too small. I exchanged that for the larger size wit no trouble whatsoever and what made me shed tears was the girl from Pet Circle said to me "no need to return the parka that is too small for your dog, instead can you please donate it to your local shelter or RSPCA or for a dog in need". Oh my goodness I couldn't believe that - What beautiful words to hear. PetCircle cares about disadvantaged needy animals. Ready to donate the parka for a needy dog instead of getting the return. What beautiful people. Love Pet Circle. You are SIMPLY THE BEST OF ALL. Thank you xx
I was advised by my vet to change the dried food for my elderly dogs. Unfortunately I had just received the next Auto order. A check on the internet showed Pet Circle had the best offer for the new food.
I contacted the Chat Line. Eliza quickly organised the the return of the unwanted item, at no cost to me and gave me 100% credit to be offset against the new food. In addition she updated by auto order detail to reflect the change.
Have purchased products for my pet, offer free postage if spending $29 or more, i have received my products within 48 hours, great service/delivery.
First Pet Circle kept on delivering to my neighbour, despite detailed delivery instructions. When I took it up with Pet Circle, their customer service blamed the courier, promised to do better. Then, on a separate delivery, I waited 3 weeks for an order to arrive. When nothing showed up I contacted Pet Circle. Their customer service couldn't tell me where my order was, and asked me what was in it (seriously?).
After 2 days of going back and forth Pet Circle said they attempted delivery 18 days ago, on 19 Nov. Courier didn't contact me, no call, no message, no email, not even a note in the mailbox. To make matters worse, Pet Circle didn't contact me either. My order still hasn't been delivered. I wish I'd spent the money and gone to my local store instead of wasting my time with these guys.
Unfortunately there's no option to give a zero star, because that's what Pet Circle service is.
I ordered a pet toy a few months back for my puppy and today they charged my pay pal account because apparently I signed up for auto delivery once I purchased my first item. This is absolutely ridiculous! So apparently I have payed $30 plus shipping for a toy that my dog doesn't even use anymore. Screw toy per circle, never using you guys again!
Being judged and denied based on the address and credit card number being used and being denied the promotion. Whilst the promotion code may state that it is one per household it doesn't take into consideration that you can multiple pet owners in the one home.
We also happen to share a bank but this does not mean they are the same owners!
Sending this type of email is highly inappropriate and takes on an accusatory approach.

Dreadful customer service. Appalling. Shipment was not delivered on time so Pet Circle agreed to cancel and refund. Next day they denied everything, insisted I must accept late delivery at unoccupied house.
Their call centre in the Philippines is BY FAR THE WORST I have ever experienced. Rude, don't listen, refuse to help. Really awful people. You have been warned. I will go back to My Pet Warehouse.
I needed to return an item (cooling pet bed) as I had ordered a size too large for my dog's crate. You have to fill in a form and they are supposed to give you a returns number. However, they just kept emailing me asking why I wanted to return the item. I had to explain many times I just didn't want the item and then they asked for a picture! Then I looked at their returns policy and discovered they don't give refunds only a store credit. In this day and age of online shopping, this is just completely unacceptable. They have also set me up for "repeat deliveries" that I don't want and can't easily cancel. NIGHTMARE!
I have decided to donate my oversized cooling bed to a shelter as it is too hard to return. Just want to warn people that there are much better online pet supply companies out there who offer a change of mind refund and don't make you jump through hoops to get it
I ordered one bag of Blackhawk Lamb and Rice - 20 kg dry dog food. PetCircle delivered two. Dry food is only a supplement to my dogs' diet and one 20 kg bag lasts a long time. Five emails asking for a return form have been ignored and I don't expect to hear from the company, in the light of the comments I have read here. My main concern is that they have put me on auto delivery when I made every effort to avoid being caught by this deceptive practice a second time. I thought it was a mistake the first time - now I know better. They have my Paypal details so I expect regular pilfering of my account and endless bags of dog food. I am contacting Paypal today to see what they can do to safeguard my account. As others have said, PetCircle used to be a wonderful company - how quickly a good reputation can be ruined.
Order never comes on time, we've had an order be lost in the mail and turn up 4 weeks later, another one turned up then the courier said the order had been cancelled and put our order back in his van, they reordered delivery when I complained but then only sent out one bag of food instead of the two I had ordered and paid for. We also only originally ordered one bag but it said payment failed so we did it again and we're charged twice. They refused to give a refund even though their website stuffed up. Always say will never use them again but got desperate and they say 1-3 business days for shipping, which is a LIE.
I removed my credit card details weeks ago as my pet was unwell and it didn't look like he would survive. They still charged the card so obviously keep your data despite removing it which to me is basically criminal fraud. I would be very careful as they are just trigger happy once they get credit card details.
Pet Circle have stolen $129.12 from our debit card without any proof that we ordered anything, we have asked them to provide proof of what was ordered and where it was delivered too, but have not received anything, we have only used this service once over 15 months ago. So do not give this place your card details, it is under investigation by our bank.
When I started using Pet Circle almost 2 years ago I would have given 5 stars. They were my online pet supply shop of choice. However over the past 6 - 9 months every single order I have made has been met with problem after problem (Spoiled food, missing orders, unauthorized payments, retracting promised discounts once the order has already been put through, countless technical problems with their site, taking the same payment twice, the list goes on) and I end up spending a painfully long and frustrating time trying to correct their errors for which they take NO responsibility. I don't feel they care any more about their customers experience or satisfaction. Shopping online is suppose to be convenient and using pet circle has become anything but. They have just lost another once very loyal customer and it has been a long time coming, discounted prices just aren't worth the headache!
These guys aren't honest with delivery dates, they say a date but it blows out 3 or 4 days later. Their live chat service says 43 ahead of you, waiting time 3 mins - 20 mins later you are still waiting. When I also complained on live chat about delivery, they just didn't respond, so probably offshore staff who can't handle anything that isn't scripted! I would not recommend these guys, better to pay a few dollars more and at least know they care about their customers.
Could not recommend less. Did a big order for our new rescue puppy - order took 7 days to arrive (despite timeframe stating 2-6 days) and arrived with the most essential item missing (even though Pet Circle's communication to me said it had been dispatched). After contacting customer support, I was told the item wasn't missing, but that it would never come because it was out of stock. "We don't have stocks currently, and there is no known date that we will get the item back into our warehouse" - how hard is it to communicate this with your customers and process a refund in advance of time?! After waiting more than a week for it, I had to seek out a refund from customer support (very evasive Pet Circle!) and purchase the item elsewhere. Given PetBarn matches Pet Circle's prices in store I will never purchase on Pet Circle again after this experience.
Answer: Initially it was reasonably prompt, however once they realised I was very dissatisfied and wasn't accepting of their scripted apologies they would disconnect me from live chat asap. This happened several times.
Answer: Considering pet circle price match and have quite high ratings on other review sites (this site seems to attract a lot of angry people) I would say pet circle is definitely a contender for cheap prices and wonderful customer service. Unless you have zero tolerance for any mistakes and if that is the case, I would recommend buying from nowhere.
Answer: Yes, I have never had been left angry by an unresolved issue with pet circle. They have always been willing to rectify any issue and this is why for the past 3 or 4 years I have only ever shopped with them for anything for my dogs.
