I have been through majority of online pet stores in USA and all of them are providing generic information about products from the manufacturer's website. But this company provides extensive and exclusive product information that assists me in making an informed decision. Thank you so much for the valuable inputs on each and every product!

I'm very pleased with the service of Petcaresupplies and the product I ordered. Since I have 4 dogs and 3 cats, finding ways to cut a few dollars while still giving them a quality product is hard to do. But finding this site helped me in purchasing Frontline for my pets at a cheaper price then I get at 2 different online vet stores. I will be ordering in the future and have passed its name to my friends! It's nice to shop somewhere where you know you are not being ripped off.

When it comes to purchasing pet supplies, I only rely only on this online store! No other site provides pet products at such affordable rates along with free shipping. For me, this is the best store as there has never been any issue with the payment because they don't loot people.

I rescue dogs and often need to buy pet supplies. So, to cut the budget I usually experiment different online stores to buy stuff for my furry friends. Before 8 days I ordered Frontline Plus from PetCareSupplies as their prices really attracted me. In fact, I had never seen such low prices on branded products. Getting excited seeing the prices and free shipping policy, I ordered Frontline Plus in bulk. Today, I received my order, on time and perfectly packed. No issues of delays or wrong deliveries or over priced products! I literally enjoyed shopping from PetCareSupplies! Everyone should try it!

I have 3 cats, 2 dogs and I love immensely. It is a great task to keep them always free from fleas and other parasites, which can be a costly affair. I ordered once from pet care supplies and was so happy with their service and prices that I will never to switch to other suppliers. I ordered frontline plus in bulk and received all my packs in 11 days, which is normal. The treatment was effective as they claimed and my pets are flea free, enjoying themselves. I even recommended petcaresupplies.com to my friend and she too had a pleasant experience. Keep up your work petcaresupplies!

I am not very patient with internet reading and, it tires me a lot. I was going through this site and wanted to order a flea treatment for my canine. But as I said, not being a patient reader, I called their customer care and told them that I need a spot-on treatment that is water proof. My pooch just loves swimming! So, the guy gave me all the details and recommended 2-3 products, from which I chose Advantage for dogs. It worked so well for my dog, eradicated all fleas and ticks from her body without any harming effects! They have a great team and products! You rock petcaresupplies.com!

Ordered Frontline and didn't realize this was coming from outside the US. Product is made in Africa and packaging doesn't look at all the same. That made me nervous. After reading the reviews I called and asked to return the 100% guaranteed product. It cost me $24 to ship back $61 worth of product that weighed 1/2 pound to the UK. The customer service team was very helpful, but just know the free shipping only goes one way. If you're unhappy with the product, you have to be willing to pay a lot to return.

Multiple pet owners like me always look for cheaper options for flea and tick preventions. I have 1 cocker spaniel, 2 Doberman and 1 Beagle. To keep these buddies free from parasites at lower cost but effective results, I always go for Frontline Plus. Pet Care Supplies sell this treatment at much lesser price than the other stores I have come across. Great service and fast shipping!

Buyer beware
August 2, 2018

I placed an order for Frontline for 2 dogs and a cat. Unfortunately when the product arrived the packaging was different than the package advertised on their website. I have no idea if this is legit or not, but I wont take any chances with my fur kids. (If it was legit, why not show the packaging they sent me?). I'm not going to even waist my time trying to get my money back. This company is not honest for two simple reasons: no where does it inform you that they are based in the U. K., and the packaging did not match what I ordered from their website.

Ever since I got the second pup, my budget has always overshot. I had never anticipated the expenditure to increase exponentially on having two dogs. Their welfare was my responsibility and it suddenly put me in a tough spot. That's when I switched to this site, and I am thankful for it. I have started saving a lot on my pets' supplies and it has come as a huge relief. Also, the range of products the site offers is greatly affordable. My pups are growing fast and it's great to no more worry about their over the top expenditure.

I notified PetCareSupplies.com that the August 2019 "Auto Order" shipment had not arrived and a Customer Care representative offered a full refund or to re-ship the order. I chose to have the order re-sent and PetCareSupplies.com provided a tracking number which was extremely helpful and the package was received in record time. Prices are great, shipping is free, albeit quite slow, and USA Customs Service probably slows it even further. This was the first order in over a year of "Auto Order" that didn't arrive and PetCareSupplies.com made the order whole right away. I would be interested in an optional "tracking number" shipping option if PetCareSupplies.com were to offer it alongside it's free shipping default mode. All in all, I have been pleased with PetCareSupplies.com and will continue to use their service. Thanks!

Like other reviewers, I am incredibly dissatisfied and concerned with this company. I called and sat on the phone and listened to it ring at least 15 times before hearing from a representative who told me that my package was somewhere? And that it would be here eventually?

Well eventually still has yet to come, and when and/or if I receive what I ordered, I will not be compromising the health of my dog to save a few extra bucks. I would rather spend twice the amount now and get a quality product that I can trust.

Me and my husband usually place orders from this site alternatively. Last month I forgot to inform him that I had already kept the orders on auto-mode. Unknowingly, he just placed the monthly order as usual. After I got to know about this instance, I called the customer support line right away and requested for cancellation of the order. They accepted the request despite the order had been packed and was almost ready for shipment, although it did take a while to cancel it. I was really thankful to them for being so patient and accepting the request even though they had to undergo such bewilderment.

I recently moved out of my parent's house so it's been a struggle to manage the budget. On top of that, I also have a kitty that needs to be taken care of. Thankfully, my grandmother has pets so she suggested me this online store. I was honestly surprised by the prices that this website was offering. So, I decided to get some flea and tick treatments to try it out. Thankfully, all products were of the same brand and worked amazingly on my kitty with no side effects. This is really an amazing website for students like us who can't afford to pay a lot.

I consider these guys as experts in this industry since they provide extensive information pertaining to pet products which is not available on most of the other pet care supplies store. It not only assists me to make purchasing decision, but also eases off the confusion between multiple pet products. I ordered flea medicine for my dog thinking it would be here in the next week. It has been 3 weeks and they dont even know where the package is or have a way for me to track it. They say the same thing every time I call, like freaking robots: 10-14 business days. PASS! I will send it back when it gets here and get it overnight from Chewy or PetMeds

Unbelievable! These foreigners are making money by selling fake, non-genuine, counterfeit material and medical supplies. How can this even be happening. Just call their customer service line if you remain hesitant about these scammers. A distant representative a long way from the USA who speaks broken English. I called and waited ten minutes and finally got an Asian person on the line and I said I wanted my money back, so he said he could not hear me because they were having difficulty with their phones (BS). So I called again and cleverly told them I would like to make a purchase and they suddenly could hear me fine... then I told them actually I wanted a refund for the counterfeit, non-genuine collars I ordered. He had to issue me a refund then! I could go on and on... just let it be said they should all be in jail!
