We purchased three umbrellas at twice the price under the illusion that they were better than most and would not fade. After 6 months our bright red umbrellas had faded to white. When we notified the company they advised they would replace the umbrellas at a cost of $40 each for shipping. Strongly recommend you avoid doing business with these people.

I bought umbrella because it had a good warranty. After less than one season it broke and they want to charge me an additional 40.00 to send a replacement. The quality is so poor, it is not worth 10.00 to replace. Complete garbage!

Giving a 4 star because I found it difficult to reach the company after I received the wrong color. They did fix the issue by sending me the right color, so no worries there.

I've had too many blow over cracking table glass, then later plastic. Although it looks a little fragile fabric, actually very durable. Wish there were a tie down though. Crank works fine. Size as requested. The 30 mph wind resistance is no joke.

Been looking the perfect umbrella for our back patio. Hopefully we found it at PatioSunUmbrellas. Haven't received it yet, but should this week. Super excited about the life time warranty, and the shade:)
Great company to work with!

I am a new customer, placed my first order. My umbrella was shipped and delivered within two days! Wow! However, unfortunately; the crank on my umbrella was damaged upon opening. I contacted customer support who took care of me right away! Thank you so much PatioSunUmbrellas.com =)

I am happy to give a 5 star rating to patiosunumbrellas for their excellent customer service. My umbrella was damaged during shipment and a replacement was ordered immediately without any problems. I would definitely buy from them again.

Ever since I installed the umbrella on the patio that has been the coolest place where you can actually just sit relax and enjoy though ut the summer weather. It actually fitted well in the backyard. I highly recommend you guys for your delivery it was just awesome and quick as a matter of fact. Great working with you looking forward to your services again.

Received an umbrella that was damaged when received. Patio Umbrella Company responded in a timely manner and promised to send another one. I was very pleased with the response since I did not have hope that it would be resolved so quickly.

Most of my umbrellas have always been blown away from my patios but when I got this I never regret any moment. Its sturdy and works great with my patio. The canopies do not fade thus I highly recommend it for the patios

Tilt umbrella would not stay straight. I emailed them with a picture of the problem. They said they would send me a replacement umbrella right away, and they did. Very happy that there were no hassles. Great customer service.

I just had to wait for a month of using it before making a post in here. This is absolutely what I have been looking for. With its superior protection from the UV Rays and durability against strong wind just makes this one of the amazing products that I can have for my patio.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone or contacted by e-mail were very helpful and kind. It's harder and harder these days to find a business who has as much pride in their products as your company obviously has and it shows in the respect you have for your customers.
