I received the Seresto collara and after checking with Bayer, they are fake! Only purchase these from a reputable source! When they arrived international post I knew something was up and sure enough I was right.
I purchase Frontline Flea & Tick for my dog after seeing the low cost. I placed the order on 4/14/18. On 4/23/18 I checked the web site and all it said was that it was shipped. I sent an email to admin and customer service and did not get a reply. On 4/24/18 I called the 800 # and could not get a live person and was forced to leave a voice mail message. Again no reply. It was only after I did a dispute to my credit card and sent a 2nd email that I received a call on 4/26/18. At that time I was told that the product was shipped from the UK and will take 14 working days. I will not have the product in time to start on 5/1/18. Their web site is very misleading as they do not mention that products would be shipped from over seas. I will NEVER EVER order anything from this company again. Buyer beware.
HORRIBLE website. Wish I would have read the reviews on it before I ordered something. First I ordered program from them and it took them 20 days to even mail it out. Then it took another 2 weeks to arrive. Turns out it wasn't what I needed after all so I turned around and against my better judgment, ordered Cap star from them. I never received the cap star at all. When it was well past time for it to arrive I called them to see why it had never arrived. I was told that it was in New York (I love in Kentucky). I was then told that I would receive a refund since it had not gotten delivered and that the refund would show up in my account in 3-4 days. Here it is 3 days later and still no refund.
I bought Frontline Plus for my dogs through this company. I did a google search online to find the cheapest price for the product. This company was the cheapest. It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive and I was charged a foreign transaction fee on my credit card! Do not buy from this company if you are in the US. There was nothing on the webpage that made it clear that it was a foreign company.
I received my delivery, but it was for a different person. They wanted me ship to them and wait for that person to ship me mine. NO way. I told them to reship me my order and i would send it back to them if they sent me a prepaid packing label. I had to argue for this, but finally agreed. They called me days later to tell me there was a problem with my order. I returned the call and they told me what I had already them 5 days prior. They requested that i wait for the order from the other customer again. I was surprised considering they told me that they were going to ship it out. They kept telling me it was going to take 7-14 days, because they were in the UK. I asked for a shipping number and they said since I was getting free shipping there is no tracking number. I replied I had a tracking number on the 1st order and that was free shipping. After all this I received the package the next day. They have no idea what they are doing! Very poor experience. I would never recommend.
I forgot to apply my coupon code which would have given me extra 7% discount. I realized the mistake and called the customer service. I have pleasantly happy to find that the rep agreed to immediately give me extra 7% discount which I received on my card on 3 days. Happy shopper!
The promise of ship date of 2 days is total LIES. You're lucky if you get your items TWO MONTHS LATER. They'll post on your order that your item shipped and it never does. You have to continue to hound them. They posted my item shipped Aug 9th, today is Aug 24 and it's still not here.
I ordered bark collars before and it took 2 months to arrive. I gave them a second chance because I figured they had a shipping mistake. But noooo, this is how they do business.
If you have an urgent or expedited need, do not waste your time or money.
The Frontline I received is a foreign made product that has no USA regulations on it, so there's no way to know what you're getting. This is the most deceptive outfit. They're in Canada, has a vet in the UK that apparently okays your order, the product is made in France or South Africa and a Merial Australia logo is on the box. The order was not what I ordered, different dog on the box, it's in kg versus lbs/oz but the return shipping is on me. Who does business like this? I think we all know the answer to that. My vet advised to NOT open this product and send it back. Heads-up. Buy American. You may pay a little more but at least you know where it comes from.
I ordered a product from this company. There was no way of knowing where it was being shipped from. No way to track the purchase. Then, I was charged a second charge on my card for a "Cross Border Fee", which is NOT disclosed in any of the information. The product is shipped FROM the UK, which is NOT disclosed anywhere on their site. I won't purchase from this company because they are not upfront with their information. I submitted a review on their website, which is moderated by the company, which means, my review will never be posted.
I ordered frontline, a flea and tick preventative. I received Frontline that is approved for sale in Africa. I called the manufacturer and asked if this Frontline approved for Africa was safe to use on my dogs here in the USA. Well, the manufacturer said that the formula used in Africa is NOT approved for sale in the USA and if I chose to use it, I would have no recourse if something happened to my dog. Well I decided to return the items and I have now placed my third phone call to them to return the items. After the first phone call to return, they said they would send a prepaid return package, I never received it. After the second phone call, I received a package that is too small to return all 12 packages of frontline. I have just left my third phone message, so the saga continues and I still have not received my refund of monies.
I purchase flea and tick treatments for my cats and dog from this site. The products are giving excellent results. Last time I ordered Capstar along with Frontline Plus. I got them at cheap prices and now my pets look flea free. I am happy with the products!
