After the initial call, I had to follow up two more times with a phone call to get my order and find out the status. I also submitted a form inquiry from the link in an email I received initially, but had received no response.

The gentleman that helped us with our order was very knowledgeable on what we needed, our gas log server had for 25 years stopped working and living back east we use our fireplace a lot! They shipped our new set in 2 days and it was very easy to install ourselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

Salesman was helpful because I needed more help than most. L OL. 70-year-old lady who wanted a gas fireplace for a long time and had to do my homework. A plumber friend put in the unit and I'm very happy with it. I was surprised there wasn't any lava rock. I had to get that on my own.

Was having issues with back draft in our wood stove and looked around for the right wind cap. WoodlandDirect had the one we were looking for with good instructions on sizing. We got it quicj=kly and we haven't had a problem with the stove since we installed it.

Still have not received the storm collar for my chimney. Received a shipment thursday that was supposed to be my replacement parts and instead I received another fireplace that is damaged chimney conection and still no storm collar

The information online described the options well; i was able to make an informed decision regarding how large, what style and pricerange i needed. Delivery was accurate, most importantly "all the holes lines up" when assembling. I like how the pieces were designed with hole patterns that made it obvious what direction and orientation each piece should have when assembling. Just starting to use it so have no comments about durability.

It's fine, I guess. I am not sure why it took 5 days to process my order, but that's fine, I guess. I like the Fire pit. I ordered it 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. It arrived the day after Thanksgiving. I have used it twice since it arrived. It's great.

The grate I ordered was too small and the width was very small. But we are making do with it. Needed the grate. And for the money it cost not happy with the design of the grate. The prongs are bend up too high which limits how much wood you can put on it. And it tapers too much in the back and prongs bend up too high which limits how much wood can fit.

I recently bought a Vestal 30" fireplace grate. It was spendy but it is the largest grate I've ever purchased for my masonry fireplace and the additional cost was well worth it as I examined the weight and quality of the grate. I'm tired of spening $160 on "made in China" grates that burn through in 2 months. This is forged right here in Tennessee and I'm assured that although it cost twice as much I'm sure I will be seeing more than one season of use.
