Never shipped product
August 13, 2019

Bought flea pills for my cat and they never arrived. I called to get the shipping tracking number and they couldn't even say what company it was being shipped through. Said the order shipped aug 6,2019. I will never order another product from them. Then my total was $27.89 and they charged an extra. 89 cents for no known reason. Buy pet products else where!

Ordered frontline for my cat on 3/29. Their site said that they "usually" ship items the day they are ordered. "Usually" means they ship 3 days after your order and I was told it takes 18 days to receive my order. And now I'm seeing their crap comes from outside of the US? Why don't they tell you this before or when you order? Because they only 2ant your money. I will buy frontline today and my order will be returned. I'm sure it'll take 90 days to send my money back. Scam artists! Don't use this company.

We have been ordering our Frontline Plus flea and tick medicine for our cats for over 6 years! We received shipments within 7-14 days. We plan ahead for ordering and don't mind the wait because the price is worth it.
We can get 6 doses for the price of 1 dose at the vets! We are very satisfied and will continue to order through them as long as we have pets!

I was finding it difficult to place an order on their online store and so decided to call their toll-free number and inquire from them about the quality of the pet products sold and why was I not able to place an order on their store? The customer representative was extremely polite and helpful in answering my query. She understood that I was finding it difficult to place an order and so she asked me whether she could place an order on my behalf? When I replied in affirmative she placed an order by taking my credit card details and told me that I would be receiving the product in 10 to 14 days. I received the product in a week's time and it was in excellent condition.

Now I regularly call up them to place an order as it not only saves my time but they also give discount on the products when I tell them about the coupon code. I wish every online store had the same professionalism as this company!

Convenient and easy to use

This website is very simple to use, and makes things like buying cat litter much easier than going to the store. The only issue is that delivery time is a little long, but if you order it ahead of time, it is perfect!

I purchased from this website because one of my friends had recommended it to me. On first glance of the site, I was a little bit surprised by the price range as many products were at discounted rates. And I was used to paying full price at my nearby pet store. But I still decided to go ahead and purchase from it. After some days, I still didn't receive my order so I got concerned. Upon contacting the company, I found out that it was due to some miscommunication that my order was delayed. They asked me to wait for couple more days and thankfully, I did receive the order in that time frame. I will say that I was skeptical of the products as there are many knock-offs available at a cheaper price. The treatments I got from this website were 100% genuine and exactly the ones I used to purchase from the store. My first experience with this site was quite bumpy but I'm still gonna keep purchasing from here!

My pooch was constantly vomiting a few days back and I got worried about his health. I took advice from my vet also but she was adamant that it's just bad food and nothing else. I then researched online about what can be the possible causes for this condition of my baby. After a thorough research I found out that my pooch has worms in his body. I got so scared I contacted my vet again but he refused that too. I started searching for online medicines and found Popantel on a website PetCareSupplies.com
I was not able to wait for the medicines and contacted their customer service. They asked me to be patient and they'll try their best to ship the order as soon as possible. The moment I received the pack I opened and gave to my pooch and after that he became much better. Obviously he had lost all his strength which took time to regain but now he is well.

Pet care supplies was recommended to me by a friend and on scanning the prices, I was convinced that it is really cheaper than the other sites. My last order of Activyl cost me $61. This time it cost me only $41 and I got to save $20 with my first purchase on Pet care supplies. I am waiting for my order to arrive now. As far as the prices are concerned, there is no match for pet care supplies.

This is the first time I've ordered from this company and I'm very happy. I got my products in less than two weeks. And they're genuine Bayer products from South Africa. So of course they wouldn't be regulated by USA entities: they would be regulated by the country and company that they came from. Bayer has facilities all over the world, on every continent. So what's the fuss all about, I wonder. I'm grateful I can get Advantage at this price, otherwise I can't afford to buy it.

Rep. Wanted to argue and make all kinds of excuses and turn blame of bad product on us to get out of backing their money back guarantee. Would not order from them again. Also they are not based in USA took forever to get product. Bad customer service.

My second arrived from this company it had only 6 dosage instead of 12 dosage of advantage flea meds. I called them to correct the error which they did by sending the remaining 6. It was a seamless effort and they did honor their policy. I recommend them.

I don't normally do online pet shopping, but pet stores near my house are all shut due to the coronavirus pandemic. My pet supplies needed a refill, and online pet stores were my only hope. Thankfully, I came across you guys. Purchased my desired supplies. Just waiting for the order to get delivered. Says it'll take a couple of weeks more, so I gotta wait. Phew! If not for this online store, I really don't know how I'd get my buddy's supplies. Thanks!

Still not here
September 9, 2018

I ordered flea meds on September 4 that we NEED BADLY. Had no indication of expected arrival date on website and provides no tracks no number. It's sept. 10 and still no product. Me dogs and subsequently me are going crazy. I will NEVER use this company again. Waaay too SLOW. Now reading bad reviews and feeling even more nervous.

If you are one of those that hate standing in queues for procuring products then this is the place to shop. I find it comparatively easier to find the products and it is also very easy to communicate with their customer representative on toll free number. I also love the way they have systematized the tabs on the site and the checkout process is so smooth and effortless that you can shop for the products very easy.

I love their pricing and the fact that there are no shipping charges makes the deal even more enticing. The branded products are so effective that my pet does not have any adverse effect from it. All in all, it is an amazing shopping destination for pets.

I believe that other online pet stores can learn a lot from PetCareSupplies about how online business should be all about. It is all about the transparency. If you compare the rates of their products with other online pet stores in USA you will be enticed to carry out your future pet care supplies from this online store. The quality of the products received are of first-rate, so the argument that goods sold at a lower rates are not effective enough goes in the bucket. Believe me, you will have a great time purchasing products from this online store the way I enjoyed the most!

Earlier I used to buy generic products for my pet as they are less expensive. But on my friend’s suggestion I checked out PetCareSupplies and found that I can buy original products with the same price as that of their generic version. This was enough for me to order from this site. Now I am a regular customer as the genuine products are keeping my pet healthy.

My poor old dog (12) has recently been infested with fleas and is miserable so I ordered Frontline Plus from PetCareSupplies, after 9 days and no package, I emailed customer support and was told that it takes 10-12 days for delivery. On what planet does it take that long to deliver a parcel. I get packages from China faster! It has now been 13 days and still no package I was forced to go to Walmart and buy the product so Cooper can stop suffering.

I do not recommend buying Frontline Plus from this company. When it arrived, I found it was from South Africa. I contacted Merrill at their toll free number and was told not to use this product on my United States dogs. Hopefully you read this review prior to purchasing. I did not!

I have 2 dogs and ever since I have adopted them I have been a lot busier than I used to be before. But I must this site has helped me a lot in taking good care of my pooches. I had once called the customer service for some packaging issue but rather ended up getting a good knowledge of how to keep my dogs guarded and the products I must start using from right now for their proper development and overall strength. Moreover, the person on the call was really polite and ready to lend out as much information as I would have asked for. Appreciate their efforts to satisfy their customers completely.

I purchased Frontline Plus for my dogs from the online store, but was not able to receive the product as I was not at home when the postman delivered the parcel. I called up the customer service representatives at PetCareSupplies and explained the situation to them. They were very cordial and understood my genuine request, thereby resending the order once again through the post office. I received the product within a weeks time Highly recommended online store Loved it
