When I finally got my order, I noticed something a little off about the box so I called the 1800 number for Frontline. They told me that the product I purchased was legitimate and made by Merial. So the product is not a fake! BUT... the product I purchased was only approved to be used in South Africa and NOT on dogs in the United States. They told me not to use it and that they offer a one time courtesy of sending the product to them with invoice and that they would send me the same product back but one that has been approved here in the United States!
I placed an order 19 days ago and haven't received it yet. They give zero tracking and never even received a confirmation email from Petcaresupplies. Think I'll receive my package anytime this month?

This site is 100% a scam. I ordered 12 months of Frontline flea medication for my golden retriever and decided to order from Petcaresupplies.com because it was about $10 cheaper than the other sites. Looking back, I should've paid the extra $10 because it has been a month and I still haven't received it, and customer service is basically an automated message. I've emailed back and forth with customer service about 6 times about the whereabouts of my package and/or if they could issue a refund. They said standard ship times are 10-14 business days, but they don't provide any tracking. After refusing to refund me the $100+ on the flea meds I didn't receive, I've decided to let my credit card disputes department handle it from here, since I really have no more bandwidth to deal with this shady company. Seriously, do yourself and your pets a favor and don't shop here. You will likely never get your supplies, and if the product is damaged or lost during shipping, good luck at getting customer service to help in any way.

If you are thinking about ordering from petcaresupplies.com, don't! Placed an order with them on April 18,2020, order supposedly shipp on april 20th, 2020, but checkining tracking number of order shows label was created on 20th but order still not received as of may 10th. Attempted to request cancellation and refund, but they refuse because they immediately marked it as shipped to take money from me and not give me what I ordered. If they dont actually ship by the 18th of may, I will be filing a complaint with the proper authorities for mail fraud.
Extra international charge on my account led me to find out this product is coming from east Africa. Seresto is not made in east Africa. Just lost $80. Don't make the same mistake!
They tell me my refund was processed but per my bank no refund has been credited. I see other people have had the same outcome. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered feline Frontline, to save a drive to and from my vet. It took about 2 weeks to receive my shipment, by which time I was regretting not having just gone to the vet after all. When I opened the meds, the packaging did not look quite right to me. There was a different cat photo on the package, the text was not all English, and damage amounts were not in ounces. So I did some research. It turned out that what I had received was Frontline packaged in and for other countries. So then I researched whether the dose and ingredients were the same as the U.S. version. I found conflicting information online, but in the end determined that I did not feel comfortable putting this medication on my cat, because I did find many reports of people saying they had done so, and had problems -- mostly with their cats actually getting fleas after being treated with this medication. Because the shipment came from overseas and had gone through customs, returning it would have been problematic, so I actually ended up throwing away the medication and losing my money. Lesson learned for me. I will NOT order from this source again, and personally will only purchase directly through my vet.
By the way, I also suspect that a lot of the positive reviews of this site are fake.

Thinks we are all idiots and morons, but if that is the case, why do the lot numbers on the Frontline Plus boxes shipped from this fraudulent company not match the foil packs inside? According to the EPA and Frontline, that is a dead giveaway that they are FAKES. This company is a complete fraud, and you are a complete fool to order anything from them, let alone to make repeat orders for more fake product. This company is NOT legit in any way, shape or form. I also have the product and packaging to PROVE it.

Answer: I checked with Bayer, the manufacturer of the collars after I got mine. They had me check for several numbers on the packaging. One that they asked for wasn't even on the packages. At that point Bayer advised me NOT to use them because even if they DID manufacture the collars... they couldn't even confirm if they were made by Bayer... they are not intended for use in the United States. I finally got most of my money refunded, but it took almost 2 months, and they did not refund an international fee that showed up on my bank statement the day after the original charge posted. I contacted them about that and they said that was a charge from my bank for ordering something from outside the US. Nothing on their website indicates they are not in the States or there will be an international fee added after the purchase. I did contact my bank and they told me they did not collect a fee for the purchase and Pet Care Supplies had added that on. The fee was only an additional $4.00 plus change so I gave up fighting with Pet Care Supplies but I will never order from them again, and I would advise anyone not to do business with them
