I placed an order on December 28th. Called today, it still HAS NOT SHIPPED. It comes from the UK, which they should outline in their posting and advertisements. Service is terrible, and customer service is lacking completely. Time for this company to be banned from doing business in the US.
I ordered dog heart med Oct. 1 and its Nov. 21 and still no meds. Can't get through on 800 number or live chat. I'm screwed over $100 and dog med due very soon. Shame on you! Terrible!
I was unhappy to receive a call from your company after you had already processed my payment, asking me if I was okay with the items being shipped from abroad. This was not clearly indicated on your website and I do not consent to this deal. I ask that you cancel my order and issue me a full refund as soon as possible. If you fail to do so, I will report your company to the Better Business Bureau and other relevant authorities for deceiving customers.
I was told they procure their pet medications from other countries that do not require prescriptions. No, nope, no way. Stay away. Lord only knows what they will ship you. I don't buy any pet supplies not made in the USA, to much out there trying to harm our pets.

Do not order from this company. They are eager to take your money but once they have it they are done. I ordered and never received any confirmation. I called and told them to cancel the order but they claimed it has already been sent. I was told to wait for 28 days to call back. I had a feeling when I ordered it was a scam. I should have gone with my instincts.
We Americans are possessed with the almighty dollar and will do anything to pursue it. Including charge good people an arm and a leg to keep our pets (and humans, really) safe and healthy.
I love Petcaresupplies.com Our doctor recommended Bravecto which would've been $60+ per pill. With sale prices we can get it here for around $13-$17. I just bought a 3 month supply of revolution and 6 capstar pills for just over $50, which here in the states would cost me hundreds.

If you ever order from them you will be constantly harassed with emails every day. Even when you block, etc. they find a way to send. We notified them numerous times. We called and even sent letters. They Do Not Care.
At first I was excited because they offered the Simparica trio at a great price. This was before I realized this product is prescription only. On the back of the packaging it even says "to be supplied only on veterinary prescription." I sent an email to their support team, the support team directed me to call the 800 number, and the service there is absolutely awful. Although the shipping was fine, and the package came to me within two weeks which is expected since it is overseas (I am in the US). But I don't feel comfortable giving this to my dog. This site should definitely be shut down. Looking through the reviews there's mosrlt a 50% split for awful reviews and excellent reviews. That's a sure sign that they're trying to keep up with the negative reviews by posting positive false reviews. Although I will say as long as you're not getting something medicated or edible for your animal you should be fine.
I thought the prices for the Revolution Plus were too good to be true. I purchased a 12 month supply for 2 cats. The company accepted the order and the payment. About 2 days later I get an email to call about the order. I've never been asked to call on ANY online order ever! 2 hours later I get another email that the company cancelled the entire order and issued a refund. I still have not received the refund after 2 days!
These people are very quick to take your money an d not send your product. You have to call and hope someone answers. Twice I received a message that said they were unable to take my call and either leave a message or call back another time. After finally speaking to a person I was told I needed to confirm my information. I ordered Revolution for my puppy which weighted 11 pounds. I ordered the product listed for a 11 pound dog. They now tell me I needed to order by Kilograms. Nothing on their website mentions this and the information listed for this product on their website was by pounds. Now the worse part is they made no effort to inform me of this fact. They just took my money and it was up to me to find out why they were not shipping it to me.
I was trying hard to give them money, and I couldn't do it. On the "checkout" page, there was no way to finish checkout with any payment options. I called customer service and got an accent I couldn't understand, AND he couldn't understand my problem. We were going in circles plowing ground already covered. We went in circle after circle. His supervisor had a similar accent, so I signed off. I'll find an easier company to take my money.
I placed an order with them and received an email asking me to call them for verification. When I called they informed me that they were based in the UK and the order would be sent from Singapore. Then they sent me an email requiring my signature, a photocopy of my credit card, and a photocopy of my ID. They are not entitled to any of this information. When I informed them of such they began to back peddle on the required documents which is very suspicious behavior. Needless to say, I did not provide them with any of it and I had my order cancelled. I also reported this to the appropriate authorities.
I placed an order last week for flea meds. Never got an email with order confirmation but when i checked order status- it said shipped. A week gone... no emails, calls, products. I check order status again today amd it still says shipped. But no tracking number. They said they cancelled my order and refunded money since they couldnt verify me as 1st time buyer. I never got an email about anything. It never said anything on the order process anoit verifying. And if they tried to call - its called spam filter and if I had known i would have checked the spam filter. Worthless service and right now i dont know if i wany to replace the order even with discount code
Pet caring can be expensive when you dont have a stable income. I lost my job before a few months and since then Im cutting my expenses which forced me to cut my dogs flea treatment expense. But I never stopped looking for options and thats when I found Pet Care Supplies. Frontline Plus on this site is super cheap and affordable for me too. I ordered it and got the pack just before 3 days. Pack was fine. I applied it on the same day and Milo feels much happier now after months! Thanks guys!
I ordered Frontline from this company just like I have from Amazon or Chewy many times before. It came with damaged packaging and the writing on it was in some foreign language. And let me just tell you my dog has never itched more! I found a ton of fleas on him that I've never found with using frontline before that were bought from other companies. I can only surmise that this is a fake product. I would ask for my money back or put in a complaint but it looks like that it would fall over deaf ears anyway so I'll just make a review. Do your homework & BEWARE!

Would not order from this company as their free shipping takes much too long. Unless you are not in any hurry for your items don't consider this company. I needed flea medicine and it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. By then, my cats tail was raw from chewing on it. Should have picked up something local but had no idea the med's would take so long to arrive. My cat if fine now but looking elsewhere for my feline purchases.
My dog Frontline came without box. Instead 6 sealed vials. No instructions, either. My cat frontline came with box of 3 along with instructions. The instruction paper actually indicated (CAUTION
South Africa, Namibia, Zambia & Zimbabwe reg. Numbers)... Very creepy, to say the least. This company looks seriously shady! Rating should be -0, however, did not have that option.

Thinks we are all idiots and morons, but if that is the case, why do the lot numbers on the Frontline Plus boxes shipped from this fraudulent company not match the foil packs inside? According to the EPA and Frontline, that is a dead giveaway that they are FAKES. This company is a complete fraud, and you are a complete fool to order anything from them, let alone to make repeat orders for more fake product. This company is NOT legit in any way, shape or form. I also have the product and packaging to PROVE it.

Answer: I checked with Bayer, the manufacturer of the collars after I got mine. They had me check for several numbers on the packaging. One that they asked for wasn't even on the packages. At that point Bayer advised me NOT to use them because even if they DID manufacture the collars... they couldn't even confirm if they were made by Bayer... they are not intended for use in the United States. I finally got most of my money refunded, but it took almost 2 months, and they did not refund an international fee that showed up on my bank statement the day after the original charge posted. I contacted them about that and they said that was a charge from my bank for ordering something from outside the US. Nothing on their website indicates they are not in the States or there will be an international fee added after the purchase. I did contact my bank and they told me they did not collect a fee for the purchase and Pet Care Supplies had added that on. The fee was only an additional $4.00 plus change so I gave up fighting with Pet Care Supplies but I will never order from them again, and I would advise anyone not to do business with them
