Well, Tommy D. Thinks we are all idiots and morons, but if that is the case, why do the lot numbers on the Frontline Plus boxes shipped from this fraudulent company not match the foil packs inside? According to the EPA and Frontline, that is a dead giveaway that they are FAKES. This company is a complete fraud, and you are a complete fool to order anything from them, let alone to make repeat orders for more fake product. This company is NOT legit in any way, shape or form. I also have the product and packaging to PROVE it.

I ordered 4 Seresto dog collars. They arrived 2 days later but the shipping info on the package said it came from England. No way it got to Massachusetts that fast! When I looked at the information on the tins the collars come in they said they were from South Africa. At that point I called the manufacturer, Bayer. They advised me not to use the collars. They said even IF they were made by them, they are not formulated for use in the United States. I had originally called Pet Care supplies at the number listed on their website the day after I ordered because when I looked at my bank account they had withdrawn the amount I was expecting and the next day I saw another charge of $4.00 and some change and it showed it was an international fee chareg by Pet Care Supplies. No place on their site do they mention they are not located in the US, or that there will be an additional fee. Since it was only $4.00 I didn't think it was worth the time to fight about it. After speaking with Bayer and them telling me not to use these collars I called Pet Care Supplies back. After arguing about getting a refund they finally said they would send a shipping envelope for me to return their junk and when they had them back whey would refund my money. It took over 2 weeks for them to get the envelope to me and it had a return address in England. I don't know how they could have delivered the collars in 2 days, but take 2 weeks to send an empty envelope. It took almost a month after I sent the collars back to get my refund, but they shorted me the $4.00 international fee. I called them again to dispute that and they said my bank had charged me that, even though it showed as a payment to them on my statement. I called my bank after that and they said they didn't charge that and it the money went to Pet Care Supplies. At that point I gave up on getting the rest of my $$ back. I would never advise anyone to do business with Pet Care Supplies!

I have ordered Frontline from Pet Care Supplies for over 4 years and have never had a problem with fleas or ticks on our cat. The product is just as good as Frontline that you pay much more for at store in the states. I usually arrives in 8-10 day of ordering. I will continue to use their service and benefit from super savings.

As I stated in your other post, I have never had any problems with this company. The faq on the website, tells you that the product gets shipped from Europe so it will be cheaper. Frontline and advantage comes from the UK. It is the same product and same company found in the US. When I order, I usually receive my package in less than two weeks. The people that answered above, must be illiterate and can not read the website. I have ordered from petcaresupplies for 4 years now and have no problems. Just be sure you select the right type of product before you place your final order. If you're smart and want to save money, get your supplies from here. If you want to believe the other idiots that commented, then the choice is yours. This company IS legit and from what I've seen, the other people bashing this company are complete morons and do not read things thoroughly, like most of this country. The choice is yours!

The products fit the descriptors for counterfeits so I contacted Merial (manufacturer in US - 800-660-1842). My products were made for sale in Africa. They may or may not be counterfeit but it is ILLEGAL TO SELL THESE PRODUCTS TO THE US. I was told DO NOT PUT THESE PRODUCTS ON YOUR PETS. I provided all info about the company to them. Merial will send genuine products to you, free of charge, ONCE.

I have purchased from them multiple times. Never had an issue. I always get my delivery within 10 days and The flea meds work.
