I purchased a solenoid for my coffee maker. It arrived in the estimated time and perfect condition. I installed it. It did not work. I tested it. It was not working. Obviously it was faulty I contacted. Customer service told him about the issue. They wrote back requesting pictures. I sent the pictures and never heard back from them. That's over a month zero response to all my emails. Just the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced the $65 part. I asked if I could return it for a new one or refund no response.
Probably one of the easiest buying experience ever. Exactly what I needed, and since I have zero handy girl experience this was a plus. Need oven door handle next... highly recommended
The part didn't fix the issue so I ended having to purchase a brand new washer. It was only 5 years old.
I needed a replacement part for a refrigerator door, ended up buying it on Amazon for half the price of PartSelect. I kept receiving pushy marketing emails every day, even after I clicked Unsubscribe several times:-/
Has been more than 30 days and product is still in its way!
We decided next time we will just drive after it and get home sooner!

They sentvmexa broke part. I have sent them photos, talked to their customer service. A month. No resolution. Necer use them again.

Part select oem part failed under 2 years since installation. Very disappointed. 125 dollars down the drain. Customer support said nothing they could do

They printed a shipping label right away and waited a week to ship it. I had to call multiple times and they blamed fedex. Fedex checked and they did not have possession. After multiple complaints it magically shipped that day. Will never order here again.

Rats chewed the wiring on my garage refrigerator the website was easy to maneuver. The parts I was searching for were easy to find and reasonably priced. For less than two hundred dollars I repaired my one year old fridge. The parts all fit as they should and works great.

Every time I order anything from Part Select it's always shipped promptly and packaged well. I've ordered several parts over the years and they have yet to make a mistake on anything. Not only that, but whatever part you order has a video right there on the page to assist you will installation. They are pretty much the only place I go for parts for home appliances. You can deal with them with confidence.

The part eventually arrived in good condition, the price was the best I could find (cheaper by $10 with a 15% off coupon), and it fixed my refrigerator issue. My problem with this company is the "your part ships today" and "average delivery time for in-stock parts via standard shipping: 1.8 days" claims. Your part does not ship on the day you place the order, they only create a shipping label. Also, 1.8 days is 43 hours and 12 minutes. I placed my order on Tuesday at 3:09pm and the part wasn't received by USPS until Thursday at 12:30pm. That's 44 hours and 21 minutes making it impossible for my part to be delivered in 1.8 days. This is false advertising, inconvenient, and terrible customer service. I was expecting to repair my refrigerator on Thursday, due to false claims, and instead had to wait until Saturday. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is when you have hundreds of dollars of food that is going bad. On top of it, I sent an email expressing my concerns and received absolutely no reply. I will not order from this company again and I suggest you look at other companies that don't artificially inflate their abilities so you have a realistic expectation of when you can perform repairs.

My 10 year old GE dryer started to squeak like crazy, as well as occasionally the drum would bang around. This progressively got worse over the course of a week, and my wife and I thought it was time for a new dryer. I found partselect.com, watched a couple of videos and checked out their inventory. Using their tutorials, I was able to take my dryer completely apart, diagnose what was needed, and order the exact parts necessary for the fix. I ordered a new drum belt, 4 new slides, new door felt, and a new top bearing. All had install videos along with them, shipped fast and for $250, my dryer runs like brand new. Highly recommend this site for any appliance needs!

I ordered a replacement soap dispenser for my dishwasher. I received the part the next day. It was an exact match to the defective part that I was replacing. They also had a detailed video which clearly demonstrated how to change the part so I was able to make the repair in the predicted time and without any surprises. I would definitely use them again as my first choice.

Very disappointed to find that all three of the Mandrel Assemblies came without the bolt holes taped. Thankfully I have a tap set and it didn't take much effort or time to tap them myself.

Part is a front panel for a GE window air conditioner. It came in a GE box but holes don't line up with the controls on my unit. All I really wanted was the filter cover which isn't available separately. They refunded the purchase price but shipping both ways cost 3/4 of the purchase price, so it was a big waste of money and I still don't have a grill.

I dealt with two other companies to just get a replacement knob for our range. Sears twice and GRP once. Just go straight to this company and get it right the first time.

Answer: I cannot answer for the company however, as a banker, I see charges come through clients accounts with similar errors and rarely is a small amount like that ever noticed by the company. I doubt they even noticed.
