Hi guys, This is Jhones. Yesterday I received my Dining room Furniture from Pbteen. I found Pbteen in Mycoupons when browsing the Internet to buy the furniture. At that time I felt happy after observing their collection and Quickly placed my order. I have benefitted with 20% off order with signup. This day I just checked the whole product and I found that their shipping service and quality of the product was amazing.
Stolen money. Stolen time. No one from actual management will address the many attempts to discuss what they have put our family through. My son waited for a 3K bed with a guaranteed delivery date before the end of November. In December it was "in transit" and then canceled by the company once in route…and after us staying home to receive the item which never arrived! Hours on the phone with people who do not care, whitewashing the situation and taking no responsibility and now here we are in late January with no bed AND no refund provided yet. I will never again do business with Pottery Barn or any affiliated company. It's disgusting beyond measure what they have put our family through and the greatest insult is that the people who can do something are hiding behind their desks pawning off all necessary communication to the underlings. By the way, if you work for them, you should go to any other company for your own personal health. What a disgrace.

We used none of the products because they never delivered them!!! And, months later we are still waiting on our refund and the hours of our time in communicating with a company who does nothing and pawns their dirty work out to non management. They stole months of our money, time off work waiting to receive a product that never came, and our son’s major Christmas/beating serious health issues bed. It was 3K and no one on upper level will do a thing. It’s disgusting and I’ve gone through every route imaginable. They should be ashamed at the mockery they try and make of hard working families who will take their funds elsewhere…we want a refund and deserve compensation for the level of actual physical harm they have caused our family.
Placed an order for ornaments and right after ordering saw the $20 shipping charge for 2 Christmas ornaments! Went right away to cancel my order but there was no option to do so when many sites have that option for an hour after ordering. Emailed right away and it took them a week to respond (48h advertised). And there, no surprise, can't help, no refund of shipping. It's a large company and they charge a lot for the smallest thing. They should offer free shipping. Won't ever use again

I ordered a loft bed in October which was available for delivery per the website. After multiple delays and backorders it is now January and my loft bed was suppose to be delivered today. The truck shows up but with only 4 of 5 boxes. I am told they will have to search for the missing box which will take up to 3 days. There service and shipping is horrible and after paying a ton for the bed and extra for shipping this is ridiculous. I don't recommend you ordering from Potterybarn Teen unless you wait for several months and then sit around your house all day and only receive part of it.
I moved...and I took a very expensive loft bed with me. In the move I lost 2 small pieces of hardware. I contacted PBTeen just to order (at my cost) 2 replacement parts. They said they don't sell or have replacement parts. Mind you in the manual it says to CONTACT PBTEEN for replacement parts. They cant even tell me the darn specs of the little piece I nee so I can order it from a 3rd party. Over 3K for a bed and this is the support they provide. STAY AWAY!
Ordered an item from pottery barn. Was told free shipping if it's over $99. When I got to the screen to pay, it asked me how I wanted to pay. I chose Venmo and it automatically charged my card, and I got a thanks for your order! I didn't even know how much the total was until after. There's no way I missed it, I was ordering from my tiny phone screen. I realised I wasn't given the chance to even type in the promo code for the free shipping, or even told how much taxes would be. (and the shipping is expensive) I immediately tried to go cancel the order and resubmit it, but was told customer service was done for the day, and to call the next morning. I called as soon as I got up, and was told it was too late, order was already being prepared to ship. Well, now we are two days later and it is still "preparing to ship". When I try to reach out to customer service, they don't want to help you, they just respond with condescending answers and treat their customers like crap. Don't ever buy from them, I wish I never had. I've been a good customer to them too. They don't care.
We placed a major order with Pottery Barn Teen and went weeks with no follow-up. When we checked our order status, we saw that the delivery date window had been pushed out by three weeks. When we tried to find out why we weren't notified and when we could deliver several thousand dollars worth of furniture, the "customer support" (I use this term loosely) hung up on me.
I'd rather sit on a fire ant hill than deal with this company.

