-BUYER BEWARE WARNING- Be prepared to spend in excess of $250. If not pleased VERY POOR quality

Unfortunately, worst and most expensive online purchase I have EVER encountered. Sorry to say, I am disgusted with this company, and so will anyone who would need to return a defective or a product that doesn't meet the misleading expectations. Umbrella "looked" fine in picture, but once received, much thinner and more flimsy than others I have seen in person. Again, unfortunately, price is too good to be true, and as usual, you get what you pay for. I researched the company to find that the Main Office and Headquarters are in Anaheim CA. BUT when you attempt to return, they will try to entice you to keep, which I couldn't because the first wind would cause these cheaply made umbrellas to fly away or be destroyed. When I wanted to return, the company only allows a return to Quebec Canada and the cost to send there, with freight, duty (out of country) and taxes is over $250.00! The funny thing is I am only 20 minutes away from Anaheim CA and when I attempted to contact this company... well GOOD LUCK! I then disputed the charge and still attempted to send to Anaheim, but credit card company found out the same thing... policy is to send out of the country on my dime! All in all, very expensive transaction and wound up being out $250. As well as my time to take the items to be shipped, rather than have picked up, due to the extra expense for a pick up! Its a shame that none of this, return policy location to send and fees. Etc. Was not explained on website. If you look at the website, under the phrase "About Us", it explains the main location and warehouse is in Anaheim CA, with other locations on the East coast and in Canada. You would have to assume (since there is nothing explained otherwise) that if there was a problem, or whatever, you could just send back to the location closest to you, at your expense, which would be understandable... but that is NOT THE CASE. By the way, I am still waiting for the final credit from the credit card company and Pation Sun Umbrellas and I have already paid out the money to ship back. If I don't receive credit, I will submit an additional review about that... we will see! Anyway, I DO NOT RECOMMEND a purchase from this particular company due to everything that I experienced. I have bought MANY items online and I am happy to say this is the first time I have had an experience like this... I have also NEVER had to submit a negative review! Well, I guess there's a first for everything!
BUYER BEWARE... CAVEAT EMPTOR... Always remember, and I have learned once again, if it seems Too Good To Be True, well... huh... it probably is! Good luck and happy hunting, but somewhere else other than PATIO SUN UMBRELLAS. I wish I could give a negative star review as 1 star is way too generous.
