So far it has been 2.5 weeks and still have not received my item. I will now have to purchase flee meds from an expensive retailer because now my cats have been without for a week.
If you see a price that is too good to be true, you will be scammed.
Ordered flea collar on a Saturday at 1/4 of the MSRP. They only accept PAYPAL (Red Flag). I am waiting for a confirmation email with expected delivery date by Wednesday, (today). Nothing arrived. My AMEX shows the transaction, but it was from SHOPIFY (Expecting PP as the vendor - Red Flag). I checked my PP account and no transaction was documented. No one answers their toll free number (Red Flag). Cannot file a dispute with PP since the transaction was not recorded. AMEX is working this for me. COVID-19 or not this is a scammer.
The customer service is very bad. My email and my messages were ignored. My order never delivered and money was not refunded. Be aware this is a fraudulent company.Don't deal with them.
Their products are not from the US. They are from overseas. You can not verify if they are fake because if you open the package they will not refund your money. I realize it can be expensive to buy these products from places like amazon or petco but it will be more expensive if you make you dog sick by using products you don't know where they come from or if they are real. DO NOT BUY FROM PETCARESUPPLIES.COM! Its worth the savings!
I use Advantage for my cat. Buying it from PetCareSupplies saves me a big deal. The low pricing and free shipping make up for my big savings. My kitty is happy and flea free now. Thank you guys!
Ordered the frontine only to read the reviews after the order (dumb me) then called back within 10 minutes and requested a refund and after being told my the supervisor named Kevin I would have my refund in 3 to 5 days and called back after 7 days and was told that they submitted the refund from there end. If they did after 2 weeks of waiting why haven't I recieved it? Also I tried submitting a negative review multiple times to their website and it claims it was sent successfully yet when checking afterwards it was never posted. All they do is post 5 star written by the company reviews and block the negative ones. Learn from me and don't make the sams mistake I've made. DON'T BUY FROM PETCARESUPPLIES.COM!
Without reading reviews first, I purchased a 12-mo. Supply of FrontLine Plus for small dogs ("up to 10 kg"). I paid $89.00 by credit card. The bank charged a $2.67 "foreign transaction fee." I received the product in two weeks. I opened it and saw off-color pictures on the FrontLine Plus individual packages, and I read the fine print on each: "REGISTRATION HOLDER: Merial South Africa (Pty.) Ltd. P. O. Box 5924, Halfway House, 1685." I next read PetCare's online "Frequently Asked Questions" and saw that they claim their products have identical ingredients to those made in America. They said they can charge less because of the U.S. dollar exchange value. Then I read reviews. Some gave the company five stars. Some gave it one star. Some said the liquid they applied to their pets seemed to have no effect on fleas. I decided not to risk my puppy's health with foreign chemicals. I called PetCareSupplies.com *******124) late in the afternoon (their "9 a. M" opening seems to mean England time). I spoke to a person and got a "Return Authorization Number" and a London address. I used the same small box that I'd received from PetCareSupplies.com. I had opened no vial packages. As you can see from the title of this review, the cheapest postage (First Class) from Baltimore, MD., to London, England, was $22.50. If I do receive the $89.00 refund, I'll conclude that I paid a $25.00 "Stupid Fee" for not reading reviews first. Buyer Beware!
I have never purchased anything from the company yet but I do read their blogs on a consistent basis. The information from their bloggers is extremely useful and precise. There are certain topics that create awareness in me as a pet owner and help me become better at owning a pet. I believe that is what every pet owner wants - a trusted guidance force that can be there to tell you to do correct things at the correct time. I also research a lot and find that the topics that these guys are writing are not only exclusive but also exceptional. I want them to continue doing this great job.
If you wish to learn more about pet care issues then I would recommend you to read their blogs and you would definitely like to be their fans. They have made me a big fan of their blogs and honestly speaking who would not when you are being taught to be a better pet owner without spending a single dime. Thank you guys for being so considerate and churning out topics that are extremely useful for pet owners!
