My husband purchased an item for our washing machine. We had an issue and the item was immediately refunded. We purchased the same part and we have not had any issues. Our washing machine is back to working! This saved us from spending hundreds of dollars for a repair man. Part Select has affordable prices and a very quick and easy return process. We recently purchased parts for our older refrigerator thru this company I happened to find that specialized in this type product. Scrolling thru their parts list was effortless and to the point. We received the items we ordered the time the company stated. The parts were quality and worked great.

This is now my go-to site for appliance and home repair parts. Unlike amazon or googling for parts, this did not have extraneous info that might make you select the wrong part on accident, and it came with a repair video linked to the part. Plus, shipping was faster than expected. I used them to get partsto repair my 30 year old dryer, and could not be happier with the result.

Some websites were extremely difficult to reference older oven replacement parts.
This was the only site that had a easy way to find your part match. The 2 parts I, ordered came within a few days. Very pleased with this site!

The site was really helpful for finding the specific part we needed. Check out and shipping were also easy to navigate

Parts were easy to match to the manufacturer's number, were packaged well. They did come later than expected, but I believe that is due to the postal service backlog not the company.

Purchased a dishwasher gasket that I needed to install for a client, it never arrived then I got an email saying it has been refunded. Reached out via phone and the automated line tells you to either use the self serve or $#*! off because there's no one to help you. Replied to the customer service email and got a response saying it'll be a while.

Shocking service or none Parts have not been delivered. Order placed 1/8/2021 FedEx advisory that part was handed over to US Postal service 1/21/21. Tried to call about this but Partselect is not taking calls about orders.
I'll apply for my money back as the part was never delivered and there is no way to track the part since it left FedEx hands. High price for lowest level of priority for delivery ( and tracking)
Unreliable supplier in my opinion.

I needed a lint screen for my 33-year-old Maytag dryer I was simply amazed that this was available. I received it very quickly and it was a perfect replacement! Saved me the cost of a new dryer!

They charge you 8 dollars to have something shipped to you but then when you have to return it, they give you an RA to return the item and you have to pay 30 to ship it back might as well just keep the part since the cost of the part was 40 they should offer to return from their acct. Then the guy Cory was very rude I won't order from them again!#!

I ordered a top rack wheel assembly kit for my Kenmore dishwasher. Shipping was timely and I got the right stuff. Useful install video too!

I have to replace both sides after more than 8 years with my ref. Both fit perfectly and they look that are made of a better quality material than originals.
