What's the real story with this co. Are they true to their word or a sam. Some say cantilever is great others say material etcnot up to par. Was thinking of ordering but am now a nit leary. If problem dont want to get suck with return shipping to canada from a california co no less. Reviews are so mi xd. please... what gives with them... if unbrella is flimsy no matter what they say why bother. Help me out folks Thanks

Stay away from this company, don't let price lure you in! Bad quality and yes they want you pay shipping back for a return. They do not stand by their product! Probably the worst company i ever did business with.

No they LIE. Their umbrellas are POOR quality. The string keeps breaking after a week. Then they charge you $50 shipping and they are all out of the normal colors.

My burgandy umbrella I got from them in mid February lasted about 3 months, its now washed out pink. Took them near a month to locate my account, of course after I send copies of their confirming shipment. They want 40 dollars from me to ship an replacement that costs 70 dollars... how stupid is that for a lifetime warranty. Dont do it...
