I ordered a Seresto collar, yep, because of the price. This company has as many 1 star ratings as positive ones. WHY IS THAT? Because service and delivery suck. I am usually good about reading reviews. This time, in a hurry, I didn't. Now, as I am waiting for a delivery that is 10 days since payment, I have the time. I spoke with "customer service" only to be told it could be another week, and by that time, we are leaving with the dog for a 3 week trip. I am also beginning to worry about the quality of the product, since it appears they are counterfeit and maybe can harm my dog. Just order somewhere else and save yourself a lot of grief.
