I have ordered some items from these guys for my pets in June 2020. And couple of days ago I have received an email saying that an order has been placed and ready to deliver to my old address. I've Checked with paypal, and they said it is a legit payment. Then I tried to contact Pet Circle. No one answered for last two days. I don't even have an account with these guys. I don't know how Pet Circle took money from my paypal and try to deliver something that I have never ordered. Be careful fellows. Do not save your Paypal information with these guys. Remember If something happens there is no one to contact. This is a complete SCAM!
I ordered a pet toy a few months back for my puppy and today they charged my pay pal account because apparently I signed up for auto delivery once I purchased my first item. This is absolutely ridiculous! So apparently I have payed $30 plus shipping for a toy that my dog doesn't even use anymore. Screw toy per circle, never using you guys again!

I placed one order for a new kind of food for my cat. I noticed that their website had automatic re-order set as their default, so I purposefully (and definitely) opted OUT of re-order. Of course I wouldn't set up a re-order for a food product before my cat had even tried it. Pet Circle then charged me for a false "re-order". When I phoned to request a refund for an order I never placed, they alternated between apologising for "accidentally" setting up a re-order and then blaming me for doing this. Their story kept changing. They are being very avoidant about giving me a refund. Pet Circle seems to be dishonest and fraudulent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM PET CIRCLE.
I removed my credit card details weeks ago as my pet was unwell and it didn't look like he would survive. They still charged the card so obviously keep your data despite removing it which to me is basically criminal fraud. I would be very careful as they are just trigger happy once they get credit card details.
Order never comes on time, we've had an order be lost in the mail and turn up 4 weeks later, another one turned up then the courier said the order had been cancelled and put our order back in his van, they reordered delivery when I complained but then only sent out one bag of food instead of the two I had ordered and paid for. We also only originally ordered one bag but it said payment failed so we did it again and we're charged twice. They refused to give a refund even though their website stuffed up. Always say will never use them again but got desperate and they say 1-3 business days for shipping, which is a LIE.
I check every morning my c/c statement I noticed that my Amex was debited on the 12th Jan by Pet Circle and had not ordered anything. Therefore I contacted them and spoke to their customer service
I had order in November a toy for the dog for Xmas.
Was told that when you order on line adding an item to the cart, auto-delivery is often the default option to highlight the best price and default a simple order to "on repeat"
(If you do not change this, they will send you the same item every 2 months after!)
I cancelled the order with her on the 12th as it had not been sent, she was able to stop it and I never received it. I was never told that a change of mind purchases will not give you a refund! First it was NEVER a change of mind as I never ordered another toy.

Ordered 3 weeks ago; contacted them numerous times, patronising excuses if & when they can be bothered to reply. Say they have shipped goods twice - still waiting. Would have given them zero.
After receiving an email that l had 2 boxes of Big 5 Protection Packs for dogs on the 25th of Nov 2020 in the mail l immediately contacted PetCircle and told them l had not ordered them. They had debited my A/c through Pay Pal and it was not until the 8th of Dec l was notified l was to receive a credit for $175-93 being the amount.
I had to threaten them with a Statuary Declaration and the report l had sent to the NSW Fair Trading before l had any satisfaction. My advice would be to avoid PetCircle with a forty-foot pole.
Forgot half of my order. Took money from my account after I fully paid them for my order. No responsibility, no ownership, no professionalism, no nothing.

Like MANY others i've just read about on VARIOUS sites, the order never arrived. Delivery is the issue. I told them three years ago their courier was terrible but they said they with with a new one. My guess is same couriers different name. Anyway, below tells you the state of affairs. Needless to say I got onto chat, was told I'd be contacted, was not, got back on chat after the weekend, was told I'd be emailed by six, nothing, got back onto chat and organised a refund, but because i don't trust them i had paid thru paypayl and sent them copies of the chats and $ oweing. I wouldn't touch them again, ever.

