Being judged and denied based on the address and credit card number being used and being denied the promotion. Whilst the promotion code may state that it is one per household it doesn't take into consideration that you can multiple pet owners in the one home.
We also happen to share a bank but this does not mean they are the same owners!
Sending this type of email is highly inappropriate and takes on an accusatory approach.
