Ordered advantax flea meds on March 25,2017 and have still not recieved the order. (5/16/2017) Contacted support who will be issuing a refund although they want the order returned when (IF) it arrives. Not at all what their website states. Item was suppose to be free if it did not arrive within a certain time frame.
Will not be ordering from them again and can NOT recommend this company

SCAMMERS from the UK

As soon as you subscribe for a regular delivery and they have your payment information, you might as well cancel your card if you ever want to cancel 'cuz the stuff is coming (from the UK) and you'll never receive a notification in advance giving you the opportunity to change it. AND it'll cost you more to send it back than it is worth - no US-based return address... all part of the scam.

I know online shopping seems to be the new trend, especially with the pandemic going around, but I have always been skeptical about shopping online. I mean, it is difficult to trust a website because you never really know how genuine they could be. But well, you sometimes have to risk it to get the blimey biscuit. And that is exactly what I did. Bought supplies from here, and was delivered to me with a week or so. I was pleased with the products and relieved too. At the end of the day, it was worth the risk.

As a regular buyer from this site I feel bad when I see these all kinds of reviews. I started buying from this site way back in 2015. From flea and tick to wormers I have tried all. I live with my pet here at Ontario and never find any need to go with another site for my pets care. There were once a late delivery, but their customer support team always helped me by reaching out to me and clearing any such problems. When I was going through all these reviews I felt maybe they werent as lucky as me.

When I called the customer service number it goes to voicemail. Use the text service and they keep you on hold for 10 minutes.
I mean multiple attempts to order dog medication at each time orders are canceled.

I love purchasing pet products from this online destination. It has a wide array of branded products available at a price that does not affect the pet budget. I have shopped from different online pet stores, but the experience that I had with this company was great. I find it extremely helpful to get different brands of pet products at a single destination. It is very easy to shop. The checkout process is very swift. All in all, a great shopping destination.

I have purchased from many online pet stores but this is the best among all. The shopping experience is seamless and the product quality is superb! I have two cats and three dogs, I know they're handful but this store helps me keep them safe.

Unfortunately I bought it before I read the reviews, when I tried to cancel it was already on their way. I called the credit card to let them know I bought a fake product without my knowledge. When package arrived, I called the company and told them that their product is not even close to the original when put both side by side. It is not only the packaging, you can not find the ingredients, and it is made in South Africa.
The company is sending a return label package to return the merchandise otherwise the credit card company will not pay them. Make yourself a favor an buy somewhere else even if you pay more.

I purchased frontline plus for dogs from this website. First off, on receiving this package I was surprised since it was shipped from the UK. On opening the package, i discovered the packaging was different and the dosage was off. Immediately i called my CC company to put a hold on the payment. After attempting to reach them for several hours, finally someone answered. I was told i have to return it back for a full refund, but had to ship it to the UK, which they are not paying for. Therefore, i have to pay the international shipping. This is not 100% refund as you are told by the website. Beware.

Before 15 days or so, I was shopping for frontline plus for my dog from PetCareSupplies. I was here to place my second order as they had given me 100% customer satisfaction on my first order with timely delivery, low prices and authentic products. I was just scrolling the site when I thought of buying Dermavet along with my regular Frontline plus this time, you know just as a precaution. And it really turned out to be a wise decision! Few days back Tim had a rough scratch on his body and it was all swelled up. Because of PetCareSupplies timely deliveries, my Tim received immediate attention, I applied Dermavet and he is recovering at a great pace now. Thank you guys from Tim and me! Your wide range of products and affordable prices are a real savior!

Warning to ALL.
June 17, 2015

I just tried to order online and it put a freeze on my bank card. The processing company is in Hong Kong and my bank flagged it.
If you don't want to sit on the phone for an hour trying to get your bankcard unfrozen, buy from a trusted company that isn't in China.

I place my order on July 5,2019. They said shipped on July 8,2019. It's August 1,2019 & I haven't received my order. I call customer service & all they give me are excuses. The warehouse was on strike. It's coming from the UK.& the order got stopped by customs. They said they would reship it today. Its not worth the hassle..

I was a bit hesitant when I read they where from UK, but I was able to get Merel corp which makes frontline to verify it was made by them overseas the ingredients are the same. So, I felt better about application on my cat. FYI the maker's of frontline will do a one time exchange for us product. Overall its less expensive and the same ingredients.

I am going to second what many others have said here. My Frontline arrived today and I was suspicious of the packaging so I called Frontline's 800 # The woman I spoke to was wonderful and said that this product is manufactured overseas and may not be up to US standards. She said do not use it and Frontline will send me a new product if I send back the African labeled item. I wish I had checked here first.

I received the Seresto collara and after checking with Bayer, they are fake! Only purchase these from a reputable source! When they arrived international post I knew something was up and sure enough I was right.

I purchase Frontline Flea & Tick for my dog after seeing the low cost. I placed the order on 4/14/18. On 4/23/18 I checked the web site and all it said was that it was shipped. I sent an email to admin and customer service and did not get a reply. On 4/24/18 I called the 800 # and could not get a live person and was forced to leave a voice mail message. Again no reply. It was only after I did a dispute to my credit card and sent a 2nd email that I received a call on 4/26/18. At that time I was told that the product was shipped from the UK and will take 14 working days. I will not have the product in time to start on 5/1/18. Their web site is very misleading as they do not mention that products would be shipped from over seas. I will NEVER EVER order anything from this company again. Buyer beware.

I ordered flea meds a few weeks ago. They charged my card the price for the order and shipping. I checked my bank card activity the next week and there was a second charge from the same company for an "international fee". I had no idea this fee was going to be charged and I would not have known if I did not watch my charges closely. This was 3 days after the purchase and the charge for the purchase, but to the same place.
