What's the real story with this co. Are they true to their word or a sam. Some say cantilever is great others say material etcnot up to par. Was thinking of ordering but am now a nit leary. If problem dont want to get suck with return shipping to canada from a california co no less. Reviews are so mi xd. please... what gives with them... if unbrella is flimsy no matter what they say why bother. Help me out folks Thanks

Answer:
Stay away from this company, don't let price lure you in! Bad quality and yes they want you pay shipping back for a return. They do not stand by their product! Probably the worst company i ever did business with.

They promise warranty for life. They do not answer calls or emails..

Lots of folks say they've been promised a replacement! Not one has said they've received a replacement, or how long it took! Anybody received their replacement?

Answer:
After a lot of phone calls, I received the wrong umbrella for a replacement... then had to pay AGAIN to try to and get the one I ordered except they took forever so I did not get a replacement of the color I ordered

I am seeing many reviews about broken parts on arrival. Is this that common? I am glad they back the product and replace, but I am concerned about the quality if they break during shipment.
