On a recent internet order a shipping charge was added on my order but when I received my credit card bill the shipping was not charged to my credit card. The merchandise cost was $32.04 and shipping listed as $6.15 for a total of $38.19 but I was only charged $32.04. Will I be billed separately for the shipping?
I cannot answer for the company however, as a banker, I see charges come through clients accounts with similar errors and rarely is a small amount like that ever noticed by the company. I doubt they even noticed.
