Real easy just pick up the phone and call they will answer fairly quickly and are the friendliest people to help. And they know what they are talking about.
Being a repeat customer many times over I have not to date had a reason to contact customer service.
I can't answer that because I have not had any reason to contact them
No problem, had to wait about 3 mins for a live person to talk to.

You can not. They have no customer service to speak of. They never answer phone or reply to emails. I bought a part. They sent the wrong part now I am stuck with it
Impossible - their recorded auto answering system claims to have an option to speak with someone live but when you select that option the next message you hear is "that option is not recognized".
Was real easy just call number or go online to lookup part number and look at chart to find partyou need.
Very easy. I had to return a part one time and they answered the phone quickly and I got my refund in a few days.
I've never had to contact customer service, however, there is a chatterbox on the website and you can also call them.