My dog is more organized than this company. They sent me the wrong product TWICE (of course replacing it with a less expensive product - Frontline sent instead of Seresto collar). They told me to keep the Frontline and they would quickly send me the Seresto I ordered. I then received ear drops. What the? The invoice was for another person, but sent in an envelope addressed to me. I called again. They said, "If you mail them their product, they will mail you yours." So now I am an employee of PetCareSupplies.com?? HAHA. I did it out of respect and empathy for the other person (and their animals) involved, not holding my breath that I would get mine in return. Two weeks later - no Seresto collar and I am out of money I have spent on the collar and shipping - $42.85. I sent an email demanding a refund, but I am not holding my breath that that will happen either. They ship internationally - it takes forever and I question the authenticity of the product they sent me (the Seresto collar didn't smell or feel like the ones I have used in the past). I tried to save money, but should have trusted my gut. I would avoid if I were you.
If you care about your pets at all you will not order anything from this website. The saying 'you get what you pay for' rings true for this company. DO NOT let the cheap prices entice you to purchase ANYTHING from them. The products are not EPA regulated because they are from out of the US, meaning you do not know what you are putting into your pet's system. I ordered about a hundred dollars worth of product from them, and didn't receive it for another 3 weeks. When I did, one of the boxes was dented to the point it was open. The product labels are not the same as the product labels here in the US. Some of the instructions are in different languages. I talked to both my dog's vet and the Frontline company, if the product is legitimate it will not have an expiration date. The product I received from petcaresupplies DID have an expiration date.
I tried returning the product, but I was in charge of shipping even though one of the boxes was opened, which was not my fault. Shipping would have cost me more than I actually paid for the product as it has to be returned to London.
Don't make the same mistake I did, if you want quality products for your pet that will work, call your vet and see what they recommend.
I am in USA & I ordered frontline plus from this online business & after reading all negative reviews I started my own research & I reached out to frontline & I researched flea medications outside USA & www.petcaresupplies.com is fine they abide by all laws & their product is not fake. They are on Pinterest & they do affiliated marketing just because some geek does a site review or their domain is masked by same one some other big businesses use what's the deal? These reviews had me scared to death go review Hartz sold by Walmart that should scare you but this online store is legit & I contacted them on Facebook and on their website. My dogs are fine & so am I except the stuff you read and find on Internet is not always right so I suggest go a step further & their frontline plus has diff rules based on country but if it has date on both box & vial & has stickers & info inside & no funny looking stickers or something don't match heck yeah research it but the gray box w blue is checked out fine so please stop writing horrible reviews & based on your dogs health it is recommended that you don't play vet God & put crap on your pets without a vets visit. My Dachsador has a flea allergy & this has helped him greatly.
* * * DON'T DO IT! Pet Care Supplies has got to be a subsidiary of Donald J. Trump Inc. as they are as honest, legitimate, efficient, timely, and as worthwhile as the "sad" "crooked" corrupt, Trump University," Trump Steaks, TajMahal Casino, ect. Ect. I ordered and paid for Advantage flea treatment for cats 10 days ago and "Fake" Pet Care Supplies email response was that "the US Postal Service" was to blame. I have filed a complaint with The Attorney General's Office for the State of Pennsylvania, Bureau of Consumer Protection. And the Pet Care Supplies PRICKS will definitely receive A VERY PAINFUL SPANKING. Oivey!
I ordered flea medicine for my cats 3 weeks ago. I called in last week and they told me that my package would arrive this week around Tuesday or Wednesday. It's now Friday and no package so I called them again. This time they said the package was flagged by customs and that I would need to wait ANOTHER week for it to arrive. First of all, flagged by customs? Sounds fishy. And second, Waiting a month for flea medicine while my cats are scratching like crazy is heartbreaking. The fleas have turned to me and I'm covered in bites from head to toe. I purchased from this site for the price but I see now it wasn't worth the hassle. I originally told them I would wait for the package but after reading these reviews I asked for my money back instead. Fake flea medicine? Who would do such a thing? I'm not risking putting that crap on my pets. They said the package might still arrive and I will have to send it back. I saw someone else say the return shipping was expensive and I just can't afford that. Supposedly I'll get my money back in 3-5 business days but i don't believe it now. I hope they give me my money back first, then they can figure out how to get their fake product back themselves Because it shouldn't be my problem.
