So I just got a cat from the adoption centre and was not much informed about the pet necessities. I went through several pet care blogs and yet was not able to decide which flea treatment to use for my kitty. I was sure about buying the supplies from pet Care Supplies as my friend suggested it and really, it was a lot cheaper than the other sites. I called up their customer care service and asked to explain the difference of the flea treatments available on their store. They were extremely patient and did a great job by explaining even the minute details of the flea treatments. And I chose frontline Plus for my cat! Thank you guys for your support, service and affordable products!

I just received my order from this website. The product came from Halfway House PO Box 5924, South Africa not the address posted on this review site but the telephone number is the same. There are many negative reviews about this address as being a knock off site and Frontline Plus warns that this has nothing to do with their parent Company. Now I don't know whether to use this product or if it will be harmful to my dog! If it sounds too good to be true, it is!

I have purchased pet products here and am very happy. Of note, there was an offer for a reduced price by signing up for automatic refills which I did. Then I needed a refill before the prearranged date and reordered supplies. When the automatic date came up from my original order, I did not get hassled by cancelling the order. I ordered a Seresto collar, yep, because of the price. This company has as many 1 star ratings as positive ones. WHY IS THAT? Because service and delivery suck. I am usually good about reading reviews. This time, in a hurry, I didn't. Now, as I am waiting for a delivery that is 10 days since payment, I have the time. I spoke with "customer service" only to be told it could be another week, and by that time, we are leaving with the dog for a 3 week trip. I am also beginning to worry about the quality of the product, since it appears they are counterfeit and maybe can harm my dog. Just order somewhere else and save yourself a lot of grief.

So after making my local vet the richest vet in my area, I am glad that I finally got a site that has all the pet care supplies at cheaper rates.