After having a disappointing experience to shop from Ch*wy.com, I thought to shop Capstar for my dog from PetCareSupplies.com. This is one of the most reliable sites recommended by one of my friends. So, I ordered Capstar tabs and was extremely happy to see that they offer free shipping and besides that my product got delivered exactly on time.
I ordered the Seresto flea collar on September 5th it took 3 days to ship the collar on September 8th. It is not September 17th and no collar. When I called customer service I was told that it should be there sometime next week. Needless to say this is terrible service and this will be my last order. Hopefully this thing arrives as I'm very upset that I'm still waiting for a dog collar that can fit in your pocket. The free shipping here is free because they are shipping in bulk so if there are not enough orders you will be waiting until they fill the bulk.
I was searching for some pet products and somehow I stumbled upon the link to this online pet store. It was strange that I wasn't aware of the website as I have had dogs all my life. And for the same reason, I was also quite skeptical. Since the prices were quite cheap, I decided to give it a shot and ordered some products. To my surprise, all the products came in perfect and were same as the ones I used to get from the pet store down the road. Since then, I've been purchasing from this website and will continue to do so in future.
Purchased frontline for my cats from Petcaresupplies.com. When it came it said manufactured from Africa on it. Also packaging was not what it looked like online. I call Merial makers of frontline and they said not to use it. Not to be used in USA. Do not purchase from this company.
I would not recommend ordering from petcaresupplies.com. They are Not an honest company! The packaging on the Frontline and Activyl flea meds they send does not match what they are advertising on the website. The boxes are completely different. The packaging appears to be from another country but is possibly not legitimate at all. The product they send has an expiration date printed on the box, after some research, no legitimate Frontline or Activyl has an expiration date. I tried to return the product but customer service was terrible & they do not pay the return shipping to the UK! So. I'm just out all the money, and i would not & will not use these skeptical products on my animals!
A complete waste of time, this company ships product from other countries for the formulation is NOT the same as products manufactured for the US market. The active ingredients in the Seresto collar were 90% LOWER than the USA made product. Took 11 days to get here and then discovered it was coming from Europe and manufactured for another country. Hate this outfit, if I could give it negative stars I would. Bayer won't back this product in the US, check out the expiration date and ingredients, 90% less than US products.
Its been over 2 weeks since my order and there isn't even a tracking number. Granted we are under a quarantine but nothing from the company. No email saying product cant be shipped, no answer at customer service, nothing, GHOST COMPANY. Yes great price but for what? OK, they have a link to a letter regurding the Covid-19, stating that there products get shipped from out of the country and shipping may take over 28 days. If I had know that I would not have ordered from them.
I am very uncomfortable with the lack of transparency in my first (and last) order from this company, and the lack of any ability to track my order.
Ordered Frontline on the 9th of February. Received notification that it was shipped on the 11th. Yet, here it is the 20th... and still no delivery.
When I called, and after being on hold for quite some time, I talked to some foreign-speaking individual who essentially told me that it was on its way, but takes anywhere from 10 to 14 days once it's sent. I don't believe there are carriers that slow.
Doubtful I will be doing business with this company again. They seem too shady.
I placed an order on April 8,2017, by the 20th it had not shown up yet so I called them. I was very surprised to find out that it was being shipping from London UK! The guy said it could take up to 3 weeks to get to me! It is not clearly posted anywhere on their website that they are not a USA company and that they ship from the UK! I am very disappointed and feel like I got scammed!

Thinks we are all idiots and morons, but if that is the case, why do the lot numbers on the Frontline Plus boxes shipped from this fraudulent company not match the foil packs inside? According to the EPA and Frontline, that is a dead giveaway that they are FAKES. This company is a complete fraud, and you are a complete fool to order anything from them, let alone to make repeat orders for more fake product. This company is NOT legit in any way, shape or form. I also have the product and packaging to PROVE it.

Answer: I checked with Bayer, the manufacturer of the collars after I got mine. They had me check for several numbers on the packaging. One that they asked for wasn't even on the packages. At that point Bayer advised me NOT to use them because even if they DID manufacture the collars... they couldn't even confirm if they were made by Bayer... they are not intended for use in the United States. I finally got most of my money refunded, but it took almost 2 months, and they did not refund an international fee that showed up on my bank statement the day after the original charge posted. I contacted them about that and they said that was a charge from my bank for ordering something from outside the US. Nothing on their website indicates they are not in the States or there will be an international fee added after the purchase. I did contact my bank and they told me they did not collect a fee for the purchase and Pet Care Supplies had added that on. The fee was only an additional $4.00 plus change so I gave up fighting with Pet Care Supplies but I will never order from them again, and I would advise anyone not to do business with them
