Bought two umbrellas... after 4 years, it is torn...
When I call and leave message, no one answers. When I send emails, no one answers. Promise of lifetime warranty.? Haha
Bought another from a different store.
Do not buy from this company. No service, false promises. Very sad to have a business like this get away with false statements.

Customer service

I believe that i received the wrong base for my umbrella so I emailed pictures and an explanation to the customer service team on July 14. On July 19 I sent another email asking about my concern. On 8/1 i sent yet another email asking for an update on my inquiry. Your company responded quickly and asked for pictures of my base so I sent them a second time. I received a response on 8/2 saying that a brand new cross steel brace would be sent to me on Wed, 8/3. Although I am satisfied with the results I was not happy with how long it took to resolve the issue and be able use my umbrella.

After a thorough consideration of what type of Umbrella I can install in my garden then the green colored Patio was the best to consider. The design was just fit for our Garden and that made us have a garden that you would just feel like relaxing.

Just a handle broke!

1st time raising this 10' cantilever umbrella, got it about half way up and the crank handle snapped in the middle. This Company is sending a new umbrella, just for the handle. That's Customer Service!

Outstanding Customer Service

I received a damaged Cantilever Umbrella from PatioSun. When I provided photos, PatioSun customer service immediately (within hours) sent a replacement umbrella, no charge, and did not want me to ship the damaged unit back. I am absolutely impressed with this company's customer service as you do not normally find service like this anywhere. They have my recommendation.

Excellent service!

I ordered from this company because of their wide variety and selection of patio umbrella. My order was delivered a few days later. There was an issue on my order and I emailed the company the same day I got my order. They responded right away, and issue resolved the following day. Awesome customer service! I have recommended them to my friend's n Co- workers.

No Hassle Replacement
August 4, 2016

The umbrella arrived and totally met our expectations, but the pole bent when we were attaching it to our table. I simply took a photo of the damaged pole, emailed it to the company with a note and purchase order info, and received a notice within two days that a new umbrella was on the way! Awesome! They honored their return/warranty policy, no questions asked.

Avoid this Company!

My experience with patiosunumbrellas.com has been truly terrible. I chose this company because of their lifetime warranty - which I feel pretty sure does not exist, based on their overall lack of delivery, and complete unconcern for their customers' satisfaction. I feel duped, and the only recourse I have is to work with my credit card company to get my $ refunded. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I recently purchased a cantilever umbrella from patiosunumbrellas.com When the product arrived there was a tear in the fabric, apparently due to the way the product was packaged (sliced by the hardware). I tried the toll free number and followed the prompts to customer service, only to be put into a continuous loop back to the menu. This occurred on various days, weekend and weekday. Then I tried the "24/7 online chat" only to find no one available to chat with. Finally I sent an email to the address provided on the web site, only to receive no response. This all leave me feeling like the web site is a sham when it comes to customer service.

Great customer service

I recently ordered an a Patio Sun Umbrella on line. I was very excited to have received it so quickly! Upon receipt of my new umbrella, I was very disappointed to find that it had been damaged in shipping, The handle was broken off. I took a couple of pictures of the packaging and the handle and emailed it to Patio Sun Umbrella. They responded within one day and have shipped me a replacement umbrella already. I don't even have to return the old one. It is wonderful to find this kind of customer service today! I look forward to using my new umbrella for many summers to come!

Good experience

We received our umbrella with a broken crank. Immediately after contacting them I was very pleased with their response. A new umbrella is on its way. I was not expecting that. I thought if anything I would receive a new crank handle and would have to figure out how to replace it. I am very pleased and can't wait to get our new umbrella.

This is the most beautiful this that I have ever order. With the fair price that I had ordered for its just it. It has a nice touch and the product came with no complaints. For that, I never even bothered looking at the returning policies of the company. It has worked fine throughout the summer. It does not show so much sunshine. I installed it in my passion besides my swimming and I feel like I already have a homemade beach in my house. That was great service from you guys.

Customer service at its best

I recently bought a new umbrella from patio sun umbrella and one of the pieces holding up the umbrella broke. I sent the. An email explains what happen and what was not working. The immediately came back to me saying that they were so sorry and will send me new umbrella. That is customer service and if any ask me where to get an umbrella you not what I will.

Outstanding service and quick response
June 24, 2016

I received my yellow 9 ft tilt umbrella which is beautiful. However the top cap was cracked and didn't sit on top of the umbrella correctly. I contacted PatioSunUmbrella service to see if I could get a replacement cap. I received a response almost immediately and they reviewed the picture I sent. They are sending me another umbrella free of charge and I don't even have to return the one with the broken cap. The best service I've ever received without question.
