Beware
June 12, 2017

I am very cautious about using my debit card online EVER. I made an exception with this company and woke up to no money in my bank account. My CC is in my possession and did not use it online ANYWHERE else. Doesn't take a genius to figure out! In addition to being scammed from an outside US company they don't say on website and slow shipping.

HORRIBLE experience
April 14, 2020

Ordered 2 Seresto collars on 3-23-2020. No tracking number, won't answer the phone, won't return messages, and website won't come up. The collars were cheaper, but DO NOT ORDER from them. It's not worth the hassle.

I placed my order for Frontline Plus for Cats with Pet Care Supplies on 3/31/21 and today, 4/8/21, I received my order! Amazing quick shipping and delivery! They shipped my order from the United Kingdom and I received the order in New York State, USA - just slightly more than one week! And the shipping was free! The Frontline Plus for Cats is in the original sealed packaging and the expiration date is one year and five months from today, so that provides plenty of time to use the product. Thank you Pet Care Supplies for the excellent service!

Not worth the savings!

I ordered flea Medicine for my cats from this company cause I didn't have a lot of money. I ordered it the first part of December. In January I still had not received it so I contacted them. Was told it got caught up in customs from England! I gave it another week and then another and still nothing but excuses! I demanded a refund which I received promptly but now the company continues to call and email me asking if I ever received the product. I have told them countless times I have not gotten it but if it ever showed up I would return it immediately. That has not stopped them from continuing to call me and email me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered Capstar for large dogs arrived in a timely fashion. Product did exactly as it is suppose and what was expected was spot on. Will highly recommend! And the price was just the icing on the cake.

My friends and I have left for a trip along with our pets. Back at home, I had treated my Plato with a generic topical flea treatment. Though for precautions I carried Capstar along with me (God bless me for this decision!). I did not use Capstar at home because I wanted to block the flea re-infestation as we were on a trip. Well, all of a sudden Plato was all covered with fleas on the 8th day of the trip and he was going crazy with all the scratching. May be that generic did not kill the eggs, I suppose! I immediately administered capstar and my furry buddy was all back to normal in just a day. I bought it from Petcaresupplies at discounted price and the transaction was hassle free. It is because of this tablet that I am still travelling safely with my best bud!

I bought Valuheart for my seven-year-old pet. I got it at just $15 and with zero shipping cost. The Vet said there are no heartworms in my pet now. I am happy that now I can treat my pet without worrying about the budget. Thank you guys!

I was skeptical after I found out this company was in UK. However, I did not cancel after I found out. I thought I would give this company a chance. I got 2 different sizes of ADvantage for my cats. First, the delivery was faster than I thought, which was a great thing. Secondly, no more scratching kittys. I know I was scared after some of the bad reviews I seen.

I know dear Nicole on a virus they might be behind but usually it only takes 3 ways to get your purchase and they don't see no tracking number they don't do that but your product comes with no problem I wish people realized there is a Corona virus and things take longer it took a month and a 1/2 for me to get a statement from social security and my track that usually comes at the on the 7th of the month income until the 21st come on people mail is behind

Ordered the 10 pack of Frontline Plus for cats. Two perfectly healthy cats after two months of treatment not only still had fleas but also developed serious medical conditions resulting from the unknown chemicals to which they were exposed. Agitation, anemia, nervousness, ear, eye and sinus complications, intestinal complications, heavy panting, shortness of breath. It is disheartening to think that after hundreds of dollars of vet bills I had been slowing poisoning my two cats month after month thanks to PETCARESUPPLIES.COM. They conveniently have very stringent guidelines and time requirements so as to never have to refund anything. BUYER BEWARE

Order for my cat

It is made in India and ship from India, but the office is in United Kingdom. It will take you two weeks to receive it. Totally Scam. Deal with local. If your pet get sick or dies you have to deal with Indian Government. Refund policy; if you do not open the package just guess if the product is good or bad they send you the refund which it will takes one month or more and you have to pay for shipment to India. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Frontline plus for dogs
September 30, 2020

I purchased two 3 pack Frontline plus for dogs on September 1. It took a long time to send and when I did receive it the product was made in France. The package didnt look right to me so I returned it. I returned it for a refund and still have not received it. This business should be shut down for fraud. I wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I'm filing a complaint with consumer protection..

My German Shepherd was suffering from gastrointestinal worms since last few weeks. I tried several brands of wormer but with no results. In the end, my friend recommended me to get Cazitel Flavored Allwormer from this online pet supplies store due to high quality genuine products at a price that does not hurt your pocket. I received the product and the results were quite amazing. I am extremely happy that my furry friend is free from the irritation caused by these worms.

Disappointed
March 26, 2021

Bought the Seresto cat collar for my outside cat, received it but the reflectors were missing. I contacted them and they told me that the reflectors didn't affect the purpose of the collar as far as protecting from fleas and ticks, which I already knew. I explained that I wanted the reflectors that were supposed to come with the collar for the reflective purposes since my cat was outside. They then proceeded to tell me that they didn't offer the reflectors, which was not stated on the website. If I had of known that, I wouldn't have ordered it. They couldn't even send me the reflectors because they didn't have them, just the collar, which has places on it that the reflectors go. They offered a discount on my next purchase, I told them that I would not be ordering from them again. Bad business.

This company does not upfront and transparently state that your order is being shipped from the UK. I found this information from reading company reviews after I had an additional credit card charge (customs fee).
You have to go to the website FAQ to learn that items are being shipped from UK and could take a month to arrive in the U.S. I had ordered flea preventative but canceled the order the same day before it was even shipped. A refund is to be credited back to my credit card - the email states within 3-5 businesd days. It is past that time frame and no refund has been credited. I wouldn't have ordered from this website if it was clearly stated that items are shipped from another country and delivery may take 4 weeks. When your pets need flea preventative immediately, it is better to shop locally from a trusted retailer. Lesson learned - cheap products aren't always a good deal.

I purchased Frontline Plus from PetCareSupplies.com. When I received the product, it was not packaged like it is when I buy it from my vet, Costco, or 1800PetMeds. I quickly researched how I could tell if I received counterfeit FrontLine. Front my research, I was 99% sure that I had not received authentic FrontLine product. I called Merial in Duluth Georgia, and they confirmed that the lot numbers on the "FrontLine" I had received were not issued by them. She explained that I should not use the product because it could have very harmful affects on my dogs. Thankfully Merial has a wonderful policy that they would replace the fake Frontline for the authentic product (one time only). Lesson Learned... do not buy an products from PetCareSupplies!

Last year I got stung by another mail order pet care supply website so I was a bit skeptical about trying it again.
I ordered Frontline Plus from PetCareSupplies.com on March 31st and received it on April 8th. Price was reasonable and shipping was free. Expiration date on the Frontline Plus is January 2018.

I have PetCareSupplies.com bookmarked and plan on purchasing from them in the future.