I ordered one bag of Blackhawk Lamb and Rice - 20 kg dry dog food. PetCircle delivered two. Dry food is only a supplement to my dogs' diet and one 20 kg bag lasts a long time. Five emails asking for a return form have been ignored and I don't expect to hear from the company, in the light of the comments I have read here. My main concern is that they have put me on auto delivery when I made every effort to avoid being caught by this deceptive practice a second time. I thought it was a mistake the first time - now I know better. They have my Paypal details so I expect regular pilfering of my account and endless bags of dog food. I am contacting Paypal today to see what they can do to safeguard my account. As others have said, PetCircle used to be a wonderful company - how quickly a good reputation can be ruined.
So when you make an order if you are ordering any consumerables then it automatically selects the auto delivery option for you, so every six weeks it bills you again using the payment information you have previously provided. I had no idea. When I got a surpirse email saying I had a auto delivery coming soon I tried to cancel it online, it looked canceled, said I had no auto deliveries, but their website must have glitched at it reverted back and put it through anyway and charged my paypal account. When I complained their chat person only vaguely said they might, maybe, give me a credit on future purchases and then abruptly ended the chat when I asked for a refund. I have cancelled it again so hopefully it doesn't go through again next month but I have no faith it won't suddenly "glitch" gain and revert back... very unethical. I now have 5 years worth of water purifyier for my fish tank...
The products are great, however the guarantees on delivery are absolute rubbish.
I have spent just shy of $1000 since September 12th and almost every order I made, I have had to chase them up, as they were not delivered anywhere near the date that was promised.
This is extremely time consuming, not to mention the customer service agents, just respond with generic/patronising statements. Not once, do they acknowledge the errors and misrepresentations on their company website and delivery processes.

I purchased a large number of items for my new pup. Based on estimated delivery, the items should have been here Wednesday- three days before I picked him up.
After placing the order the estimated delivery changed thursday - still fair enough, as long as they arrived in time. There was then no movement on my tracking for 3 days. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't make contact until Thursday (after I received a new estimated delivery of the following Monday). I was assured my items would be there Friday and the blame was put to the courier - clearly not the case considering items weren't ready for courier until the day they should have been arriving at my house.
Long story short - my items took over a week to arrive when I was given an estimated time of 3 days. Very little sympathy and kept getting palmed off when I expressed my dissatisfaction.
Extremely unhappy after ordering dog food for my puppy and expecting my delivery on a Friday it never arrived. Went online to find the driver had cancelled it cause he couldn't locate the item in his van. Told item would be delivered on Monday. Well Monday has come and gone and still no item. Was now told item has never left the warehouse and may arrive tomorrow. WTF?
You order an item and they automatically sign up for auto re order/delivery for the item. They will keep charging you for the item every 6 weeks as a reorder even when you dont actually re order! I also noticed extra charge from them on my credit card, which I emailed about to question why.
Bad vibes and practises.
I needed to return an item (cooling pet bed) as I had ordered a size too large for my dog's crate. You have to fill in a form and they are supposed to give you a returns number. However, they just kept emailing me asking why I wanted to return the item. I had to explain many times I just didn't want the item and then they asked for a picture! Then I looked at their returns policy and discovered they don't give refunds only a store credit. In this day and age of online shopping, this is just completely unacceptable. They have also set me up for "repeat deliveries" that I don't want and can't easily cancel. NIGHTMARE!
I have decided to donate my oversized cooling bed to a shelter as it is too hard to return. Just want to warn people that there are much better online pet supply companies out there who offer a change of mind refund and don't make you jump through hoops to get it
Pet Circle have stolen $129.12 from our debit card without any proof that we ordered anything, we have asked them to provide proof of what was ordered and where it was delivered too, but have not received anything, we have only used this service once over 15 months ago. So do not give this place your card details, it is under investigation by our bank.
Unbelievable that there are so many victim from pet circle. I ordered 20kg my puppy food 2 month ago. Then, 1 month later, another 20 kg pet food was delivered by courier. Hm? What happen? I tried to see my bank account, another $104.99 out to pet circle. I contacted to pet circle, they said I clicked auto delivery service? What? No way, there is not any option to push the auto delivery. Omg. After that, they said they cannot refund, and only can have credit brrrrrr. Well ok, accepted their offer. But when I got into the petcircle account, there was no money at all after couple of weeks they said already credit. It makes so confused after that.
As result, I am not going to use this company any more. So disappointed and I would like to say to people who use that company, just be careful and I recommend to go to local shop Like pet barn or eBay. Thank you for reading
Answer: Initially it was reasonably prompt, however once they realised I was very dissatisfied and wasn't accepting of their scripted apologies they would disconnect me from live chat asap. This happened several times.
Answer: Considering pet circle price match and have quite high ratings on other review sites (this site seems to attract a lot of angry people) I would say pet circle is definitely a contender for cheap prices and wonderful customer service. Unless you have zero tolerance for any mistakes and if that is the case, I would recommend buying from nowhere.
Answer: Yes, I have never had been left angry by an unresolved issue with pet circle. They have always been willing to rectify any issue and this is why for the past 3 or 4 years I have only ever shopped with them for anything for my dogs.
