I received my order, 2 chimney brushes, in 2 shipments, pretty quickly.
Why I chose this business:
I found WoodlandDirect on an internet search. Almost ordered from another company first, but when filling out the cart information (in November)the estimated arrival time for the 7" brush displayed July - August, the brush was not listed as out of inventory, not acceptable. The 7" brush from WoodlandDirect did take a couple weeks to arrive but they came through

Outdoor heater broken after less than 2 years.