I usually buy from the pottery barn company since they sell great backpacks, so it shocked me when my daughter's backpack broke three weeks after school started.
We purchased a loft bed for my son's dorm room. Carefully researched PB delivery options and opted and paid for the white glove delivery so the bed could be delivered to the room and assembled. Big Surprise when they delivered and got the person receiving on our behalf to opt for no assembly...feel like a massive rip off track. Who on earth would pay to have a loft,bed,desk delivered to a dorm room and then not have it assembled? Seriously slippery delivery tactics by Jose, the driver. Not Impressed! Most unhelpful customer service person (Christine) who couldn't be LESS HELPFUL if she tried. Nothing PB will do...
The poor quality of this mirror is embarrassing for its price point. The frame is not straight and unevenly mounted. Edges of the glass are visible in some areas. The gold finish is not metal, but a powder coating that arrived with scratches. Worst of all, the mirror shows a distorted reflection.
Pottery Barn is one of the few remaining brands that does not have customer reviews. If so, customers would reveal that their products are cheap, big-box store quality with an unjustified brand name markup.
I called the customer service line that was answered by a west elm agent to find out why my package was delayed. She couldn't be more unhelpful and when I asked why it was slow considering I paid $35 for shipping (where most retailers would've included it) she audibly laughed and hung up. Worst call experience ever and now I see these reviews it's obvious I'm not alone. What a joke.
I wanted to leave a positive review and, although phone staff made a serious effort to help, supervisor did not support my return of $70 bean bag cover in spite of my purchasing 3 bean bags ($600) and wanting to purchase a different bean bag cover. Final purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS! Not any single exception possible. You would think as a large company they would be generous. Not even close. Overpriced, not exceptional in any way. Never getting my business again.

Pottery Barn Teen failed to deliver bedroom furniture. Waited months and never received the items I purchased. Customer service was terrible. They stated 2 of the 3 pieces were at the delivery center, but the third was probably on a freight truck that hadn't been unloaded or still in transit from who knows where. I needed all 3 pieces for the bedroom set. No apology or discount despite the delays after delays. Horrible. Shop anywhere else. They don't deliver the goods!

I bought a $75 hat rack that but by the time it arrived I no longer wanted it so I returned it unopened. PB teen, at not point said that I would have to pay for shipping. But once they got the item back, only returned $45. I contacted them and they said the difference was for shipping. $30! At not point during the buying process of the return process was this ever mentioned. Total Scam! And they got my name wrong in the correspondence - calling me Nicole but my name is Bernadette. The worst customer service.
I ordered a rather large piece of furniture. The delivery was super quick and they even brought my furniture up to the second floor with care. It is exactly what I expected and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely shop here again.
Pottery Barn Teen experience was bad. Basically visited the store in costa mesa, they basically placed the order online for us while in the store they separated the order when we specifically said to ship as one. We found out color and look wasn't going to work, tried to correct it by changing this out overall nothing worked out so returned most of it before anything was shipped. Anyways the returning agent assured me that all would be refunded and turns out I was shorted $200 due to internal shipping between hubs. Not a big deal if they had let me know previously but anyways. Products at pottery barn are way over priced their customer service is bad and the attitude on these agents... anyways never gonna purchase from Potterybarn and the likes. Got a better product from Crate and Barrel for like a 1/4 of the price so definitely disappointed with this whole experience with PB.

Pottery Barn crap is all bulky and over priced. I guess if your room is big and you have cash to burn it is a great place to buy but I am glad i got a partial refund. I got my kids stuff at crate and barrel for 1/4 of the cost and for the same price I even got a new bed for myself.

Ordered a bag from this company that was damaged during shipping. The shipping company, FedEx, stated the damage and immediately shipped it back to them before ever even reaching me. I NEVER got an email it was returned, nor one that a refund was being processed. I had to call their terrible customer service and request the refund. So basically, had I not of followed up, they would have kept the cash and walked away. Terrible company.