I had a great buying experience from this online pet store. Although the prices of the products are amazingly low the product quality is highly excellent. Highly recommended pet store in USA!
They would rarely answer and always said it's in transit and that was three months ago. I called today and nobody would answer. I had to call my Visa account and ask for a refund
I had a great conversation with one of the guys working as customer service representative at the company and it was an amazing experience. I got lot of information of the requisite product and he even explained me the difference between different products (please forgive me as I was not aware of different pet products!) The information provided was invaluable. After some time I zeroed in on a product that was told to me to be highly effective deworming treatment. I contemplated for a long time and even had a deliberation with the guy and he gave me the confidence that my furry pal who was suffering from gastrointestinal worms would get well by taking this treatment. I gave him the green signal and he completed the purchase for me. It was that simple.
The product got delivered in 10 days and it was highly effective on my pet. I know these guys are doing a wonderful job of providing quality products at the cheapest possible prices. They saved the day for my pet and believe me they can do the same for your pet!
This business is 110% the definition of a SCAM. Not only is it not real products, there are extremely dangerous and harmful chemicals in them. Unfortunately, I did not do my research on this company and a horrible mistake on my part. I applied the topical medication to two of my cats and the next day both of my cats were lethargic, crying out and having extremely troubled breathing. I took my cats to the vet and was told they were POISONED by their flea and tick medicine. My cats are still sick and I knew I had to write this review ASAP in hopes that someone else will not poison their cats/dogs from the medicine I bought off of petcaresupples.com.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. This medicine WILL hurt your cat/dog or kill them. There products are made in AFRICA and are NOT GENUINE PRODUCTS!
I got my heart worm prevention on time, in good condition and was a good value. I have used other online companies of the same type and this got me the product fastest and third time using!
These guys know their job pretty well other other companies that are only there to churn out profits this company has its heart at the right place. They care for the pets and that shows with the genuinity and professionalism followed by their customer service representative. I was finding it difficult to place an order on the website and then suddenly I came across the company's toll-free number. When I dialed it the customer service representative at the other end first of all had great listening skills. She understood my problem and then apologized for the inconvenience.
Then she asked me about the product which I wanted to procure. I bought the product through the toll-free number and it was an amazing experience. She was very convincing and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed placing the order and the great part is that the product was delivered within a week's time. I have tried lots of online stores but this one is exceptional. I would want other companies to take a cue from this company and learn about professionalism and great customer service.
I received my Seresto flea collar and it was from South Africa and i contacted Bayer the manufacturer and they advised do not use it on my dog because it does not meet the standard's for the product in the USA
Answer: Well, Tommy D. Thinks we are all idiots and morons, but if that is the case, why do the lot numbers on the Frontline Plus boxes shipped from this fraudulent company not match the foil packs inside? According to the EPA and Frontline, that is a dead giveaway that they are FAKES. This company is a complete fraud, and you are a complete fool to order anything from them, let alone to make repeat orders for more fake product. This company is NOT legit in any way, shape or form. I also have the product and packaging to PROVE it.
Answer: Don't order from them. This is a horrible company and their customer service is even worse.
Answer: I checked with Bayer, the manufacturer of the collars after I got mine. They had me check for several numbers on the packaging. One that they asked for wasn't even on the packages. At that point Bayer advised me NOT to use them because even if they DID manufacture the collars... they couldn't even confirm if they were made by Bayer... they are not intended for use in the United States. I finally got most of my money refunded, but it took almost 2 months, and they did not refund an international fee that showed up on my bank statement the day after the original charge posted. I contacted them about that and they said that was a charge from my bank for ordering something from outside the US. Nothing on their website indicates they are not in the States or there will be an international fee added after the purchase. I did contact my bank and they told me they did not collect a fee for the purchase and Pet Care Supplies had added that on. The fee was only an additional $4.00 plus change so I gave up fighting with Pet Care Supplies but I will never order from them again, and I would advise anyone not to do business with them
Answer: Frontline Plus is safe and advisable for 8 weeks and older puppies and dogs.
