I purchased Frontline Plus for my dogs from the online store, but was not able to receive the product as I was not at home when the postman delivered the parcel. I called up the customer service representatives at PetCareSupplies and explained the situation to them. They were very cordial and understood my genuine request, thereby resending the order once again through the post office. I received the product within a weeks time Highly recommended online store Loved it

This was my third order with Pet Care Supplies and I had made a mistake while ordering. I ordered a wrong pack which did not cover my dog’s weight in its range. I was worried that these people may not believe me and not consider exchanging the order. Well, that was not the case when I talked to their customer care executive. Everything went well, the executive was the most supportive that I have ever seen and they arranged everything needed for my exchange. I am never changing the store, that’s for sure!

After buying extremely affordable Frontline Plus from Pet care supplies I realize that I have been slaughtered by my vet for all these years. I had been giving $10 more for the same product to my vet. I used the product that I bought from Pet Care supplies on my dog and it worked just great. There are people around who are not in the market entirely to fill their pockets. Pet care Supplies is one of them!

I ordered Activyl from this company. When it arrived, the packaging was different and did not reflect what I had ordered online. After reading many one star reviews on here, it is clear that this is what they do and because they are in the UK, making a return is expensive. Wish I would have looked at these reviews closer. Because there are so many (suspicious) 5 star reviews, it makes the overall rating for the company look decent, which is misleading.

I switched to this site when I bought frontline's generic version from another site which did not work. I was worried that I would lose again but I am happy camper as the products arrived were genuine as generic's price. Since then I have referred this site to friends.

Upon arrival of my first order, my groomer and I compared ingredients of the frontline she sells in her store with the frontline I received and guess what? They were identical! So, to all you bashers out there, S H A M E on you for knocking a Co. That is willing to take a bit of a cut in their profit and not be so greedy!

Watch out. I ordered from this company and they shipped me frontline made in South Africa. This is illegal. I called the manufacturer and they said not to use the product. Petcaresupplies.com did not reply to my email or call me back. Because they are crooks.

I have been purchasing Frontline Plus for my pooch from this website and the experience has been phenomenal. The treatment reaches me within a weeks time and my doggie is free from the pesky parasites. The great part is that I can now get more dog supplies from the amount saved and so it is a totally win-win situation for me

I made a mistake while ordering and realized it when I received order dispatching mail from the company. I called them to correct my order which was my mistake and surprisingly they were cool about the whole thing. They dispatched my correct order and I just received it. I don’t think any other company would have been this cooperative with mistake done was from the customer’s end. And I feel that their prices are worth the wait if you think that they take long to deliver the order. Thank you guys!

ZERO STARS

Never again---their "Frontline" irritates my dogs skin almost immediately--poor baby was trying desperately to get the stuff off of him. Clearly it was not really Frontline. I had to wash it off of him and his skin was red and the hair where I put the stuff was stiff for weeks. Never will buy from this company again to save a buck!

These collars are FAKE! The can does not have a metallic paint on inside as do legit Seresto collars, do not fasten the same and the insert was obviously printed on a printer that was low on ink. Mine came through the United Kingdom.

Frontline plus

After purchasing a 12 dose pack of frontline plus and realized it wasn't working I called manufacturer. They stated this batch was made for foreign sales and does not have the same effect on USA cats. Well weather that is true or not it did not work on my cats and I would not recommend buying this product from this company. The batch I bought did have an expiration date which said EXPIRY instead of expired. Guess that should of been a heads up.

#1 2019 has been a good year for fleas bad for us. #2 The site clearly states can take 7-21 days for delivery and tracking number IS provided. #3 Frontline stopped being effective some years ago due to formula change. Try Effipro or another product. #4 Most flea products state they can take 3 months to rid your home of fleas under the best of circumstances. #5They do scour the world to get products for the best price, some countries make their products better if you have a problem let website know NOT to order from that country. Ordered Effipro Duo for cats works great shipping took 2-3wks Great price my product came from the UK Via Singapore/Germany

The companies origins are London and Maritarius. That is clearly stated in it's "contact us" link on it's website. Did you bother to look? Ihave bought Frontline thru here for 3 years and my dogs have never suffered any adverse reaction and have never had fleas or ticks since.

Recently I become the pet parent of 4 birds. My friend advised me to give this MEDPET 4 IN 1 powder to my birds to protect them from harmful bird diseases. I searched a great deal about this stuff and found that it can be given without any diagnosis of disease. This tablet form of treatment prevents various diseases that are common in birds. Thus, I ordered this product from this site. My friend is a regular buyer from this site and saves a good amount of money every time he buys from here. I am happy with the site as my birds are fine with the treatment. Thanks Pet Care Supplies for selling such useful bird care items.

I have ordered a few items from Petcaresupplies.com over the last few months which have always been competitively priced and arrived on time but was recently pleasantly surprised to receive a refund for an item which hadn't quite arrive in the condition that it should have, although it was still usable they refunded the purchase price - wasn't expecting that at all, many thanks for great service.

I have four dogs and that becomes a bit difficult for me sometimes. All four of them are very playful and I cannot keep them away from each other for a long time. So a topical flea treatment has never been my option. I was searching a chewable to prevent all my dogs from fleas, but could not find it at local stores. I was surfing and I stumbled upon petcaresupplies.com which had a chewable treatment. I ordered Program for my dogs, according to their weights and now it has become a monthly part of their life. The treatments are unbelievably low at prices here! You all should try it! It has been 3 months and all my canines are safe from fleas. A big thanks to petcaresupplies.com for solving my issue!

I have 3 dogs and a cat, so naturally I have to spend a lot to make sure they stay at the best of their health. Along with that I also need to manage my budget which would have been really difficult if I wouldnt have found pet care supplies. They have the cheapest rates possible and I rely on them for my all my pets flea and tick treatments. No issues in delivery or quality of the products. I would recommend it to all those who really want to save bucks on their pet care budget.