My daughter ordered the Pottery Barn Teen Waves comforter and less than a year of use both sides have pilling all over it--no washing or rubbing "velcro or rough" object over it. I wrote to PB Teen customer service and they told me to get a pill shaver to shave the pilling off. I've never experienced bad quality at PB Teen or PB until now and will no longer buy bedding there. Disappointed that they didn't offer to come up with a better solution or replace it. They didn't even offer to send me the shaver, only gave me a link to purchase it from their website.
My daughter decided on the Large Elsie Desk. Even though I had 20% coupon to use, I wasn't able to apply on furniture. Chat did offer me 10% off though. But I couldn't use my military also on top of it. Online needs to allow for both since Im able to apply both at a PB store. Since covid started, I didn't want anyone in the houseI explained if I can get White Glove delivery waivedthey would not even discount my delivery. I also added a gold Pinboard. They wouldn't ship my desk b/c they were waiting on the Pinboard at warehouse to arrive. I was disappointed. Online stated that these 2 items would ship separately. After paying an arm and leg for delivery, now I had to wait weeks before they can ship bc the Pinboard had not arrived. I called several times for CS which took a long time, one said the Pinboard arrived and they are waiting on the desk while another CS rep was vice versa. I was tempted to cancel the Pinboard but now it was being backordered so I didn't cancel. Products finally arrived only for delivery guys to drop in my garage unassembled. My gold Pinboard wasn't perfectit had a few scratches you can see in the light. It was their last one so I was offered a slight discount. My desk was just average quality. For the price paid, I expected the interior drawers to be finishedinstead it was more rough and light washed, unfinished. The drawers didn't even have gliders like the centered drawerso they pull roughly. I can see in a few years the wood may chip due to overpulling. After looking at the measurements online trying to decide on a chair, I noticed that their measurements for the desk was off. They seriously need to update their website. Chat service was hard to get a hold offthey didn't answer promptly. Questions as far as measurements goeshad to wait via email to get an answer. The center space for a chair seemed small for the chairs they were offering. I hope the chair I order will fit. I placed my order for a swivel chair in April and it's been backordered till mid August. Prices are ridiculously high. I had only got this item since my PB Rewards kicked in. Inventory/selection of fabric choices seems to be lacking and changing. They do have great sales from time to time like their 30-50% off clearance. Can be a waste of time to shop, most items not available even though you click and view them. Limited time sale items and Roxy items can't even apply coupons. No local store near me so that's a downsize to not previewing the products. It would be nice if all PB stores had a PBTeen store next to them. Site needs updating with correct specs and put back customer reviews like W&S.
Starting with taking more than 3 months for in stock furniture to be delivered, customer service is awful, they just lie to you. They have cancel our Chelsea Bed 6 times, without eve sending a warning email, text or phone call about the cancelation. We found out by calling customer service and waiting 3 hrs to have some kind kf answer that at the end was inaccurate. We did got the Chelsea dresser 2 months after delivery date. To be honest their furniture is Over price and quality is poor. Very difficult to open the dresser drawers. Don't buy it from here. Same quality for at least 500$ less and delivered within a week from wayfair.

Bow Mirror. It was damaged when it arrives. There are rust on it, so I returned it and asked for a replacement. The second one just arrived today but the bow does not fit in. It scratches the mirror :( I really like this mirror but I'm tired of returning it again. Still considering to return it or just keep it (even though there's damage).

We ordered 2 beds that were supposed to be here in November and we're scheduled for delivery today 4/20/23 when they got her they were missing three pieces of the beds and wouldn't even bring the pieces they brought upstairs like they were supposed to make things worse this was also for a client whose 2 children have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor due to a bedroom remodel since November I hope this entire company goes out of business I will never use them again
The worst online shop! Their customer service is also horrible! I ordered 2 customized water bottles for my kids. It was showing 3 days shipping, but almost it's 2 weeks it's not coming yet! Moreover, in an email every day it's showing it will come the next day! My kids come from school and asked about their water bottles but they are regularly disheartened to listen the answer is no! Now I am waiting for my refund!

Purchased a Papasan lounge chair that looked nice on the website. The base of the chair came within a week. The cushion, after contacting the company twice) came after 30 days from date of ordering it. I was happy to receive it only to find out that it was defective in a big way, so not usable at all. On-line Pottery Barn Teen has a nice look but the merchandise is very low quality. The company appears to have no soul and only interested in your dollar but unable to deliver quality. I received no communication whatsoever about the delay of the order and have to spend hours in chats and on the phone to schedule a return. One of the worst experiences in e-commerce ever. Please don't purchase from pottery barn teen. My rating for this company is zero.
