No response concerning cancellation of order. Not a good choice for online purchases of pet medicine or prescriptions.

I have seen product descriptions of various pet care supplies store and the bad part is that each of them uses the same content. But this company is different as they use their creativity in representing their thoughts. This is the thing that differentiates this company from rest of its competitors. Every online pet supplies store in our country has a set pattern and information on their product description page but these guys provide something additional on top of what you get on other competitor sites. I read their product description and the confusion in my mind regarding Frontline Plus for Dogs and Frontline Top Spot for Dogs got cleared. Since then I always look for their product description and then procure pet care products.

The great thing is that their rates are exceptionally low and on top of these already lowered rates I also get huge discounts every now and then which is amazing. My furry pal is happy and healthy now. This makes me love this company. I will always buy pet products from this amazing shopping destination.

Received this collar after 2 wks. Put it on my dog Sat. Sunday he was not acting himself, wouldn't eat or play just not a happy dog. I took it off him Sunday, had a vet appt. Tues. Regular visit, did a blood test his liver enzymes were 377 should be 125.2 weeks later returned did test again enzymes were down to 92. DO NOT ORDER THIS COLLAR. I don't know where it came from pkg. Said "South America"... $$$ was refunded asa I sent an email, they said "donate it" or throw it away. Should of sent it back for THEM TO WEAR! THe $$$ I saved ordering from them I spent WAY MORE on vet bills. My dog is fine now, back to his normal self. Sticking with Pet Meds!

I ordered flea medication for my pet, The day I ordered my credit card was billed. It has been 21 days since I placed the order and still no product. I received a miscellaneous small additional fee on my credit card because of a customs fee as the product was supposedly shipped from the United Kingdom. Last I checked the manufacture of this product is in Georgia. One of the 52 "United States". Please check out this website before you order from them. There are a lot more websites for pet medications available, anybody can be a affiliate of this website and make an alleged 13% of sale amount if they will just post their own website and be a third-party to the mother website of this " pet care supplies.com ". When I called inquiring about the product that I had already paid for three weeks ago, they immediately got defensive stating that it was on their website that it was being shipped from the UK, also their website states only 1% of their customers takes 21 days for shipping, i'm SP of the 1%.

BEST PRICES! You cant find better. Yes the products work. I've seen a lot of reviews that oh its from France it doesn't work. They work! I've been buying from this company since 2018 for all of my pets flea medication.

I was looking for the cheapest price on Frontline Plus, and they had it. After I had typed in my card information, a pop up suggesting that they don't give refunds if mailed to the wrong address with a box to check yes or no. I checked yes. The pop up just kept coming back on screen with no way to exit out of it or proceed.
I hit the back button and finally got away from the checkout, then I started a chat to find out if my transaction had gone through. It became obvious that I was chatting with someone who didn't know English well. At one point, I had to wait 4 minutes for "Kevin" to start typing a reply! He said my account had activated without my address or card info. Idk how that was possible. So, I called to place my order, and the first thing the rep said was that they were located in the UK and it would take 2 weeks to get my order. My dogs are going to the vet in 2 weeks. Plus, you can buy this medication from Walmart with no shipping.
Be careful where you type your card information in online. Lots of hackers out there. Make sure you check a company out before you buy their product. Most of this crap comes China anyway. Gonna look up some home remedies.

If you see a price that is too good to be true, you will be scammed.
Ordered flea collar on a Saturday at 1/4 of the MSRP. They only accept PAYPAL (Red Flag). I am waiting for a confirmation email with expected delivery date by Wednesday, (today). Nothing arrived. My AMEX shows the transaction, but it was from SHOPIFY (Expecting PP as the vendor - Red Flag). I checked my PP account and no transaction was documented. No one answers their toll free number (Red Flag). Cannot file a dispute with PP since the transaction was not recorded. AMEX is working this for me. COVID-19 or not this is a scammer.
